Progressive assessment is one of the methods adopted by colleges and universities to evaluate the comprehensive quality of undergraduates.It can provide objective references for various awards and selections.Most colleges used static and transverse methods; based on these methods,advantages and disadvantages of individual undergraduates were compared with general groups,but feedback and forecast functions of assessment can not be realized.Therefore it is necessary to transform our conceptions and practice progressive assessment on comprehensive quality of undergraduates.We can learn from the relevant conceptions and methods in enterprise management and use data envelopment analysis to exclude the influence of different basic conditions of undergraduates.These undertakings are of great importance to truly reflect undergraduates' effective progress degree,guide them to test and evaluate themselves correctly and to advance comprehensive quality continuously.

Objective To understand the learning motivation and innovation ability of eight-year program medical students in military Academy.Methods 57 students of six,eight grade of a military medical 8-year program were selected as the research object,among whom,there were 56 effective subjects (six grade 25,eight grade 31).The learning motivation scale,Williams' innovation ability scale and self-compiled questionnaire were used and in the form of questionnaire the students' learning motivation and innovation ability were analyzed.Results Among the medical students of eight-year program,the number of the low level of learning motivation was 7(12.5％),the number of medium was 43 (76.8％),the number of higher was 6(10.7％);Innovation ability overall score was (68.48 ± 5.466),four dimensions score of imagination,curiosity,adventure and challenge did not have statistical significance (F=2.254,P=2.254).The curious dimension score of grade six [(71.05 ± 8.035)] was higher than grade eight [(66.97 ± 6.585)],and there was statistical difference (t=2.086,P=0.042).Most of the students just had long-term goals for the future planning (35,62.5％).There were 27 (48.2％) students expecting good grades and 21(37.5％) expecting excellent grades.The number of the students who thought their innovation ability was higher was 28 (50.0％) and who thought their innovation ability was general was 27(48.2％).There were 82.1％ students whose motivation for an examination was mainly to improve their own quality,67.9％ of the students for contributing to the country.Conclusion The level of learning motivation and innovation ability of eight-year program medical students in military academy are more appropriate,but their innovation ability level is not ideal.The teaching reform should be deepened to further improve the students' learning motivation and innovation ability level.

Aim To investigate effects of cinnamic acid (CINN) on the differentiation of MGC-803 cells. Methods MGC-803 cells were treated by CINN (1, 2 and 3 mmol?L-1), and the rate of growth suppression was evaluated by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazole-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Plate clone formation assay was carried out to detect the phenotypes of colony formation. FACS analysis was used to analyze the cell cycle. The activity of telomerase was examined by telomeric repeat amplification protocol (TRAP) PCR-silver staining. Results CINN showed significant inhibitory effect on growth of these gastric carcinoma cells at 24, 48, 72 and 96 h. Objective To compare the effort intensities in comprehensive quality development of military medical undergraduates of different sorts and to discuss its improvement.Methods Comprehensive quality of undergraduates of 2010 grade (630 persons including 16 cadres) was assessed by comprehensive quality assessment index system.Based on data envelopment analysis,ratio of actual output (comprehensive quality development) against ideal value was taken as progress effectiveness to reflect the comprehensive development.SPSS 16.0 software was used for statistical processing and analysis.Score of each quality was analyzed and nondimensionalize was performed.Undergraduates' progress effectiveness was compared using analysis of variance.Results In September 2011,progress effectiveness of undergraduates without military status was higher than that of soldiers in comprehensive quality,ideology and morality,science,culture,profession,psychological quality and basic ability (F =34.659,49.234,119.273,12.641,103.814,65.105,P ＜ 0.001).Progress effectiveness in the former was higher than that of the latter in physical fitness.(F =7.363,P ＜ 0.01).In March 2012,progress effectiveness of undergraduates without military status was higher than that of soldiers in comprehensive quality,ideology and morality,science,culture,profession,psychological quality,basic ability and physical fitness (F =28.017,10.847,33.559,24.630,48.767,10.460,38.251,P ＜0.01).Conclusions Comprehensive quality development of undergraduates is a continuous dynamic course.One year's observation shows that at early stage,all qualities of undergraduates without military status improve quickly except physical fitness with more subjective efforts.The two sorts of undergraduates belong to forward effect.

