1.The relation of peripheral leukocyte counts with urinary albumin in patients with type 2 diabetes
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2008;16(1):12-14
Objective To investigate the relation of peripheral leukocyte total and its differential counts with urinary albumin(UAlb)in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods The 564 subjects with type 2 diabetes were stratified according to UAER levels. The total and differential leukocyte counts of peripheral blood were measured.Demographic and potential metabolic confounding factors were analyzed with multiple correlation and logistic regressions to evaluate the effects of leukocyte counts on UAER.Results With the increase of UAER,the peripheral total leukocyte, neutrophil, monocyte, eosinophil and basophil counts increased. In contrast, the lymphocyte count decreased. The differences persisted even after adjusting the influence of age, sex, duration of diabetes and other known risk factors. Conclusions Our study shows that peripheral leukocyte counts, even within the normal range, are related with UAlb in subjects with type 2 diabetes in a dose-dependent manner.
2.Analysis of the different levels of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein and its related factors in subjects with isolated IGT or IFG
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2008;16(2):76-78
Objective To compare the levels of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsC-RP) among subjects with normal fasting glucose plus normal glucose tolerance(NFG/NGT),IFG,IGT and IFG plus IGT,and to analyze the related risk factors. Methods 443 nondiabetic subjects aged 39-65 years were seperated into four groups:NFG plus NGT,IFG,IGT and IFG plus IGT.The serum hsC-RP levels and related factors were analyzed. Results Compared with IFG subjects,IGT subjects had higher hsC-RP levels. No differences in hsC-RP levels were found between NFG plus NGT group and IFG group, as well as between IGT group and IFG plus IGT group.Stepwise multiple regression showed that BMI and HOMA-IR were independent predictors of hsC-RP. Conclusions IGT subjects have significantly higher serum hsC-RP level than IFG subjetcts. The serum level of hsC-RP is associated with insulin resistance and the components numbers of metabolic syndrome.

Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2007;14(z1):35-36
Objective To observe efficacy of Pulmicort in treatment of capillary bronchitis. Methods Children with capillary bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups,ninty-eight cases of study group were treated with Pulmicort,fifty-eight cases of control group were treated with common therapy, observe clinical symptom:cough, breathes heavily. Results Two groups efficiency were 93.8% and 72.4% respectively. The study group was significantly better than that in control group. Conclusion Pulmicort inhalation in treatment of children with capillary bronchitis are effective.
8.Studies on the partial pressure of end-tidal carbon dioxide and the coronary perfusion pressure during the cardiopulmonary resuscitation in dogs
Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 2014;(8):515-519
Objective To study the changes in and correlations between the partial pressure of end-tidal carbon dioxide (PETCO2) and the coronary perfusion pressure during cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) based on the cardiac arrest dog models of ventricular fibrillation by electric shock. Methods 36 healthy dogs were evenly randomized into 3 groups including 4 minutes close-chest CPR(CCCPR) group, 4 minutes open-chest CPR(OCCPR) group, and 8 minutes OCCPR group. There were 12 dogs in each group, half male and half female. In the process of CPR, all parameters about PETCO2 and CPP were recorded. Results In the 4 minutes CCCPR group, the correlation coefficient between the CPP and the PETCO2 was 0.992 (P<0.05), which was in positive linear correlation. In the 4 minutes OCCPR group, the correlation coefficient between the CPP and the PETCO2 was 0.937 (P < 0.05), which also showed positive linear correlation. In the 8 minutes OCCPR group, the correlation coefficient between the CPP and the PETCO2 was 0.952 (P<0.05), and was also in positive linear correlation. The percentage of ROSC was 66.7(8/12) in the 4 minutes CCOPR group, 100%(12/12) in the 4 minutes OCCPR group and 58.3%(7/12) in the 8 minutes OCCPR group. There were statistical differences in CPP, PETCO2 between models with ROSC and without ROSC at 1, 2, 5, 10, 15 and 20 mins of CPR (all P<0.05). Conclusions This research shows that there is a close positive linear relationship between the coronary perfusion pressure and the PETCO2, and PETCO2 could be used to evaluate the prognosis of the CPR.
9.LncRNA-MEG3 mediated apoptosis of retinoblastoma by regulating P53 pathway
Recent Advances in Ophthalmology 2017;37(4):301-304
Objective To investigate whether MEG3 involved in the development of retinoblastoma by down-regulating the expression of P53 protein. Methods The MEG3 expression of retinoblastoma tissues and corresponding non-tumor tissues were detected by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR).Retinoblastoma cell lines SO-RB50 or HXO-RB44 were transfected with pcDNA-MEG3 or siRNA-MEG3,after which cell apoptosis was tested by flow cytometry and P53 protein expression was tested by Western blot. Results MEG3 expression of retinoblastoma tissues was significantly reduced compared with corresponding non-tumor tissues(P =0.014).MEG3 level was significantly increased in pcDNA-MEG3 transfected SO-RB50 cells (P =0.002) and significantly decreased in siRNA-MEG3 transfected HXO-RB44 cells (P =0.004).Flow cytometry showed that the SO-RB50 cells apoptosis was significantly increased with the MEG3 over-expression(P < 0.05),as well as the HXO-RB44 cells apoptosis was significantly decreased with the MEG3 knockdown(P < 0.05),compared with the control group, respectively.Furthermore,Western blot showed that P53 protein level was significantly increased after SO-RB50 transfected with pcDNA-MEG3 (P < 0.05),while significantly decreased after HXO-RB44 transfected with siRNA-MEG3 (P < 0.05),compared with the control group, respectively. Conclusion MEG3 is down-regulated in retinoblastoma, affect the development of retinoblastoma, and may induce the retinoblastoma cell apoptosis by promoting the expression of P53 protein.
