Objective: To observe the antibacterial, antitrichomonal, antipruritic and anti inflammatory effects of Jiefujing Lotion(Rhizoma Coptidis, cortex Phellodendri, Fructus cnidii Fruetus Kochiae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, etc). Methods: The methods were applied antibacterial in vivo and in vitro , vaginal trichomoniasis resistant in vitro , itch threshold of guinea pigs caused by histamine, rats and mouse inflammation caused by albumen and dimethylbenzene. Results: Jiefujing Lotion had considerable inhibitory and disinfecting activities to bacteria and fungus related to edeitis. The lotion could also kill vaginal trichomonads, increase the itch threshold value and had anti inflammatory effect. Conclusion: Jiefujing Lotion had obvious antibacterial, antitrichomonal, antipruritic and anti inflammatory effects.

In order to improve the metabolism yield of cordycepin and adenosine,we studied nitrogen sources ,the levels of nitrogen sources and carbon sources,dynamic development in liquid culture ,as well as the total yield of cordycepin and adenosine in culture system through determining the contents of cordycepin and adenosine by HPLC .The results are as follows: not only animal protein but also some plant protein is very good nitrogen sources; in culture solution the suitable levels of nitrogen sources and carbon sources is respectively 3% and 4%; the content of adenosine in culture solution is very low, while it is quite high in mycelia; it is much higher that the total yield of cordycepin in culture solution than in mycelia; when the culture system is oscillated and cultured after 7~9 days, the total yield of cordycepin and adenosine are both high.

Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an immune-mediated disorder of the neuromuscular junction that is characterized by fluctuating muscle weakness.Acetylcholine receptor antibody (AchR-Ab) is the first MG specific antibody being elucidated,however,the discovery of many other MG specific or related antibodies enriches its immunopathogenesis greatly.The detection of antibodies is very important for the diagnosis and classification of MG.It can be used to guide the clinical management and evaluate the response to treatment as well.With the development of laboratory medicine,the methods of antibody detection are also being optimized.In this paper,we will review the serum antibodies closely associated with MG and their mechanisms,detection methods and clinical significance.

Objective To summarize the experience of assisted reproductive technology concurrent deep vein thrombosis, improve the level of nursing. Methods The clinical data of 5 cases of assisted reproductive technology concurrent deep vein thrombosis in Reproductive Medical Center of Peking University Third Hospital were retrospectively analyzed and the related literature was retrieved,the nursing experience and preventive measures were summarized. Results Through treatment and careful, all the patient were cured. Conclusions Strengthen the nursing care of patients with assisted reproductive technology concurrent deep vein thrombosis, actively prevent ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome occurred is the key to reduce thrombosis. Those patients with risks factors should be paid more attention, strengthen health education, reduce or alleviate complications.

Objective To explore the consistency of time-of-flight (TOF) technology of PET/MRI and PET/CT for max standardized uptake value (SUVmax) of body malignant tumors.Methods A retrospective analysis of TOF-PET/CT and TOF-PET/MR imaging data about twenty patients with body malignant tumors was performed.Patients were divided into two groups (each n=10),including PET/CT first and sequentially PET/MR group and PET/MR first and sequentially PET/CT group.Bland-Altman figure was used to evaluate consistency of SUVmax of malignant lesions between TOF-PET/CT and TOF-PET/MR.Multi-way ANOVA was used to analysis effect of machine type and exam order on SUVmaxof malignant lesions in TOF-PET/CT and TOF-PET/MR.Results SUVmax of malignant lesions in TOF-PET/CT and TOF-PET/MR had good consistency in two groups (PET/CT first and sequentially PET/MR group:Mean difference was 3.06,95％CI was [-7.5,13.6];PET/MR first and sequentially PET/CT group:Mean difference was 3.0,95％CI was [-2.4,8.3]).SUVmax was not influenced by machine type (F=0.005,P=0.95),but exam order (F=46.00,P＜0.001).Conclusion PET/MR and PET/CT with TOF technology have comparative diagnostic value in SUVmaxof body malignant lesions.SUVmax of body malignant lesions increases in delay time,which is not related to machine type,but exam time.

