3.Reflection on practice of progressive assessment on comprehensive quality of undergraduates
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2013;(1):60-62
Progressive assessment is one of the methods adopted by colleges and universities to evaluate the comprehensive quality of undergraduates. It can provide objective references for various awards and selections. Most colleges used static and transverse methods; based on these methods, advantages and disadvantages of individual undergraduates were compared with general groups, but feedback and forecast functions of assessment can not be realized. Therefore it is necessary to transform our conceptions and practice progressive assessment on comprehensive quality of undergraduates. We can learn from the relevant conceptions and methods in enterprise management and use data envelopment analysis to exclude the influence of different basic conditions of undergraduates. These undertakings are of great importance to truly reflect undergraduates' effective progress degree, guide them to test and evaluate themselves correctly and to advance comprehensive quality continuously.
4.Healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy of residents living in Xicheng District of Beijing in 2008 vs.2012
Chinese Journal of Health Management 2014;8(4):252-255
Objective To learn healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy of residents living in Xicheng District of Beijing between 2008 and 2012 and to explore the influencing factors of healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy. Methods A total of 1 347 or 2 900 adults aged 18-60 years old were recurited from Xicheng District by using multistage stratified cluster sampling method in 2008 and 2012,respectively.Chisquare test and non-conditional logistic regression were used to analyze the effectiveness of 2-year intervention on healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy. Results The rate of healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy was 14.8% vs.30.8% in 2008 or 2012,respectively (x2=123.574,P<0.05).For those with relatively lower education level (e.g.junior high school or below),the figure showed no statistically significant difference (x2=1.378,P>0.05).In multivariate logistic regression analysis, female (odds ratio (OR)=1.350),education level (college/bachelor degree:OR=2.035,master degree or above:OR=2.554),monthly family income (>5 000 RMB:OR=1.399) and investigation time (2012:OR=2.278) were influencing factors of healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy. Conclusion Remarkable improvement in healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy during 2012 as compared to 2008 could be attributed to the comprehensive interventions. In the future, those of low-literacy or low-income should be the mian target of modification of healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy.

China Medical Equipment 2016;13(8):125-128,129
China is entering into an aging society, and the incidence of hypertension and atherosclerosis were increased year by year. The incidence of transient ischemic attack (TIA) patients with carotid stenosis increased year by year. Carotid artery stenosis or occlusion can cause reduction of local brain tissue perfusion resulting from TIA. CT cerebral perfusion imaging and SPECT could detect earlier the chronic hyper fusion of carotid stenosis TIA, forecast risk coefficient and intervention and prevent the occurrence of cerebral infarction, to evaluate effect of carotid endarterectomy and carotid s carotid artery stenting. It is very important to monitor cerebral hemodynamic changes. The technology has the features of blood infusion situation, advantages, curative effect evaluation and development trend in carotid stenosis TIA reviewed by CT perfusion imaging and SPECT.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2015;(9):662-666
Objective:To detect differentiallyexpressed microRNAs (miRNAs)in plasma of schizophrenia and explore biomarker for diagnosis of schizophrenia. Methods:The discovery cohort tincluded 6 patients with schizophrenia meeting diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disor-der,Fourth Edition (DSM-IV),as well as 6 healthy control subjects, whose age and gender were matched to pa-tients.The expression of 754 miRNAs (Sanger human miRBase v14)in the discovery cohort was investigated by Taqman Array (Human MicroRNA A +B Cards Set v3.0).Then the quantitative reverse-transcription polymor-phism chain reaction (qRT-PCR)assay was conducted to validate differentially expressed miRNAs in an independ-ent replication cohort, which included 25 schizophrenia patients and 18 healthy control subjects. The student's t-tests were used to analyze the differential expression of miRNA between schizophrenia patients and controls. All analyses were performed in Significance Analysis of Microarrays (SAM)software. Results:Twenty down-regulated miRNAs were observed in discovery cohort.Four miRNAs,hsa-miR-15b-5p were down-regulated in both discovery and rep-licated cohorts. Conclusion:The present study suggests that aberrant expression of miRNA might be of potential im-portance as biomarkers in the diagnosis of schizophrenia.
