1.Comparison of curative effects of GnRH-a and mifepristone in treatment of endometriosis after laparoscopic operation

0bjective To compare the curative effects of GnRH-a and mifepristone in treatment of endometriosis after laparoscopic operation.Methods 114 cases of patients were selected from March 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery,randomly divided into mifepristone group,GnRH-a group and untreated group,each group for 38 cases.mifepristone group were treated by oral mifepristone one week after operation,25 mg,qd,continuing to take 6 months;GnRH-a group,post operative 1 week received injection of GnRH-a (Tamiflu)3.75 mg,once every 4 weeks,6 times in a row;The untreated group,fails to drug treatment.To compare the symptoms,relapse rate pregnancy rate and serum hormones including FSH, LH and E2 levels.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of GnRH-a and mifepristone group is significantly higher than the untreated group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate is lower than the untreated group(P <0.05),the pregnancy rate is higher than the untreated groups(P<0.05).The recurrence rate,the remission rate and the pregnancy rate of mifepristone group are lower than the untreated group,there was no statistical significance.Conclusion Mifepristone and GnRH-a can both,effectively reduce the recurrence rate after EMT laparoscopic surgery,can guarantee the pregnancy rate,reduce the adverse reaction.
2.Diagnosis value of PP65 antigenemia assay in febrile children with cytomegalovirus infection

Objective To evaluate diagnosis value of PP65 antigenaemia assay(AA) on cytomegalovirus(CMV) infection in febrile children.Method One hundred and twenty-eight febrile children with febrile duration between one to two weeks,their blood preparations and urine aliquots were screened,indirect IF staining(antigen PP65),ELISA(CMV-IgM) and light microscope(urinary cytomegalic inclusion).Three methods above mentioned were used in all patients.Result The positive rate of PP65 antigenaemia,CMV-IgM and urinary cytomegalic inclusion was 17.2%,8.6%,6.3%,respectively.The positive coincidence rate of PP65 antigen with CMV-IgM and PP65 antigen with urinary cytomegalic inclusion was 50%(11/22),36%(8/22),respectively.Nineteen childrens antigenaemia PP65 became negative with patient′s condition improved.Three children′s PP65 antigenaemia remained positive,when they were clinic cured.Two of them became negative after two weeks and one after three weeks.Conclusion Antigenaemia PP65 is effective in early diagnosis of active CMV infection,predicting patient′s condition and providing early intervention and treatment.
3.The Experimental Study on the Safety of Domestic-Made CO_2 as a Vascular Contrast Agent

4.Current Status in Technique and Clinical Application of CO_2-DSA

Purpose:To evaluate clinical utility of carbon dioxide digital subtraction angiography(CO_2-DSA).Materials anti Methods:CO_2-DSA was performed in 85 patients including hepatic.renal,splenic,and super mesenterie arteriography in 75 cases,abdominal artefiography and extremity arteriography in 3 cases,direct portography in 6 cases, hepatic venography in 1 case.Delivery method met the behavior of the gas combination with optimal imaging technique and postprocessing method were applied in order to obtain image accuracy. The images quality of CO_2-DSA was then compared with that of conventional contrast agent arteriograms.Results:CO_2-DSA provided good visualization of the large vascular trunks and their 1st,2nd.grade branches of the target vessels,which could be beneficial for guiding interventional procedures.It was inferior to the conventional DSA in visualization of small vessels, however,CO_2-DSA was superior to conventional DSA in the detection of arterioportal shunts (APS),tumor blood sinuses(including Cavernous hemangioma),retrograde visualization of portal vein.The side effects were minimal.Conclusion:CO_2-DSA could provide accurate, clinical useful veseular images.CO_2-DSA is believed to be a safe and effective alternative to iodine contrast agent.

Cell-penetrating peptide (CPP) is a kind of small molecular peptide which can pass through a variety of cell membranes. It can carry bioactive macromolecules into cells. Due to lacking of tissue-selecting and targeting behavior, the application of CPP in the field of tumor treatment is limited. Activatable cell- penetrating peptide (ACPP) has brought the dawn to the application of CPP. This review mainly introduces the applications of ACPP in the targeting antitumor drug delivery which was designed based on the differences between tumor microenvironment and normal tissues as well as the exogenous physical stimulation.

