Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;25(7):10-15
Objective To design and implement the academic impact power information platform for the secondary disciplines of clinical medicine in order to keep abreast of their advantages and disadvantages. Methods An index system for the assessment of secondary disciplines of clinical medicine was constructed with the bibliometric methods according to the factual data. Results Its functions of query analysis, batch input, and editing of the index data of different disciplines were achieved in higher education institutions using the ASP. NET technology based on the data processing, indexing and statistical analysis. Conclusion The platform can provide the data support for the develop-ment and scientific research management of secondary disciplines, and thus playing an important role in promoting the innovative research and management of clinical medicine.

3.National Natural Science Foundation-supported papers on oncology published by domestic authors
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;25(10):41-46
Objective To analyze the National Natural Science Foundation-supported papers on oncology published by domestic authors from 2013 to 2015 and existed problems. Methods The key words in the National Natural Sci-ence Foundation-supported papers on oncology published by domestic authors from 2013 to 2015 and SCI-covered journals and Chinese institutions that published the National Natural Science Foundation-supported papers on on-cology from 2013 to 2015 were analyzed by bibliometrics. Results The number of the National Natural Science Foundation-supported scientific projects and funds, the number of the National Natural Science Foundation-sup-ported papers on oncology published by domestic authors, and the academic level of SCI-covered journals that pub-lished the National Natural Science Foundation-supported papers on oncology from Chinese authors increased year by year from 2013 to 2015 . General and medical colleges and universities with affiliated hospitals or national key laboratories were the leading force in oncology. The hot spots in oncology were focused on basic research and malig-nant tumors. Conclusion The National Natural Science Foundation plays an active role in promoting the develop-ment of oncology in China. Although it-supported papers on oncology published by domestic authors increase year by year, problems are still existed, such as imbalance of institutions that publish papers on oncology and insuffi-cient influencing power of papers published by domestic authors.
4.Connotation in concept of precision medicine and its enlightenments on the development of medical cause in China
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;25(10):17-21
Objective To study the enlightenments of precision medicine, personalized medicine, stratified medi-cine, individualized medicine, P4 medicine on the medical cause in China. Methods Core papers on precision medicine, personalized medicine, stratified medicine, individualized medicine, and P4 medicine were retrieved from SCI core collection and PubMed. The concepts of precision medicine, personalized medicine, stratified medi-cine, individualized medicine, P4 medicine were analyzed by the VOSviewer. Results The concept of personalized medicine and individualized medicine can be used alternatively and is a coverage concept. The concept of stratified medicine and precision medicine is similar and is an inclusive concept. P4 medicine is a participatory medical model for patients. Tumor, chemotherapy, cells, diabetes mellitus, pharmacogenomics, and variants are the hot spots in precision medicine. Tumor, genomics, and public policy have a tendency to be integrated. Conclusion The develop-ment of precision medicine in China needs the design at the national top level, scientific policy-making, integration of scientific research system and resources, implementation of step by step strategy, overcoming of medical difficul-ties in order to realize personalized medicine at last.
5.Application of ultrasmall superparamagnetic iron oxide in MRI diagnosis of central nervous system:recent progress
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1999;0(12):-
Ultrasmall superparamagnetic iron oxide (USPIO),as the contrast agent of MRI,possesses two major properties:long half time in the plasma and specific binding with macrophages.Compared with gadolinium,widely-used in clinic presently,USPIO has its unique advantages in diagnosis of central nervous system diseases, though which still need further clinical verification. This article reviews the application of USPIO in MRI diagnosis of some central nervous system diseases.
6.Study on Compatible Stability of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection with Inosine in Sodium Chloride Injection
China Pharmacy 2005;0(22):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the compatible stability of Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection with Inosine in sodium chloride injection. METHODS:Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection was mixed with Inosine in sodium chloride. Then UV spectrophotometry was applied to detect the change of content at 20 ℃ within 6 hours. The change of appearance,pH value, content of mixture, insoluble particle were also observed. RESULTS:The change of appearance,pH value, content of mixture, insoluble particle in mixture was not found out. CONCLUSION:Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection mixing with Inosine in sodium chloride injection is suitable for clinical use within 6 h.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(2):11-15
Objective To establish the scientific, rational and standard librarian performance appraisal index system in academic library in order to adjust their working behaviors, improve their service quality and increase the overall performance of library. Methods The current librarian performance appraisal situation was investigated according to the literature and on the field inspection. The appraisal indexes and their weight were established by Delphi and step analysis. Results The 3-scale appraisal index system was established, which include 4 No.1 indexes, 10 No. 2 indexes, and 59 No.3 indexes with their weight and score displayed. Conclusion The performance appraisal index system we established can effectively arouse the enthusiasm of librarians in scientific research innovation, manage-ment or social work.
10.Application of 9. 4 T of DTT in the diagnosis of cerebral gliomas of SD rat
Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2014;(9):1233-1237
Objective To investigate the 9 . 4 T of DTT in the diagnosis of SD rat C6 cerebral gliomas model about the change of CST on tumor progression and pathology confirmed. Methods ①10 μl C6 cell suspension of 106 cells number were implanted into the right caudate nucleus of brain hemisphere of 20 adult male SD rat with ster-eotactic technique. ②Application of 9. 4 T of DTT and DTI, meanwhile the routine T1-weighted imaging(T1WI), T2-weighted imaging(T2WI), contrast-enhanced T1WI,FLAIR imaging and diffusion tensor of the brain were ac-quired. Anatomic relationship between cerebral glioma and surrounding white matter fiber tracts was analyzed and measured the values of FA and MD in different areas on fractional anisotropic ( FA) map, color-coded directional map, three-dimensional (3D) white matter fiber tracts map, then stained with routine HE. Results All of SD rat C6 cerebral gliomas models 3 D white matter fiber tracts map by means of FA maps of DTI were successfully comple-ted. Apparently significant differences of FA values were found in solid tumor, surrounding edema, compared with normal white matter regions ( P<0.05 );but there was no significant difference among solid tumor and surrounding edema region (P>0.05);there were significant differences of MD values between solid tumor, surrounding edema and normal white matter region ( P<0.05 ) . Conclusion The 9 . 4 T of DTT offers the optimal visualization of An-atomic relationship between cerebral glioma and surrounding white matter fiber tracts in the different periods of the tumor moder.