In traditional clinical application, Coptidis Rhizome and Evodiae Fructus have been combined to treat various stomach heat and cold syndromes, gastritis, gastric ulcer and the like. With the application of modem instruments and the development of molecular pharmacologic theory, their chemical constituents and pharmacological effects have been sufficiently studied. In this paper, literatures from Pubmed were adopted, with particular emphasis on findings of international counterparts and studies on compatibility of main chemical components in Coptidis Rhizoma and Evodiae Fructus, in order to elaborate on the scientific comparability of Coptidis Rhizoma and Evodiae Fructus through chemical analysis, and pharmacological and biopharmaceutics studies and introduce the future development trend of the studies.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the clinical effects of close reduction and minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis in treating proximal humerus fractures in the aged.

METHODSFrom February 2012 to December 2013,39 patients with proximal humerus fractures were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO group, 21 cases) and open reduction internal fixation (ORIF group, 18 cases). Including 17 males and 22 females in the study, and aged from 67 to 88 years old with an average of (71.8 ± 5.2) years old. In MIPPO group, there were 11 males and 10 females with an average age of (70.0 ± 5.3) years old;and in ORIF group, there were 10 males and 8 females with an average age of (72.0 ± 4.2) years old. Operation time, blood loss during operation, fracture healing time and postoperative complications were recorded. The functions of the shoulder joints were assessed according to Constant-Murley score at final follow-up.

RESULTSAll the patients were followed up from 11 to 27 months with an average of 18.1 months. The mean blood loss of the MIPPO group was (176.0 ± 57.4) ml,while the ORIF group was (356.0 ± 66.9) ml (t = 7.22,P = 0.01). The operation time of the MIPPO group was (47.4 ± 14.9) min, while the ORIF group was (92.7 ± 15.8) min (t = 0.79, P = 0.03). Fracture healing time in the MIPPO group and ORIF group was (17.6 ± 5.8), ( 21.7 ± 4.9) weeks, respectively (P < 0.05). The mean Constant-Murley score at final follow-up was 89.7 ± 14.5 in MIPPO group, and 81.8 ± 13.2 in ORIF group (P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONMIPPO has advantages of little trauma, less blood loss, rapid recovery, less vascular damage and so on and can effectively treat the proximal humerus fracture in the aged.

Objective To determine,the clinical significance of serum myocardial enzymes (Mb,cTNI, CK,CK-Mb,AST,LDH) in the classification of the disease severity of non-cardiogenic critically-ill patients. Compared with APACHEⅡscore concerned as the standard diagnosis of the critical ills,these biomarkers were investigated for the evaluation possibility of the degree and the prognosis of the critical ills.Method Patients admitted to our EICU were consecutively collected for the research from April to December in 2005 and the myocardial enzymes,and routine serum biochemical test and APACHEⅡscore were detected simultaneously.All the patients were classified to three groups according to the APACHEⅡscore (mild group,APACHEⅡ25) and two groups (survive group and death group) according to the prognosis.All the patients were followed up till recovery/discharge or death. Objective To explore the cultural method of oral keratinocytes and make preparations for further investigation in using oral keratinocytes as a new choice of seed cells for the reconstruction of tissue-engineered urethra. Methods Oral keratinocytes of rabbits were isolated in vitro and seeded onto a culture dish with a feeder layer of 3T3 mouse fibroblasts inhibited by mitomycin(i3T3) or a culture dish without i3T3 respectively. Cell morphology was observed and cell growth was detected at intervals.Meanwhile,oral keratinocytes obtained from in vitro culture were performed immunofluorescence staining with broad-spectrum keratin antibody(AE1/AE3) and keratin 19 antibody(K19).The percentage of positive cells of passage 2 reactive to AE1/AE3 was assessed by flow cytometry. ResultsOral keratinocytes seeded onto a feeder layer of i3T3 exhibited finer morphous,better amplification capability,and could be passed for 7 or 8 generations.However,those cultured without i3T3 took on various morphous and could only be subcultured 2 generations before ageing.It was indicated by immunofluorescence staining that oral keratinocytes obtained from in vitro culture were positive for AE1/AE3 staining and 40% were positive for K19 staining.The result of flow cytometry revealed that the amout of positive keratinocytes reactive to AE1/AE3 was more than 95% of total cellular score. Conclusion Oral keratinocytes of rabbits can be cocultured with i3T3 in vitro and magnitude quantity can be attained,laying a favourable foundation for oral keratinocytes as a new choice of seed cells for urethral reconstruction with tissue engineering.
