1.Genetic transformation of Erigeron breviscapus induced by particle gun with a few affecting factors
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(07):-
Objective To get genetic transformated Erigeron breviscapus plantlet with the antiinsect and antifungi effects. Methods The plasmid with gene RBBI2-3 was produced by PCR,middle carrier PBS and plant carrier YY46.By using the particle gun to bombard E. breviscapus, genetic transformation was realized. It was done with the control experiment on bombarded materials, bombarding pressures, and Gent.sensitivity.Results The result of genetic transformation by using true leaves as bombarded material was the best;Ⅱ-type callus were the next in order;the roots, stems, and Ⅰ-type callus were the last in the result. The bombarding pressure of 8.96?10~6 Pa was the best to induce true leaves forming adventitious bud.The result of using the pressure of 7.58?10~6 Pa and 8.96?10~6 Pa to bombard Ⅱ-type callus did not show any difference and was next to true leaves. The best result is using 50 ?g/mL Gent to choose the E.breviscapus of genetic transformation. Conclusion The paddy RBBI2-3 transformed into the genetic transformation on E.breviscapus by particle gun bombarding is the best. The genetic transformated E.breviscapus plantlet has been obtained.
2.Recent advances in perioperative pain management in orthopaedic surgery
Orthopedic Journal of China 2009;17(24):1873-1875
It is generally known that postoperative pain can cause many adverse clinical effects on the patients of orthopaedic surgery such as lack of exercises of the involved limb, atrophy of the related muscles, anchylosis, osteoparosis,et al,which will ultimately affect the patient's final recovery and living quality. This paper introduces some recent advanced theories about the orthopaedic postoperative pain diagnosis, evaluation and various kinds of treatments hoping to achieve more effective perioperative analgesia in orthopaedic surgery.
3.The Effect of Objective Life Status and Psychological Factors on the Life Satisfaction in Retired Cadres
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;9(2):146-147
Objective:To explore effect of objective life status and psychological factors on the life satisfaction (SLS) in retired carders. Methods:Two hundred and forty-four retired carders were assessed with Quality of Life Inventory (QOLI), The Elderly's Coping Style Questionaire and Social Support Questionaire. Results:The correlation analysis showed that SLS was significantly related with OIQL, coping style, social support, and life expectation.Multiple stepwise regression analysis revealed that objective indicators about physical state and mental state from OIQL distancing style from positive coping and social support had significant effect on SLS.
9.Influence of continuous positive airway pressure on N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide in non-obese patients with obstructive sleep apnea
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2016;37(13):1757-1759
Objective To explore the effects of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) on N‐terminal pro‐B‐type natriuretic peptide (NT‐proBNP) in the non‐obese patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) .Methods A total of 41 cases of severe OSA complicating coronary artery disease(CAD) were divided into two groups based on their body mass index (BMI):obese group (BMI>28 kg/m2 ) and non‐obese group (BMI≤28 kg/m2 ) .All the patients were treated by CPAP for 24 weeks .Serum NT‐proBNP lev‐el was detected by adopting the electrochemiluminescence method ,the changes of the serum levels of NT‐proBNP were compared between before and after treatment .Results The NT‐proBNP level after treatment in the non‐obese group was significantly de‐creased ,which was decreased from (141 .8 ± 156 .5)pg/mL before treatment to (106 .7 ± 167 .2)pg/mL ,the difference was statisti‐cally significant (P<0 .05);the NT‐proBNP level after treatment in the obese group showed the increasing trend ,which was in‐creased from (32 .2 ± 24 .5)pg/mL before treatment to (86 .3 ± 174 .4)pg/mL ,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0 .05) .Conclusion CPAP can effectively decrease the NT‐proBNP level in non‐obese patients OSA complicating CAD .
10.Peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor ? and atherosclerosis
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(06):-
Peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor-gamma(PPAR?),one of members of the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily of ligand-activated transcription factors, may affect the ocurrence and development of atherosclerosis(AS) through effective modulate lipocyte differentiation, improve glucose and lipoprotein decompensation and control inflammation reaction and so on.This review will focus on the recently development that relation on PPAR? and AS.
