China Pharmacy 2015;(20):2771-2773
OBJECTIVE:To study the factors affecting the compatible stability of amphotericin B(AmB)and 5%glucose injec-tion from different manufacturers, and to provide reliable evidence for the selection of solvent carrier of AmB. METHODS:After the combination of AmB and 5%glucose injection from different manufacturers(manafactarer A,B,C,D,E),it was shielded from light with room temperature(25℃)for 0,1,2,4,6 and 8 h. HPLC was conducted to determine the content changes of AmB in samples and observe the character, clarity and pH values. RESULTS:With the prolonging of time, insoluble impurities were detected in AmB and 5%glucose injection with the pH value less than 4.2 and the content of main drugs was decreased. Only 5%glucose injection from manufacturer A was in line with the requirements of AmB compatibility. CONCLUSIONS:The compatible stability of AmB and 5%glucose injection is closely related to pH values. It is suggested that manufacturers of infusions make clear descriptions of the pH value to select suitable infusions and safe drugs.

Objective To explore the application of single-person operated mammotome minimally inva-sive surgery in treatment of benign breast lesions. Methods Clinical information of 403 patients were collected and retrospectively analyzed. 262 patients receiving ultrasound guided single-person operated mammotome mini-mally invasive surgery for benign breast masses were selected as the treatment group,141 patients undergoing open surgery for treatment of benign breast masses were selected as the control group.Operative time, introopera-tive blood loss, length of stay, postoperative healing time, as well as the occurrence of complications were com-pared between the two groups. Result Compared with the control group, the operative time was shorter, the in traoperative blood loss was less, the scar size and the postoperative healing time were shorter for the treatment group. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).The rate of postoperative pain, local ecchymosis, local infection and breast deformity for the treatment group was significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The recurrence rate between the two groups had no sta-tistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusions Single-person operated Mammotome minimally invasive surgery has the advantages of good operative time, good cosmetic effects, small surgical trauma, less blood loss, fast postoper-ative healing and few complications, which is worthy of clinical application.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2016;32(9):1185-1188,1189
Recent studies have showed that RNAs regulate each other with microRNA ( miRNA ) response elements ( MREs ) , and this mechanism is known as “competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA)” hypothesis. Long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs) are non-protein coding transcripts longer than 200 nucleotides. Ab-errant expression of lncRNAs has been found associated with gastric cancer, one of the most malignant tumors. Compelling evidence suggests that lncRNAs can interact with miRNAs and regulate the expression of miRNAs as ceRNAs. Several lncRNAs such as GAPLINC, BC032469, H19, HOTAIR, FER1L4 and MEG3 have been found to be associated with miRNAs in gastric cancer( GC) . It is tempting to speculate that a multitude of ln-cRNAs may interrupt definitive steps in GC suppressive and on-cogenic pathways. The uncovering of the underlying mechanisms of lncRNAs may benefit our understanding of gastric cancer′s pathogenesis.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(15):2020-2023
OBJECTIVE:To provide the basis for the formulation of the health intervention strategy for medical and health insti-tutions'pharmacists and provide reference for other related research. METHODS:A total of 180 medical and health institutions' pharmacists in Heilongjiang province were investigated and evaluated by work satisfaction MMSS scale(modified)and quality of life(SF-36)scale,and the relevant data were analyzed statistically. RESULTS:A total of 180 questionnaires were distributed and 134 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate was 74.44%. The average score of work satisfaction degree was (3.44±0.79),which was at the middle level. The highest score was the relationship with colleagues and the lowest score was wel-fare. The physical function, the physiological function and the social function dimension of the respondents were higher thanChi-nese norm. The scores of physical pain, general health, vitality, emotional function and mental health were lower thanChinese norm, and there was statistical significance between the scores of the other dimensions andChinese norm(P<0.05),except for the physiological function and vitality dimension. Multivariate analysis showed that gender, duties, education, length of service and work satisfaction score had an effect on quality of life(P<0.05),among these factors, work satisfaction score was positively correlated with quality of life. CONCLUSIONS:The quality of life of medical and health institutions'pharmacists still needs to be improved, which is related to many influential factors, and job satisfaction is an important influential factor.
