3.Research on DEA model based construction of hospital clinical departments efficiency evaluation system
China Medical Equipment 2013;(9):18-20
Objective: To explore health resource allocation and optimization and evaluate the clinical departments efficiency in hospital. Methods: Taking a three level of first-class hospital in Beijing for example, the method of data envelopment analysis (DEA) was used for building a DEA model of clinical departments efficiency in hospital. Results: Based on the results of the DEA model, we drawn the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the target clinical departments, obtained input redundancy rates and output deficiency rates of the non-effective decision-making units. Conclusion:By DEA evaluation results, the input redundancy and output deficiency of the target clinical departments are found. From the perspective of optimizing hospital resource allocation, measures to improve the hospital operational performance are proposed. There is important significance to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the hospital.
4.Shape-memory intratubal contraceptive material versus other intratubal contraceptive materials:Characteristics analysis
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(47):8263-8268
BACKGROUND:Intratubal contraceptive devices are simple and effective, which can cause less interference on female reproductive function and endocrine balance.
OBJECTIVE:To explain the advantages and adverse effects of shape-memory intratubal contraceptive material and other intratubal contraceptive materials.
METHODS:A computer-based search of Wanfang, CNKI and PubMed was performed to search related articles concerning shape-memory intratubal contraceptive material and other intratubal contraceptive materials published from 1996 to 2013.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The main intratubal contraceptive materials include memory metal biomaterials, non-degradable polymer biomaterials, and degradable polymer biomaterials. After implantation, the memory-shape intratubal contraceptive device plays a stimulating role in the tubal epithelium for a short time, but the effect on the mucosal epithelial layer of the fal opian tube is transient. With the increasing time of implantation, inflammatory reactions of the tubal epithelium relieve gradual y with repair of vil i on the tubal wal , indicating there is a reproductive tissue basis of fal opian tube recanalization. Polyethylene materials are characterized as high impact resistance, abrasion resistance, excellent stability to chemical drugs, water absorption, electric insulation, and bioinert, which are used as stent materials of almost al the intrauterine devices. Silicone is characterized as heat resistance, cold resistance, non-toxicity, resistance to biological aging, chemical stability, physical inertia, physical and mechanical properties, and silicone, after implantation into human body, cannot cause foreign body reaction. Polylactic acid has good chemical inertness, biocompatibility and ease of processing, and may be stil present in the body after 5 years of implantation.
5.Effect of CY[Extract of Common Peony (Paeonia lactiflora)]on the Inhibition of HSV-1 Skin Infections in Guinea Pigs
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(12):-
CY (Extract of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. ) was found to have significant therapeutic effect ou skin lesions of HSY-1 infection in guinea pigs at 5mg/ml concentration. Inhibition effet on the development of skin lesions was similar to ribavirin, with recoyery 4 days after treatment. At 10 or 2.5mg/ml recovcry was also achieved after 6 or 7 days respectively. The results showed that CY is an effective anti-HSV-1 drug.
6.The Controversy of Surrogacy and its Ethical Analysis under the Perspective of Population and Social Vicissitude
Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(8):982-984
With the aggravation of population aging and the change of social convention, especially after the introduction of two-children policy, some families wish to have two children can not be achieved due to various reasons. Therefore, they use assisted reproductive technology to achieve fertility aspirations.Surrogate is a controversial topic in the assisted reproductive technology, the contradictions between the normal reproductive rights of the infertile woman and the women who have lost their children but passed the age of childbearing and the bad ethical consequences and rights disputes of surrogacy. How to avoid the bad ethical consequences and meet the demand of reasonable surrogate is the major issue worthy to be discussed.
7.Serum levels of nitric oxide in type 2 diabetes mellitus and its relationship with diabetic peripheral neuropathy
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(02):-
Objective To study the change of serum nitric oxide level in patients with type 2 diabetes (2-DM) and in patients with diabetic peripheral neurology (DPN). Methods Nitrose reductase method was used to examine the serum concentration of NO in type 2 diabetics (n=74) and those accompanied with DPN (n=22) and without DPN (n=21). Results ① The serum NO level in the early stage of metabolic disorder of 2-DM patients was higher than that in the control group; it showed a declining trend in the process of DM and was significantly lower in the middle and late stages of DM. ② The 2-DM patients with DPN had significantly lower serum NO level than in those without DPN, but no difference was observed in serum NO level between the diabetics with mild DPN and severe DPN. Conclusion ① Serum NO level in 2-DM patients has a descending changes in the progression of the disease. ② Serum NO level is closely correlated with the occurrence of DPN, but has no obvious association with its progression.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2017;45(5):721-726
A reusable chronocoulometric adenosine triphosphate (ATP)-aptamer sensor was developed in this work.A short chain of DNA marked as cDNA containing complementary sequence was immobilized on gold electrode based on Au-S self-assembly.The ATP aptamer was hybridized with cDNA.The surface-confined DNA could bind with [Ru(NH3)63+ (RuHex) in the electrolyte via electrostatic interaction.Upon target ATP binding, the aptamer confined onto electrode surface was disassociated from the cDNA oligonucleotides into the solution.Such surface density change of DNA lead to the decrease of chronocoulometric signal for the RuHex which confined on the electrode surface. The chronocoulometric signals showed a linear relationship with logrithm of ATP concentration in the range of 1 nmol/L to 100 μmol/L, and the detection limit of this aptamer sensor could reach 0.5 nmol/L (S/N=3).This aptamer sensor could be regenerated 5 times by simple steps. With this aptamer sensor, the basal level of ATP in the brain cortex micorodialysate was determined to be 19.2±3.7 nmol/L (n=3).
