[Summary] The isolated dissection of the superior mesenteric artery ( IDSMA) was once considered to be a rare disease .In recent years , a growing number of cases of IDSMA have been reported , especially by Chinese authors , because of the increasing use of contrast-enhanced computed tomography scans .To understand the real domestic status of IDSMA , the Chinese-language literatures were searched, and the clinical characteristics and treatment of IDSMA were analyzed .
2.Application of cryoablation in treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia

Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) is one of the frequent cardiovascular diseases.In recent years, cryoablation has become a research hot spot for PSVT treatment.Theoretically, its operability and safety are both better than those of radiofrequency ablation.Cryoablation can significantly reduce risk of ablation complications, but how to reduce recurrent rate after cryoablation is still a problem in the future.The present article made a review on main therapeutic methods of PSVT, especially application of cryoablation.

There is rapid growth of pediatric surgery service in China in the recent years. A survey by the China
Association �A gainst �Epi�lepsy underta�ken in �June ����� 2006���� on the ma�jor cities in different parts of the
country showed a dramatic increase particularly in years 2004 and 2006. Surgery for temporal lobe
epilepsy accounts for half of the operation. Surgery has an important role in the treatment of drug
resistant pediatric epilepsy. With large population and vast geographical spread, it is important to
further develop pediatric epilepsy surgery service in China

5.Differentiating diagnosis of no nipple discharge disease by fiberoptic ductoscopy

Objective To study the characteristics of breast disease and the effect of differentating diagnosis of breast disease under fiberoptic ductoscopy(FDS). Methods 50 cases of breast disease were examined by FDS. Results There were hyperplasia of mammary glands in 31 cases; chronic mastitis in 5 cases; ductal ectasia in 7 cases and breast cancer in 7 cases by FDS in this series. The accord rate of pathological diagnosis with FDS was 98%,and with clinical diagnosis was 76%.Conclusions FDS is a very important and new method in the diagnosis of breast disease .FDS can detect early breast cancer. It can be used as intervening treatment for some intraductal papilloma and chronic inflammatory disesase.FDS has precis location and qualitation effect for diagnosis of breast disease. FDS will greatly influence the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
6.Concentration Determination of Human Plasma Felodipine by HPLC-MS

OBJECTIVE:To establish the method to determine the concentration of human plasma felodipine by HPLC-MS.METHODS:The HPLC separating system was adopted and the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-water-acetic acid with a flow rate at1ml/min and split ratio at2∶1,the fixed phase was Hypersil C 18 column;The mass spectrometric de-tection system and AP-ESI positive ion model were adopted with the atmosperic pressure at0.054Pa(400psi),the protecting gas at N 2 10L/min,capillary voltage at4000V,the ion source temperature at100℃and the fragment voltage at220V,the ions collected by SIM were felodipine m/z411(M+Na),Nimodipine m/z441(M+Na).RESULTS:The linear concentration range for felodipine was0.2~50ng/ml with a minimum detection limit at0.15ng/ml,the recovery was above90.93%with both the intra-day RSD and the inter-day RSD at less than9.8%(RSD

10.The Effect of Gabapentin on TRPV1 in Rat DRG after CCI

Objective To study the effect of Gabapentin(GBP)on the transient receptor potential vanilloid l(TRPV1)in dorsal root ganglion (DRG)of rats with chronic constriction injury(CCI). Methods SD male rats were used to establish CCI model and randomly divided into 3 groups,the control group,the CCI group,and the CCI+GBP group. Mechanical allodynia and thermal hyperalgesia were measured to evaluate the es?tablishment of CCI model and the analgesic effect of GBP. At the postoperative 8 days,all rats were sacrificed and dorsal root ganglions were collect?ed for further RT?PCR and Western?blotting analysis to detect expression of TRVP1 in DRG. Results The mRNA and protein expression of TRPV1 were both significantly increased in DRG after CCI operation and GBP could decrease mRNA expression of TRPV1 gene in DRG after CCI. Conclusion The expression of TRPV1 was increased in DRG after CCI operation which was decreased after administration of GBP.
