Objective To discuss the personality characteristics and blood lipid levels in patients with infertility and depression, and further analyze the relationship between the degree of depression and the two aspects. Methods We selected 190 infertility patients and they were tested with Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) in Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital Affiliated to North China University of Science and Technology from December,2015 to December,2016.All the patients were allocated into depression group (with depression symptom) and non-depression group (without depression symptom).Blood lipid levels, including triglycerides (TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were determined and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) was applied to evaluate the personality traits in both groups. Results The patients in the depression group were mainly mild-to-moderate depression accouting for 64.4%,and patients with moderate to severe depression accouted for approximately 30.0%.The levels of TG and TC of patients in the depression group were significantly higher than those in the non-depression group(P<0.01).The scores of neuroticism(N),validity scale(L) and psychoticism(P) of patients in the depression group were significantly higher than those in the non-depression group, while there was no significant difference in exextraversion (E) between the two groups.TG,E dimension,P dimension and L dimension were effective predictors of depression in infertile patients, and the Beta coefficient were 0.199,-0.240,0.424 and 0.220.Pearson partial correlation analysis showed that TG was positively correlated with P,N and L dimensions. Conclusion Infertility patients with depression may have dyslipidemia and personality changes. The degree of depression is positively correlated to the level of TG and the score of P and N.
7.Activity of cyclic diguanylate (c-di-GMP) in bacteria and the study of its derivatives.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2012;47(3):307-312
Cyclic diguanylate (c-di-GMP) is a ubiquitous second messenger present in a wide variety of bacteria, which is responsible for cell differentiation, biofilm formation, pathogenic factor generation, and so on. The level of c-di-GMP in bacteria is regulated by two opposing active domains, diguanylate cyclase (DGC) and phosphodiesterase (PDE), which are present in the same bifunctional protein, and in charge of the synthesis and the degradation of c-di-GMP, respectively. The target of c-di-GMP in the bacterial cell consists of PilZ domain and GEMM riboswitch, the only riboswitch that involved in signal transduction. This article gives an overview of c-di-GMP, focusing on its metabolic pathway, regulatory mechanism, biological function of c-di-GMP, and the synthesis of c-di-GMP analogues and their biological activity.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2018;46(1):94-99
As an important inorganic element, iodine not only plays an important role in human growth and metabolism, but also has an irreplaceable role in the chemical engineering, medicine, food and other fields. Thus the detection of iodine ion is of important significance. In this work, colorimetric recognition and sensing of iodine ion with high sensitivity was proposed based on target induced shielding of the peroxidase-like activity of bare platinum nanoparticles ( PtNPs ).This assay exhibited simplicity and cost-effectiveness.The recognition of iodine ion by bare PtNPs could be fulfilled in a few seconds and the assay could be accomplished within 10 min.The detection range for iodine ion was 20 nmol/L-5.0 μmol/L and the detection limit was 8 nmol/L ( S/N = 3 ).Furthermore, the new assay system did not require surface modification of nanoparticles, nor complex organic synthesis. This assay was successfully applied to detection of iodine concentration in real salt and water samples, exhibiting promising application prospects.

Abstract: Objective To explore the threshold of ALT for initiating antiviral therapy in HBV infected patients, and to provide a basis for initiating antiviral therapy in chronic HBV-infected patients. Methods This retrospective cohort study recruited 707 consecutive treatment-naïve chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients undergoing diagnostic liver biopsy in the department of infectious diseases of the Affiliated Hospital of Yan′an University from October 2013 to August 2018. Liver biopsy specimens were obtained under ultrasound guidance using Menghini 16G disposable needles. The METAVIR scoring system, which is commonly used internationally, was used to divide the patients into the group with mild liver tissue injury and the group with significant liver tissue injury, and the alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels were measured separately. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and Mann-Whitney U test were used to evaluate the diagnostic value of ALT for significant liver tissue injury under different demographic characteristics. Results Of 707 patients, 292 (41.30%) had significant liver tissue injury confirmed by liver biopsy (METAVIR ≥A2 and/or F2). When the ULN of ALT was set to NICE criteria (30 U/L for males, 19 U/L for females), AASLD criteria (35 U/L for males, 25 U/L for females) and EASL or APASL criteria (40 U/L for males and females), CHB patients with

OBJECTIVETo investigate the prognostic value of some clinicopathologic indexes and biologic tumor markers in predicting recurrence in T1 transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) of the bladder.
METHODSThe expressions of p53, E-cadherin and VEGF of 75 patients with T1 primary bladder TCC were detected by streptabitin peroxidase (SP) immunohistochemical methods. The effects of clinicopathologic indexes and biologic tumor markers on recurrence were assessed by Kaplan-Meier and Cox proportional hazards model.
RESULTSThe 1-, 3-, and 5-year recurrence- free survival rates were 68.0%, 45.3% and 20.9%. In Kaplan-Meier analysis, tumor mutifocality and the expression of p53, E-cadherin and VEGF were associated with recurrence. In multivariate analysis, the independent recurrence variables were tumor mutifocality, the expression of p53 and E-cadherin.
CONCLUSIONTumor mutifocality and the abnormal expression of p53 and E-cadherin are the variables that independently predict recurrence in T1 transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder.