7.Percutaneous placed bioprosthetic venous valve in the treatment of deep vein reflux:animal experiments and clinical trials

ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficiency of percutaneously placed bioprosthetic bicuspid venous valve(BVV)in the treatment of deep vein insufficiency in animal experiments and clinical trials.MethodsBVV was made of two pieces of lyophilized porcine small intestinal submucosa(SIS)which were attached to a stent frame.Three kinds of BVVs(BVV1,BVV2,BVV3)was developed using different kinds of stent frames and different Methodsof attachment. BVV1,BVV2 and BVV3 were percutaneouslv placed into ovlne's jugular veins acrossed the nature valves.Ascending and descending angiography were performed before and after BVVs placement.The patency of veins and the function of valves was evaluated during 5 weeks to 6 months follow-up. In clinical trial,BVV1 and BVV3 were percutaneouslv placed into 3 and 15 patients with chronic venous insufficiency(CVI)respectively.The patency of veins and the function of valves was also evaluated during 1 to 3 years' follow-up.ResultsIn animal experiment,BVV1,BVV2,and BVV3 were placed to 24,26 and 12 ovine's jugular veins respectively.During 5 weeks to 6 months followup period,22(88.0%),24(92.3%)and 12 of the BVVs exhibited good function.Endothelium of both surfaces of SIS leaflets was complete in approximately 3 months. SIS was graduallv reabsorbed and replaced by the host's own cells.Three BVV1 were placed into 3 patients with CVI.At the third year's follow-up,symptoms relieved in 2 cases and no change of clinical symptoms was found in 1 patient.BVV3 were percutaneously placed into 15 patients with advanced symptomatic CVI.At one month and 3 months' followup after BVV3 placement,all BVV3 functioned well. However,BVV3 were flexible and functioned well in only 4 cases at 1 year's follow-up.Intravascular ultrasound revealed thickened rigid cusps with valve leakage of difierent Jevcls and no symptom resolved in 11 cases. ConclusionsPercutaneous implantation of bioprosthetic BVV is a promising method in the treatment of CVI.Intimal hyperplasia is an important factor which damages long-term durability and flexibility.
8.Clinical analysis of 22 cases of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis

Objective To impove the cognition of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis by analyzing its clinical characteristics.Methods 22 patients diagnosed as having allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis in our hospital were studied in their clinical characteristics,imaging findings,laboratory inspections,pathologies,therapies and follow-up results.Results (1)The patients consisted of 13males and 9 femailes.Asthma was present in 16 patients,and absent in 6 cases,some of which had no wheezing heard in lung auscultation.(2)Central bronchiectasis was present in 19 cases,with the upper lobe bronchial mainly involved.(3)Simple glucocorticoid therapy was used in 2 cases,the joint anti-fungal therapy in 19 cases(one case improved combined with itraconazole therapy after recurrence and one case improved with the joint itraconazole treatment,followed by recurrence of the symptoms after discontinued antifungal therapy and by the combination therapy again).Conclusion Clinical asthma is the most common symptom of ABPA.However,there are one-third of cases without history of asthma.Central bronchiectasis with formation of mucus suppository is a characteristic feature of ABPA which can prompt diagnosis and help in the prognosis.The combination of antifungal treatment can lead to improvement and reduce or eliminate the need of glucocorticoid therapy.
9.Role of retrograde messenger NO in long-term potentiation

As an important messenger molecule, NO exists in both peripheral and central nervous system (CNS). Recently, NO was proved to play a critical role in CNS, especially in synaptic plasticity. As a kind of retrograde messenger, it plays some roles in the induction and maintenance of LTP through activation of downstream pathway or molecules, such as NO-cGMP-PKG, ADPRT and C-FOS.
10.Technique of arthroscopic suprascapular nerve release: 9 cases report

Objective To discuss the technique and result of arthroscopic suprascapular nerve release.Methods From February 2008 to February 2011, nine cases of suprascapular nerve compression were treated.Four of them were transverse scapular ligament compression,and 5 cases with cyst compression around spinoglenoid notch,one case was double nerve compression.The patients were manifested nerve compressive symptoms, and MRI, EMG can be a useful tool to identify the locations of compressions. All the patients were treament with arthroscopic nerve release, by transverse scapular ligament releasing or cyst removing. Results The average follow up time was 10 months,the symptoms disappeared,the atrophy or weakness of supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscles were significantly improved after operation. Conclusion The Arthroscopic suprascapular nerve release is an effective,miniinvasive,and fast recovery technique.
