Objective To explore the risk factors of death in infant with muggy syndrome(IMS).Methods Sixty-three children with IMS were analyzed retrospectively, who admitted from Jan. 2002 to Feb. 2007,and these children were divided into groups according to the presence or absence of combined conditions including metabolic acidosis, hyperglycemia, hypocalcemia, ultrahyperpyrexia, pediatric critical illness score(PCIS) or number of the multiple organs failure. The ?2 test was used to examine the mortality between those groups. Results The total mortality of these children with IMS in-hospital was 22.1%. There were significant differences in mortality between combining metabolic acidosis and non-combining ones (RR=3.20,95%CI=1.0-10.24 ?2=4.76 P80 score (RR=12.73,95%CI=1.78-91.04,?2=13.24 P12 mmol/L and those
3.Radiographic study and clinical significance about sagittal plane curves in the adjacent segments of the thoracic and lumbar spine
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(15):-
[Objective]To study the anatomy about the sagittal plane curves of the adjacent segments of the thoracic and lumbar spine on the radiographs of standing position,in order to provide anatomical evidence for clinical operation. [Methods]Seventy-five standing posture radiographs about normal adult were obtained, the sagittal plane curves of the adjacent segments of the thoracic and lumbar spine were obtained by measuring the angles between perpendicular of adjacent superior end plate. The normal value and rule about sagiital plane curves were determined by statistical method.Fifty patients received operation according to these measures. The Cobb's angle of sagittal plane(T12-S1) at 0,3,12 months postoperatively,Denis scores at 12 months postoperatively and the cases in which breaking or loosening internal fixation occurred at 12 months postoperatively were recorded.[Results]The 95% confidence interval of about sagittal plane curves was obtained. There was no statistical significance for sex and age.It would improve function postoperatively and decrease the broken or loosened internal fixation.[Conclusion]It's important to recover the Cobb's angle in the short segmental internal fixation with pedicle screws through posterior approach.

International Eye Science 2016;16(6):1193-1195
?AIM:To compare the curative effect of conjoint fascial sheath( CSF) suspension and levator muscle resection for moderate or severe congenital ptosis.?METHODS: Forty - three patients ( 74 eyes ) with moderate or severe ptosis were treated by CSF suspension or levator muscle resection randomly, and followed up for 6mo. The normalization rates of the two operations were then compared by statistical method, and the complications of the two operations were analyzed.?RESULTS: The two operations appeared no significant difference on the normalization rate for moderate congenital ptosis (P>0. 05), while the normalization rate of CSF suspension on severe congenital ptosis was significantly higher than that of levator muscle resection (P<0. 05). Less complication was happened in the CSF suspension group than in the levator muscle resection group.?CONCLUSION:CSF suspension is more effective on the treatment of severe congenital ptosis than levator muscle resection, and has advantages such as less trauma, repeatable, and less complication.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1994;0(06):-
Objective To investigate Chlamydia trachomatis infection and gene variants in child- bearing women in Beijing. Methods Endocervical samples were collected from 177 patients in a family planning clinic and a gynecologic clinic. C.trachomatis infection was screened with a fast diagnostic kit .Major outer membrane protein(MOMP) gene was amplified by a nested PCR . A 1.1kb amplified product was obtained and studied by restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis(RFLP). Variant domains of MOMP gene VS1,VS2,VS3,VS4 were sequenced with 373A automated sequencing system. Results C. trachomatis was found in 9 of 177 samples. Four samples were identified as F genotype, 3 E genotype and 2 D genotype. Variant domains of MOMP gene, VS1, VS2, VS3, VS4 were sequenced and the results were consistent with those of RFLP, however, mutations were found in MOMP gene in 4 samples. Conclusion C.trachomatis urogenital infection has been identified in a portion of child- bearing women in Beijing. C.trachomatis can be well genotyped with RFLP or gene sequencing of MOMP gene.

Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2003;0(06):-
Preimplantation genetic diagnosis is the integration of both assisted reproductive technologiesand molecular genetic technologies.Since the birth of the first healthy females after PGD in 1990,re-markable advances have been achieved in this field. Most research in PGD is focused on new methods toimprove the sensitivity and accuracy of single cell analysis. The principal problems in single cell PCR in-clude amplification failure,ADO and contamination.Fluorescent PCR with multiplex amplifications ofhighly polymorphic markers is a highly effective strategy to avoid contamination and detect ADO.The ad-vantages and disadvantages of fluorescence in situ hybridization to detect age-related aneuploidy are stillunder debate. We summarize the most recent developments in this review, and also introduce our own ex-periences in PGD.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(44):7178-7182
BACKGROUND:Individualized percutaneous cannulated screws fixation with the help of computer-assisted design and cast immobilization are common methods for treating nondisplaced wrist scaphoid fracture. However their clinical outcomes are stil unclear.
OBJECTIVE:To compare the clinical results of individualized percutaneous cannulated screws fixation with the help of computer-assisted design and cast immobilization for treatment of Herbert type Ib scaphoid fracture.
METHODS:A total of 36 patients with fresh Herbert type Ib scaphoid fracture were divided into two groups, individualized percutaneous cannulated screws fixation with the help of computer-assisted design group (screw group, 20 cases) and cast immobilization group (cast group, 16 cases). In the screw group, cannulated screws were inserted using 0.8 mm kirschner wires from scaphoid tuberosity based on the preoperative individualization fixation parameters. The direction of the wires was guided under C-arms and Herbert screws were percutaneously immobilized after fluoroscopy. In the cast group, radial deviation and palmar flexion plaster casts were immobilized for 3 months. The time of bone union, rate of bone nonunion, time return to work, wrist motion were recorded and compared in the fol ow-up.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al cases were fol owed for 10-24 months. Al patients in the screw fixation group and 13 out of 16 patients in the cast group achieved bone union. The average time of bone union of the two groups was 6 weeks and 14 weeks respectively (P<0.001). The time of returning to work was 7.6 weeks and 16.8 weeks respectively, with significant differences between the two groups (P<0.001). The range of motion of screw fixation group at the final fol ow-up was 96.4°-114.4°, average 104.4°, which was significantly higher than that in the cast group (66.4°-104.2°, average 94.2°;P<0.001). Individualized percutaneous cannulated screws fixation with the help of computer-assisted design can provide mini-invasion, high accuracy and good reproducibility, has better results than cast immobilization in the treatment of Herbert typeⅠscaphoid fractures.
