Objective To investigate the characteristics of the occurrence of bully/victim incidents among children and to explore children's implicit attitudes towards the phenomenon of being bullied.These children were grouped into 4 types,which were the bully children,the victim children,the bully/victim children and the non-involved children,respectively.Methods The stratified cluster sampling method was used to extract 1 100 pupils from 3 primary schools in Henan area.The 1 100 children were investigated with bully/victim questionnaire (pupil version).Among them,78 children who were involved in bullying(including 30 bully children,18 victim children and 30 bully/victim children) and 29 non-involved children were selected and investigated with implicit association test(IAT).Results 1.Among all the 1 029 effective participants,74 were the bully children,121 were the victim children and 101 were the bully/victim children.The total number of those were in bullying amounted to 296,which meant that about 28.8％ (296/1 029 cases) children were involved in the issue of bullying.2.In general,the subjects showed significant differences between compatible task reaction time (1 324.083 ± 458.373) ms and incompatible task reaction time (1 463.963 ± 501.254) ms in IAT (t =3.063,P ＜ 0.01).3.Among the 4 types of children,bully/victim children showed significant differences between compatible task reaction time(1 237.838 ±449.731) ms and incompatible task reaction time (1 428.754 ± 539.634) ms in IAT (t =2.301,P ＜ 0.05).Non-involved children also showed significant differences between compatible task reaction time (1 512.389 ± 557.354) ms and incompatible task reaction time (1 777.404 ± 441.373) ms in IAT(t =3.129,P ＜ 0.01).4.Bully children didn't show obvious differences between compatible task reaction time (1 304.007 ± 400.530) ms and incompatible task reaction time (1 287.236-± 405.017)ms in IAT (t =0.308,P ＞ 0.05).Victim children didn't show obvious differences between compatible task reaction time (1 178.900 ± 280.539) ms and incompatible task reaction time (1 292.635 ± 467.531) ms in IAT (t =0.821,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Children's implicit attitudes towards being bullied are negative,considering it as not good.Non-involved children and bully/victim children show more negative implicit attitudes towards being bullied.

Objectives To evaluate the values of notched on R wave in inferior leads of electrocardiogram in infant with secundum atrial septal defect. Methods To observe and compare the prevalence of notch on R wave in inferior leads combined with incomplete right bundle branch block (IRBBB) in 162 cases with secundum atrial septal defect (group I) and 162 cases without heart disease (group II). Results The prevalence of notch on R wave in all the three inferior leads, in at least one inferior lead with IRBBB and in all the three inferior leads with IRBBB were 27.16%, 14.20%and 10.49%respec-tively in group I, and were 3.09%, 1.85%and 0.62%in group II respectively, and the differences between two groups were statistically significant (P<0.005). The specificities of notch on R wave in diagnosis of atrial septal defect were 96.91%, 98.15% and 99.38% respectively. Conclusions Notch on R wave in inferior leads is an independent electrocardiographic sign of secundum atrial septal defect in infants, and thus can be used as a diagnostic parameter.

Objective To investigate the efficacy,toxicity and cosmetic outcome of short-course radiotherapy with concomitant tumor bed boost after breast-conserving surgery for early stage breast cancer.Methods A total of 306 patients with T1-2 N0-1 M0 breast cancer after breast-conserving surgery were included.160 patients received whole-breast radiation to 45 Gy in 25 fractions followed by tumor bed boost of 14 Gy in 7 fractions (C group).146 patients received whole-breast radiation to 46 Gy in 23 fractions with concomitant tumor bed boost to 60 Gy in 23 fractions (S group).Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate the local recurrence and overall survival rates and the differences were compared by Logrank test.Chi-square test was used to compared the differences of the clinical characteristics,toxicity and cosmetic outcome between the two groups.Results The follow-up rate was 100％.After a median follow up of 26 months,the 1-,2-and 3-year overall survival rates were 100％.No patient developed local recurrence.In C and S group,the incidence of grade 1 acute skin toxicity was 46.9％ and 45.1％ (x2 =0.73,P =0.695),grade 2was 16.3％ and 13.7％ (x2 =0.73,P =0.695).Grade 1 late skin and subcutaneous tissue toxicity developed in 16.9％ and 17.1％ of patients in C and S group (x2 =0.00,P =0.954).Grade 1 neutropenia occurred in 11.9％ and 13.7％ of patients in C and S group (x2 =0.23,P =0.633).In C and S group,66.2％ and 65.5％ of patients had excellent and good cosmetic outcome (x2 =0.01,P =0.927).Conclusions Short-course radiotherapy with concomitant tumor bed boost provides similar results to conventional radiotherapy in local control,toxicity and cosmetic outcome.Long-term follow up is warranted to confirm this finding.

