1.Biological characteristics and complication of subcutaneous embedding sustained release contraceptives
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(12):-
A device of subcutaneous embedding contraceptive is that the contraceptive filling in a rod-shape capsule made by high molecular compound is slowly and stably released. The released contraceptive takes the effect via blood circulation. Subcutaneous embedding contraceptive is characterized by high performance, long-term efficacy, safety, convenience, and high reversibility; therefore, it is popular among reproductive-aged women. On the other hand, it has few of segmentation during taking out of human body. However, side effects still need to be further studied. This study introduced the biological characteristics and complications of non-biodegradable and biodegradable long-term sustained release vector for contraception, thus we hope discover a new subcutaneous embedding contraceptive involving in excellent performance and few side effects for clinical application.

Objective To explore the effect of different factors on strengthening the tissue culture seedlings and roots of Dendranthema morifolium ( Ramat) Tzvel. cv. Gongju, so as to provide experimental basis for establishing an in-vitro rapid propagation system of Dendranthema morifolium. Methods The experiment took Dendranthema morifolium ( Ramat) Tzvel. cv. Gongju tissue culture seedling as the studying object. By using tissue culture technology, different additives were added into the MS medium. Results In the seedling-strengthening culture medium, 150 mL/L of macro-element was beneficial to the growth of tissue culture seedlings of Dendranthema morifolium ( Ramat) Tzvel. cv. Gongju. The culture medium with 100 g/L of coconut milk added could obviously promote the growth of Dendranthema morifolium ( Ramat) Tzvel. cv. Gongju tissue culture seedlings. And activated carbon added to the rooting culture medium could induce the formation of tissue culture root system of Dendranthema morifolium ( Ramat) Tzvel. cv. The addition of α-naphthaleneacetic acid ( NAA) and indolebutyric acid ( IBA) at certain concentrations could promote the amount and the growth of the roots. Conclusion The tissue culture seedlings of Dendranthema morifolium ( Ramat) Tzvel. cv. Gongju are boosted by increasing the amount of macro-element, reducing the concentration of agar in the culture medium and adding coconut milk and growth hormones to the culture medium. The optimal rooting culture medium is a compound of 1/2MS, NAA 0.05 mg/L and IBA 0.05 mg/L.

Object To investigate the chromatographic fingerprints of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae (RSM), its intermediate and INJECTION by HPLC-UV-MS. Methods Separation was performed on an Alltima C 18 analytical column with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-water-acetic acid as gradient eluent at the flow rate of 1 mL/min. The UV detection was set at 281 nm and TIC was recorded by an electrospray ionization mass spectrometer in negative ion mode. Results The HPLC-UV and HPLC-MS fingerprints of RSM, its intermediate and INJECTION were obtained with perfect isolation. Conclusion The fingerprints could be used for the control of RSM, its intermediate and INJECTION.

Objective: To establish the GC fingerprinting of Lignum dalbergia odoriferae. Methods: The measurement conditions applied are as follows: DB 5 (0.32mm?30m 0.25?m) column; detector: FID; internal standard: tetradecyl alchohol. Results: Fingerprint of Lignum dalbergia odoriferae consisted of 7 peaks. The area of peaks exceeded 90% of total one. RSD of precision and reproducibility is in the range of 5%. Conclusion: The method can be used for quality control of Lignum dalbergia odoriferae.

Abstract: In the present study, the compound XL-12 from our previous work was utilized as a lead compound. Through the optimization of the terminal phenyl ring, 12 target compounds were designed and synthesized. The structures of all target compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and H RMS. In vitro enzyme activity assay showed that most compounds demonstrated significant inhibitory activity toward Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) and Janus kinase 3 (JAK3). Among them, compound I-3 exhibited moderate cell proliferation inhibitory activity toward Daudi cells and BaF3-JAK3 cells. In the evaluation of anti-inflammatory activity in vitro, compound I-3 could effectively inhibit the production of inflammatory factors IL-6; besides, it exhibited superior anti-inflammatory activity compared to ibrutinib in xylene-induced ear swelling model in mice.