Methods Papers on stroke awareness and emergency treatment were retrieved from Web of Science.Their knowledge atlas was plotted by key word frequency analysis and co-word analysis.Results The number of papers on stroke awareness and emergency treatment has been increasing year by year, and stroke awareness and emergency treat-ment have been concerned more and more since 1996 , indicating that the situation is still severe in stroke aware-ness and emergency treatment and no breakthrough has been made in this field.ConclusionStress should be laid on acute ischemic stroke, especially tPA, in study of stroke awareness and emergency treatment Research should be transformed into combined prevention and control from treatment .

ObjectiveTo confirm a suitable professional diathesis structure system of youthful teachers.MethodsThrough literature review and discussion of a small scale of specialists,the authors established the primary index system.Then Delphi method was taken to organize two rounds of specialist consultations,specialists' opinions were summarized,index name and weight were identified,and the professional diathesis structure system was established.ResultsA professional diathesis structure system of youthful teachers was established,which included seven first-level indicators:professional morality,learning level,teaching ability,scientific research ability,mental diathesis,self-developmental ability,collectivity spirit & society activities,and 35 second-level indicators.ConclusionBuilding scientific professional diathesis structure system of youthful teachers is necessary,which can provide a solid basis for building up cultivating mechanism for youthful teachers.

OBJECTIVE:To study the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of single dose of intramuscularly injected methotrexate(MTX)in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy so as to provide theoretical bases for the choice dosage regimen.METHODS:Serum concentration of MTX in 8 cases with ectopic pregnancy were determined by fluorescence polarization immunoassay after injected i.m with single dose MTX(50mg/m2);The ?-HCG was monitored both before and after treatment and the lump sizes of the ectopic pregnancy were determined by B ultrasound.RESULTS:The pharmacokinetics of single dose of intramuscularly injected MTX conformed to two-compartment open model;Cmax occurred at 1.9h after drug taking with 2.31 ?mol/L;The time for the recovery of ?-HCG to normal was(24.8?10)days,the patency rate of oviducts of those who demanding procreation was 75%.CONCLUSION:Injection intramuscularly with single dose of MTX 50mg/m2 is effective in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.

Objective To explore the methods of inducing human placenta mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) to differentiate into insulin-producing cells. Methods MSCs were obtained from human placenta and were induced to differentiate into insulin-producing cells by activin A, epidermal growth factor (EGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and other cytokines. The cells were identified by immunocytochemistry staining, Western Blot and animal experiment after differentiation. Results After induction, the cells possessed some characteristics of islet βcells, and could express pancreatic duodenal homeobox-1 (PDX-1), insulin and C peptide. The induced cells could also decrease blood glucose levels of diabetic mice. Conclusions These results showed that human placenta MSCs can be induced to differentiate into insulin-producing cells by cytokines.

ObjectiveTo observe effect of estradiol on respiratory of ovariectomized rats.Methods30 adult female rats were randomly divided into ovariectomy group (group A), estradiol group (group B) and sham ovariectomy group (group C). Rats of group B were injected with 17-β estradiol (20μg/kg/d), that of group A and group C were injected only with normal saline (0.1ml/d). After 6 weeks, effect of estradiol on respiratory of ovariectomized rats was assessed with testing level of rats' serum estradiol and discharge frequency and integrated amplitude of phrenic nerve. ResultsThe level of serum estradiol of group A was significantly decreased compared with group B and group C (P<0.01). Discharge frequency and integrated amplitude of phrenic nerve of group A were decreased compared with group B and group C (P<0.05).ConclusionEstradiol can excite respiratory responses in ovariectomized rats.

Objective To investigate graduate students' common compulsory courses settings of the Military Medical University and put forward suggestions.Methods With self-made questionnaires,we investigate with simple random sampling all the concerned principals of teaching about their opinions of English,politics and statistics courses.Results Most of the experts thought graduate students should not be required to study English but test should be required(68.9％),that politics course was more than required (76.0％),and the percentage of the experts who thought the contents in graduate and undergraduate courses were less overlapped and more overlapped is respectively 47.9％ and 46.6％.Conclusion To satisfy scientific research needs of graduate students in military medical university,the common courses should be reformed,including teaching politics in various methods like lectures,taking software studying and experiment design into statistics,implementing the policy of students taking English test in the exemption of English study,etc.