Objective:To understand the level of iodine nutrition in the areas with iodine deficiency and high iodine in Anyang City of Henan Province, and to provide a basis for taking targeted prevention and treatment measures and scientific adjustment of intervention strategies.Methods:In 2019, three areas with iodine deficiency (median iodine in water < 10 μg/L) and three areas with high water iodine (median iodine in water > 100 μg/L) were selected from counties (cities and districts) in Anyang City by stratified random sampling. Children aged 8-10 and pregnant women were selected in areas with high iodine and areas with iodine deficiency, respectively. Urine samples and salt samples were collected and tested, and children's thyroids were examined by B-mode ultrasound.Results:A total of 654 salt samples were collected in iodine deficiency areas, among which non-iodized salt accounted for 1.83% (12/654). A total of 628 salt samples were collected from areas with high iodine, among which non-iodized salt accounted for 6.05% (38/628). The difference in non-iodized salt rate between the two areas was statistically significant (χ 2=15.19, P < 0.05). A total of 654 urine samples were collected from children in iodine deficiency areas, with a median of 211.15 μg/L of urinary iodine, and 628 urine samples were collected from high iodine areas, with a median of 390.50 μg/L of urinary iodine. The difference was statistically significant ( U=- 18.34, P < 0.05). A total of 300 urine samples were collected from pregnant women in iodine deficiency areas, with a median of 223.95 μg/L, and 127 urine samples were collected from pregnant women in high iodine areas, with a median of 258.00 μg/L. The difference was statistically significant ( U=- 4.07, P < 0.05). The thyroid volume of 560 children in the iodine deficient areas was detected, and the swelling rate was 1.43% (8/560). The thyroid volume of 628 children in high iodine areas was detected, and the swelling rate was 2.07% (13/628). Conclusion:The iodine nutrition level of the population in the iodine deficiency areas of Anyang City is appropriate, while the iodine nutrition level of the population in the water source high iodine areas is excessive.

The current challenge from radiotherapy of early breast cancer has been to minimize the morbidity caused by this treatment without losing efficacy.Conventional two-dimensional radiotherapy breast plans can produce substantial dose inhomogeneities.Intensity-modulated radiotherapy(IMRT) can be used to improve the dose homogeneity in an irradiated volume.And to some extent,IMRT can reduce radiation doses to adjacent normal tissues including the contralateral breast,heart and lung,and improve the cosmetic outcome.

