The study of tumors' proteomics is a research hotspot in China and abroad in recent years.The development of theory and technology in proteomics has provided new ideas and research field for cancer research.This paper reviewed the commonly used technical means of proteomics and its research progress on diagnosis,therapy and other aspects of pancreatic carcinoma.
2.Establishment of librarian performance appraisal index system in academic library

Objective To establish the scientific, rational and standard librarian performance appraisal index system in academic library in order to adjust their working behaviors, improve their service quality and increase the overall performance of library.Methods The current librarian performance appraisal situation was investigated according to the literature and on the field inspection.The appraisal indexes and their weight were established by Delphi and step analysis.Results The 3-scale appraisal index system was established, which include 4 No.1 indexes, 10 No. 2 indexes, and 59 No.3 indexes with their weight and score displayed.Conclusion The performance appraisal index system we established can effectively arouse the enthusiasm of librarians in scientific research innovation, manage-ment or social work.
3.Effect of family health management on type 2 diabetes medication adherence of patients in commuhity

Objective To explore the effect of family health management on community type 2 diabetes medication compliance.Methods Totally 123 patients with type 2 diabetes who live in Shanghai City Qingpu District Xujing Town An Ju Wei Hao Xiao Qu and met the WHO diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes were enrolled into this study.The patients' age was 50-75 years,including 60 male,63 female cases,mean age was (63.9 ± 6.9),(10.0 ± 7.4) years,course of disease,a family health file,making personalized home health management measures of community were analyzed.The effects of the 2 years of intervention on the compliance of the patients before and after the intervention as well as the blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid control were evaluated.Results The treatment compliance rate was (77.1%,94/122,intervention 1 cases died) significantly higher after intervention than that before intervention (62.6%,77/123) (x2=6.06,P<0.05).After the intervention,the rate of target achievement in blood pressure (51.6%,63/122),blood glueose (44.3%,54/122),total cholesterol (72.1%,88/122),triglyceride (61.5%,75/122) low density lipoprotein (75.4%,92/122) were higher than those before intervention [blood pressure standard rate of 36.6% (45/123),blood glucose standard rate of 28.5% (35/123),total cholesterol standard rate of 59.3% (73/123),triglyceride standard rate of 47.9% (59/123),low density lipoprotein standard rate of 65.0% (80/123)],the differences were statistically significant (x2=5.63,6.61,4.44,4.51,3.97,P<0.05).Conclusion Community and family health management can improve the medication compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes.

〔Abstract〕 Taking some college and university libraries in China and the United States as investigation objects, based on internet and literature investigation methods, the paper compares the situation of embedded subject service in the US and China from the aspects of embedded in learning environment of students, embedded in teaching environment of teachers, embedded in scientific research environ-ment of users, etc.Then it points out the shortage and gives some suggestions for embedded subject service in Chinese college and univer-sity libraries.
5.Current situation and treatment of nosocomial infections of Pseudomonas aeruginosa

Nosocomial infection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a dilemma in clinic,especially at ICU with high rate of antibiotic resistance,and lead to ventilator associated pneumonia,bloodstream infections, etc.There are difficulties in the treatment,lengthening of ICU stay,high mortality and increased treatment costs.Positive prevention,early diagnosis,reasonable antiboitics are the key to the benign prognosis of Pseud-omonas aeruginosa.
6.The practice of teaching pediatric retinal diseases based on the RetCam

With the improvement of clinical and scientific research level of pediatric retinal diseases in China,teaching in pediatric retinal diseases for medical students and residents has become increasingly important.Because infants cannot cooperate in ophthalmic examinations,this part becomes a difficult point in clinical teaching and practice.By using the RetCam,a wide-field retinal imaging system,infant's retinal images can display in real time on screen and images and videos can be recorded and reviewed after examination finished.By setting up teaching target reasonably,arranging teaching contents scientifically,and using teaching method properly,we applied multimedia-assisted instruction in teaching pediatric retinal diseases based on RetCam and enhanced teaching effect.
7.Design and implementation of academic impact power information platform for secondary disciplines of clinical medicine

Objective To design and implement the academic impact power information platform for the secondary disciplines of clinical medicine in order to keep abreast of their advantages and disadvantages. Methods An index system for the assessment of secondary disciplines of clinical medicine was constructed with the bibliometric methods according to the factual data. Results Its functions of query analysis, batch input, and editing of the index data of different disciplines were achieved in higher education institutions using the ASP. NET technology based on the data processing, indexing and statistical analysis. Conclusion The platform can provide the data support for the develop-ment and scientific research management of secondary disciplines, and thus playing an important role in promoting the innovative research and management of clinical medicine.
8.Current situation of subject service in hospital libraries and measures for its improvement

10.Application of 9. 4 T of DTT in the diagnosis of cerebral gliomas of SD rat

Objective To investigate the 9 . 4 T of DTT in the diagnosis of SD rat C6 cerebral gliomas model about the change of CST on tumor progression and pathology confirmed. Methods ①10 μl C6 cell suspension of 106 cells number were implanted into the right caudate nucleus of brain hemisphere of 20 adult male SD rat with ster-eotactic technique. ②Application of 9. 4 T of DTT and DTI, meanwhile the routine T1-weighted imaging(T1WI), T2-weighted imaging(T2WI), contrast-enhanced T1WI,FLAIR imaging and diffusion tensor of the brain were ac-quired. Anatomic relationship between cerebral glioma and surrounding white matter fiber tracts was analyzed and measured the values of FA and MD in different areas on fractional anisotropic ( FA) map, color-coded directional map, three-dimensional (3D) white matter fiber tracts map, then stained with routine HE. Results All of SD rat C6 cerebral gliomas models 3 D white matter fiber tracts map by means of FA maps of DTI were successfully comple-ted. Apparently significant differences of FA values were found in solid tumor, surrounding edema, compared with normal white matter regions ( P<0.05 );but there was no significant difference among solid tumor and surrounding edema region (P>0.05);there were significant differences of MD values between solid tumor, surrounding edema and normal white matter region ( P<0.05 ) . Conclusion The 9 . 4 T of DTT offers the optimal visualization of An-atomic relationship between cerebral glioma and surrounding white matter fiber tracts in the different periods of the tumor moder.
