4.Design and implementation of academic impact power information platform for secondary disciplines of clinical medicine
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;25(7):10-15
Objective To design and implement the academic impact power information platform for the secondary disciplines of clinical medicine in order to keep abreast of their advantages and disadvantages. Methods An index system for the assessment of secondary disciplines of clinical medicine was constructed with the bibliometric methods according to the factual data. Results Its functions of query analysis, batch input, and editing of the index data of different disciplines were achieved in higher education institutions using the ASP. NET technology based on the data processing, indexing and statistical analysis. Conclusion The platform can provide the data support for the develop-ment and scientific research management of secondary disciplines, and thus playing an important role in promoting the innovative research and management of clinical medicine.

7.Study on Compatible Stability of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection with Inosine in Sodium Chloride Injection
China Pharmacy 2005;0(22):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the compatible stability of Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection with Inosine in sodium chloride injection. METHODS:Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection was mixed with Inosine in sodium chloride. Then UV spectrophotometry was applied to detect the change of content at 20 ℃ within 6 hours. The change of appearance,pH value, content of mixture, insoluble particle were also observed. RESULTS:The change of appearance,pH value, content of mixture, insoluble particle in mixture was not found out. CONCLUSION:Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection mixing with Inosine in sodium chloride injection is suitable for clinical use within 6 h.
8.Research on effects of nursing intervention on enhancement of colonoscopy compliance of colorectal cancer high-risk population
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(12):923-927
Objective To discuss the effects of nursing intervention under the guidance of health belief on enteroscopy compliance of colorectal cancer high-risk population. Methods A total of 260 people, who were clearly identified as colorectal cancer high-risk population during preliminary screening of 2 communities in Nankai District, Tianjin but had not finished enteroscopy, were selected and divided them into intervention group and control group with 130 people per group by random digits table method. In the intervention group, subjects received nursing intervention with guidance of the health belief model for a year, while in the control group, subjects simply received regular propaganda and education about colorectal cancer screening. Results After intervention, the cognitive levels in colorectal cancer screening, enteroscopy screening, high-risk factors was (9.16±2.95), (14.55±3.41), (14.25±4.26) points in intervention group and (7.28 ± 3.26), (12.23 ± 3.72), (13.12 ± 4.11) points in control group, and there was significant difference between two groups (t=4.855, 5.228, 2.180, P<0.01 or 0.05). After intervention, the scores of health belief including susceptibility, benefits, barriers, self-efficacy was (7.74 ± 1.50), (13.20 ± 2.45), (6.59 ± 1.91), (23.54±3.16) points in intervention group, and (6.68 ± 1.47), (11.58 ± 2.15), (8.42 ± 1.99), (20.82 ± 3.02) points in control group, and there was significant difference between two groups(t=5.730, 5.682,-7.561, 7.096, P<0.01). The rate of enteroscopy screening was 20.47%(26/127) in intervention group and 8.87%(11/124) in control group, and there was significant difference between two groups(χ2=6.719, P<0.05). Conclusions The nursing intervention under the guidance of health belief helps colorectal cancer high-risk population establish health belief, enhances participation rates of colonoscopy screening and has important significance to positive rates of early colorectal cancer.
9.Application of ultrasmall superparamagnetic iron oxide in MRI diagnosis of central nervous system:recent progress
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1999;0(12):-
Ultrasmall superparamagnetic iron oxide (USPIO),as the contrast agent of MRI,possesses two major properties:long half time in the plasma and specific binding with macrophages.Compared with gadolinium,widely-used in clinic presently,USPIO has its unique advantages in diagnosis of central nervous system diseases, though which still need further clinical verification. This article reviews the application of USPIO in MRI diagnosis of some central nervous system diseases.
10.Experience exchange in vitro micronucleus assay
Chinese Journal of Comparative Medicine 2016;26(3):86-88
Objective To compare the conventional marrow collection with new marrow collection, in the number of cell, other tissues pollution and the background of the smear, providing the reference for future micronucleus test. Methods The mice was enthanasia and the sternums were taken. One group, using the conventional method of marrow collection, squeezing the marrow to the slide with fetal bovine serum;the other group, using 1-mL injector extracting fetal bovine serum 100μL, injecting into mice sternums and rushing out the bone marrow for circle smear. Results Two methods can meet the requirement of test, but the new marrow collection can acquire more number of cells, less the tissues pollution and more clear in the background of smear. Conclusions Comparing with the conventional marrow collection, the new method has more superiority to simplify the next cell counting.