Objective To explore the reasonable radiotherapy range by analyzing the patterns and characteristics of intra-thoracic lymph node metastasis in small cell lung cancer (SCLC).Methods One hundred and fifty patients with limited-stage SCLC who received radical resection of primary tumor and systemic intra-thoracic lymph node dissection were included in the study.All the lymph nodes in each area were recorded and examined pathologically to analyze the patterns and characteristics of intra-thoracic lymph node metastasis.Results A total of 2372 lymph nodes were found in 631 areas,and a total of 413 positive lymph nodes (17.4％) were found in 188 lymph node areas (29.8％ ).Intra-thoracic lymph node metastasis were found in 88 patients,with a positive rate of 58.7％.The frequencies of metastasis in the area 11,10,7,5,4 were much higher than those in the other areas,and central located lesions and the higher T-stage lung tumors were more likely to develop intra-thoracic lymph node metastasis (x2 =15.32,39.72;P =0.000,0.000,respectively).Tumors located in the right upper lobe and right middle/lower lobe had a higher tendency of metastasis to the areas 4,7,10 and 4,7,10,11,respectively.Tumors located in the left upper lobe and left lower lobe had a higher tendency of metastasis to the areas 4,5,6,10 and 4,7,9,10,11,respectively.Mediastinal lymph node metastasis (N2 ) were found in 72 patients,among whom 29 patients (40.3％ ) had skipping N2 metastasis without hilar metastasis.Tumors located in the upper lobe had a tendency of skipping metastasis to the upper mediastinum,while tumors located in the middle/lower lobe had a tendency of skipping metastasis to the upper and lower mediastinum.Conclusions The lymph node metastases in SCLC follow the lymphatic drainage routes,that is,from intrapulmonary to the hilar and then to the mediastinum,but with some skipping metastases.Tumors located in different lobes have different high risk lymph node areas for metastasis,and elective irradiation to these lymph node areas maybe increase radiotherapy gain ratio in SCLC.

Objective To carry out construction of chimeras from embryonic stem cells of outbred KM mice. Methods We isolated embryonic stem cells from inner cell mass of KM mice blastocysts. Then we transferred embryonic stem cells into blastocoele of C57BL/6J inbred mice by microinjection in order to construct chimeric mice. Results The cells isolated from inner cell mass have typical characteristics,i e positive alkaline phophatase staining,normal karyotype,forming embryoid body. Now,we have constructed one chimeric mice successfully. Conclusion Embryonic stem cells isolated from inner cell mass can be used for the chimeras production successfully,which forms the substantial base of transgenic animal model by the way of using embryonic stem cells.

To enhance the specificity of anti-TNF-α single chain Fv antibody (TNF-scFv) to inflamed site, we constructed a bispecific antibody BsDb that targets TNF-α and ED-B-containing fibronectin (B-FN) by covalently linking TNF-scFv and the anti-ED-B scFv L19 at the gene level via a flexible peptide linker deriving from human serum albumin. BsDb was successfully secreted from Pichia pastoris as functional protein, identified by immunoblotting, and purified to homogeneity with affinity chromatography. BsDb retained the immunoreactivity of its original antibodies TNF-scFv and L19, and showed a marked gain in antigen-binding affinity and in TNF-α-neutralizing ability, when compared to TNF-scFv and L19 that were produced in Escherichia coli. In the adjuvant-induced arthritis (AIA) mice model, BsDb showed selective accumulation and retention in the inflamed paws but rapid clearance from blood, resulting in high arthritic paw to blood ratios. These data indicate that BsDb is endowed with high specificity to inflamed site and low toxicity to normal tissues and holds great potential for in vivo application for the targeted therapy of RA and other chronic inflammatory diseases.

Radiotherapy is important for cancer treatment. However, some patients still experience relapse and exhibit radiation resistance. Mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) is the main effector molecule in PI3K/AKT signaling. This molecule is found in two structurally and functionally distinct multi-protein complexes known as the mTOR complex 1 and mTOR complex 2. The mTOR signaling pathway controls the growth, proliferation, survival, and apoptosis of cancer cells. This pathway is closely related to tumori-genesis and treatment response, and is used in sensitizing radiotherapy. mTOR inhibitors regulate radio-sensitization through multiple mechanisms, including cell cycle alterations, DNA repair modulation, and tumor hypoxia reduction. Preclinical studies showed that mTOR inhibitors with tolerable toxicity may be used as an effective modality to overcome radio-resistant tumors. Responses to mTOR inhibitors vary depending on the cell lines. Molecular markers can be used to select suitable patients. Further studies are needed to com-pletely understand the use of mTOR inhibitors in radio-sensitization.
