The pollution levels were slight-pollution for most of unqualified cosmetics.The results of health risk assessment showed that all of the cosmetics were security.Conclusion On the whole,the qualities of cosmetics that are used in beauty and hairdressing salon are qualified,but they still don’t match the new standard well,and there are still a few of cosmetics unqualified.

60 mm Hg (PP1 group) or 40 mm Hg≤PP≤60 mm Hg (PP2 group),1 mm Hg =0.133 kPa.Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,the serum and urine ?_2-MG,urine mAlb,blood BUN and Cr were measured in both groups,the blood pressure,serum and urine ?_2-MG,urine mAlb,blood BUN and Cr were compared between two groups. Results Compared with PP2 group,the PP1 group showed higher levels of renal function indexes. Conclusion Renal damage is related with pulse pressure in senile essential hypertension.

Feature extraction is a very crucial step in P300-based brain-computer interface (BCI) and independent component analysis (ICA) is a suitable P300 feature extraction method. But at present the convergence performance of the general ICA iteration methods are not very satisfactory. In this paper, a method based on quantum particle swarm optimizer (QPSO) algorithm and ICA technique is put forward for P300 extraction. In this method, quantum computing is used to impel ICA iteration to globally converge faster. It achieved the purpose of extracting P300 rapidly and efficiently. The method was tested on two public datasets of BCI Competition II and III, and a simple linear classifier was employed to classify the extracted P300 features. The recognition accuracy reached 94.4% with 15 times averaged. The results showed that the proposed method could extract P300 rapidly and the extraction effect did not reduce. It provides an experimental basis for further study of real-time BCI system.

Background Blepharitis is an induce factor for multiple ocular surface diseases.Research showed that bacteria play an important role in the pathogenesis of blepharitis.To make sure the pathogenic bacteria and effective antimicrobial agents are of clinical significance for the prevention and treatment of blepharitis.Objective The purpose of this study was 1o investigate the bacterial isolates of conjunctival sac secretion and meibomian secretion in the patients with blepharitis and study their in vitro antimicrobial susceptibility.Methods Forty-five patients with anterior blepharitis and 45 cases with posterior blepharitis were included in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital from December 2006 to December 2012,and 45 patients for laser in situ keratomileusis were enrolled in the same period as control group.The secretions of the conjunctival sac and meibomian were collected with sterile cotton swab,and bacterial isolates were cultured in bouillon culture-medium.The number of eyes with different bacteria was examined and calculated.Then the bacteria were switched to blood agar plates,and antimicrobial susceptibility test to erythromycin,gentamicin,tobramycin,rifampin,levofloxacin were performed by M ueller Hinton (M-H) medium paper method.Results The total germiculture positive rates were 81.1％,76.1％ and 65.0％ in the anterior blepharitis group,posterior blepharitis group and the control group,showing a significant difference among them (x2 =12.80,P=0.00).The germiculture positive rates in meibomian secretion were 84.4％ and 78.8％ in the anterior blepharitis group and the posterior blepharitis group,which were significantly higher than 67.8％ in the control group (x2=7.30,P =0.03).There was no statistically significant difference in the germiculture positive rate of conjunctival sac section among the three groups (77.8％,73.3％ and 62.2％) (x2 =5.60,P=0.06).The main bacteria in conjunctival sac secretion and meibomian secretion were staphylococcus epidermidis,staphylococcus aureus and corynebacterium in all the subjects,but streptococcus pneumoniae and gram-negative bacillus were not detected in the control group.Staphylococcus showed the highest susceptibility to gentamicin,tobramycin and rifampicin,with the sensitive rate ＞70％.Corynebacterium was susceptible to various drugs.Streptococcus pneumoniae had susceptibility to erythromycin and tobramycin.However,Gram-negative bacillus was not susceptible to all the drugs above.Conclusions Bacteria participate in the pathogenesis of blepharitis,but the germiculture positive rate,bacterial species and drug susceptibility of bacteria are obviously different between patients with blepharitis and normal population.Reasonable application of antimicrobial agents is important to blepharitis.

Objective To investigate the epidemiology and clinical features of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis of children in Shanghai area in the last 2.5 years. Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 27 hospitalized patients with epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis by analyzing the clinical manifestation,epidemiology and laboratory test fingdings from Jan.2006 to Jun.2008.Statistical analysis of the clinical manifestations of cases in serogroup A,B and C was performed according to Neisseria meningitidis infection. Results There were sporadic cases of children with epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in Shanghai area in the last 2.5 years.The seasonal distribution illustrated the peak occurrence from Feb.to Apr.Among all these cases,92.6% were floating children.Common types(74.1%) were the predominant clinical manifestations and the others were fulminate types(25.9%).Four cases in each of serogroup A and B,and 8 cases of serogroup C were identified by serotyping on 14 Neisseria meningitidis strains and genotyping on the other 2 cases′ cerebrospinal fluid specimens.All the patients in serogroup A with meningococcal diseases were not vaccinated before and 25.0% of them belonged to fulminate types.Half of the cases had petechia on the skin and the prevalence of skin necrosis was 25.0% and 50% had complications of nervous system.No fulminate type was present in cases of serogroup B meningococcal disease and only 1 case had slight petechia on the skin.However,intensive convulsions occurred in 75.0% of the patients,and all of them had complication of nervous system,with a few had sequela.Among the patients in serogroup C meningococcal disease,62.5% patients were vaccinated with serogroup A Neisseria meningitidis.In serogroup C,Neisseria meningitidis infection was found in each age group,with petechia on skin,skin necrosis,immunity correlation fever and complications of nervous system in 87.5%,50.0%,75.0% and 12.5% of the patients,respectively. Conclusions 1.Epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis occurred sporadically in children in Shanghai area,the majority of patients were floating populations.2.Clinical manifestation was typical in patients of serogroup A meningococcal disease.Subdural effusion or ventricalitis was more common in patients of serogroup B meningococcal disease.In serogroup C,Neisseria meningitidis was the most prevalent serotype leading to epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis.More cases were found in patients infected with serogroup C,Neisseria meningitidis with severe shock and immunity correlation fever compared with the other groups.Prophylactic vaccination of serogroup C polyvalent meningococcal organism should be recommended.

Objective　Genetic analysis was performed on a female child with chromosome Xq28 heterozygous deletion and suspected X-linked recessive disease to determine the morbidity and prognosis. Methods　A female child was admitted to the hospital on day 20 because of "jaundice for 20 days and difficulty in stopping bleeding at acupuncture sites". Low depth whole genome test of amniocentesis in late pregnancy suggested missing copy number of hemophilia A and X-linked mental retardation type 72. In order to further confirm the diagnosis and prognosis, peripheral blood of the children and their parents were collected for gene testing, chromosome inactivation test and genetic analysis. Results　Chromosome Xq28 of the child had 439.4 kb copy number heterozygous deletion variation, which was a clear disease-coding gene for functional loss included in ClinGen database. Chromosome inactivation test showed that the paternal X chromosome of the child was extremely inactivated. Haplotype analysis suggested that the normal chromosome of the subject was inherited from the mother, and there was heterozygous deletion on the paternal X chromosome, so it was inferred that the child will not develop disease or just have mild symptoms. Conclusion　It is necessary to analyze the X chromosome inactivation test for female patients with the pathogenic variation of X-linked recessive genetic disease to determine the possibility of the disease.

Objective To study the curative efficacy of dydrogesterone in treatment of Climacteric syndrome and its effects on sex hormone, blood fat.Methods104 patients of Climacteric syndrome who received therapy from February 2014 to November 2016 in our hospital were selected as research objects, according to different divided into observation group and control group, treatment group used to bend progesterone therapy, the control group using a placebo.one month after treatment to observe the two groups of clinical curative effect, compare two groups before and after the treatment and testing level of estradiol (E2), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH),total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C).ResultsAfter treatment, the clinical total effective rate in the two groups to compare have no significant difference;Compared with before treatment, the control group in estrogen level and blood lipid levels in patients with no significant change, the observation group of patients with E2 and HDL-C level increased significantly, and significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05);FSH, LH, TC, TG, LDL levels significantly decreased, and significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionUsing of dydrogesterone short time the clinical curative effect of treatment of menopausal syndrome with placebo, but can effectively improve patient sex hormone levels, adjust blood lipid levels, to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease (CVD) patients, improve their quality of life.

Objective To observe the short -term effect and safety of entecavir in the treatment of 50 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis.Methods 92 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis met the inclusion criteria in our hospital were selected as study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group (46 cases)and the control group(46 cases).The control group received routine treatment,including the liver,liver, diuretic,jaundice,symptomatic and supportive treatment and prevention of complications.The observation group was given entecavir for 48 weeks on the basis of the control group,0.5 mg /times,qd.The clinical effects were assessed after treatment.Results The HBV -DNA,ALT,TBIL,Child -Pugh score of the observation group and the control group after treatment were (2.05 ±0.32)log10 IU /mL and (3.11 ±0.36)log10 IU /mL,(32.1 ±8.5)U /L and (90.3 ±12.6)U /L,(27.8 ±7.1 )μmol/L and (35.3 ±8.2)μmol/L,(6.42 ±1.24)points and (9.20 ± 1.46)points,which were significantly lower than before treatment (t =6.563 and 5.341,11.266 and 7.044,7.346 and 6.013,6.252 and 4.423,all P <0.05).The ALB levels were (38.5 ±2.9)g/L and (34.4 ±3.0)g/L,which were significantly higher than before treatment(t =4.812 and 3.701,all P <0.05).The HBV -DNA,ALT,TBIL, Child -Pugh score of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group (t =3.335, 3.431,3.411,3.204,all P <0.05).The ALB of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than the control group (t =3.034,P <0.05).There were two cases of deaths(4.45%)in the observation group,8 cases of deaths(17.39%) in the control group because of progressive deterioration,there was significant difference in treatment outcome between the two groups(χ2 =4.039,P <0.05).Conclusion Entecavir can delay progression, effectively reducing HBV -DNA,improve liver function and Child -Pugh score in the treatment of patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis,it can be used as first -line drug use.
