Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of lamivudine in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 98 pulmonary tuberculosis patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into two groups.49 patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and 49 patients in the observation group received lamivudine on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results During treatment,the liver dysfunction rate of the observation group was 10.20％,which was significantly lower than 18.37％ of the control group(x2 =4.21,P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the relevant indicators of liver function and HBV-DNA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t =10.72,10.11,7.68,all P＜0.05).Conclusion Lamivudine in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with chronic hepatitis B has significant effect,which is beneficial to the patients' early recovery,and it is worthy of extensive promotion and application.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the pegylated interferon alpha-2a (PEG-IFN-a-2a)in treatment of chronic hepatitis C.Methods 170 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis C were included in the study,by using digital table method they were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group of 85 cases were treated with PEG-IFN-alpha-2a therapy,and 85 cases in the control group using ordinary interferon alpha-2b therapy.Curative effect and safety of two groups of patients were compared.Results The obser-vation group treated for 12 weeks,24 weeks and 24 weeks of alanine aminotransferase (ALT)and improvement rate were respectively 70.59%,80%,92.94%,which were higher than that of the control group (52.94%,62.35% and 70.58%)(χ2 =5.42,6.71,4.83,all P<0.05).The observation group for 12 weeks,24 weeks and 24 weeks of HCV-RNA negative rate were 64.71%,75.29%and 91.76%,obviously were higher than the control group of50.59%, 61.18% and 70.59% (χ2 =4.28,7.68,6.31,all P<0.05).Adverse reaction rates were not statistically signifi-cant.Conclusion The pegylated interferon alpha-2a (PEG-IFN-a-2a)in treatment of chronic hepatitis C has a significant curative effect of PEG-IFN-alpha-2a therapy in chronic hepatitis C,which is better than the ordinary interferon alpha-2b,and is worthy of extensive promotion and application.

A computerized fetal ECG(FECG)system is presented,w hi ch is composed of two components.One is the data collection device with a PIC m icrocomputer as the main hardware,which has low power consumption and gets power supply through serial port.The other is a software platform based on PC,which i s built through LabView6.1,a graphic programming language.Plenty of modules prov ided by LabView6.1utilized,it is efficient to develop the software platform.In particular,the implementation of the matched filtering algorithms is introduced ,which is the core of the software platform.A new method of updating templates o f matched filter is described.

Objective To evaluate the clinical safety and efficacy of Cheatham-Platinum(CP)covered stent in treatment of aortic coarctation.Methods The therapeutic efficacy was retrospectively analyzed in 15 patients with aortic coarctation who were treated by BIB balloon dilation and CP covered stent implantation.Results All patients were well recovered,the stent did not appear displaced,folded,aorta dissection and rupture.The pressure difference was 5-10 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)between proximal part and distal end after operation.Following up(20±12)months,the therapy efficacy of all the patients was stable and there was no fracture,removal,aortic stenosis or dysarteriotony.Heart ultrasounds demonstrated good close of the cases with patent ductus arteriosus.Conclusion CP covered stent is a safe and available clinical therapy,featured by minimum aorta injuries.

Objective To research the association of IR and β-cell function with MS in T2DM.Methods 116 T2DM subjects were divided into two groups:MS(n=60)and T2DM(n=56),and FIns,FPG,BP and other items were measured.Results HOMA-IR was significantly higher in MS than in T2DM and control group(P<0.05).HOMA-β was significantly lower in MS than in T2DM and control group(P<0.05).And FPG,waist circumference(WC)in MS group were positively correlated with the IR level(P<0.05).Conclusions The HOMA-IR was highest in T2DM with MS,and HOMA-β was lowest in T2DM with MS

Objective To study the clinical value of transbronchial arterial chemoembolization with MMC-li piodol or ADM-lipiodol mixture in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods In this study 32 cases with lung cancer,bronchial arteriography were adopted to identify the tumor-feeding branch.After perfusing 500～1000mg 5-Fu and 60 ～80mg CDDP through microcatheter,embolization with the mixture of 3 ～10ml lipiodol and 20mg MMC or 40mg ADM was performed.Results Short-term effectiveness;complete response(CR)was achieved in 1 case,while partial response(PR)in 19 cases,steady disease(SD)in 11 cases and process disease(PD)in 1 case.The total effectiverate (CR plus PR)was up to 62.5%(20/32).Complications included S cases of the chest pain and 2 cases of the chest wall epidermis pain,which were relieved after symptomatic management.1 case produced spinal injury,which was partially recovered after symptomatic management.Conclusion Transbronchial arterial chemoembolization with MMC-li piodol or ADM-lipiodol mixture has good short-term effect in the treatment of lung cancer.The procedure should be carried out carefully to avoid severe complications.

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography and ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 142 patients with ectopic pregnancy were given ultrasonic examination,to observe whether intrauterine gestational sac,carefully looking for recognition of ovarian masses and distinguish the relationship and structure,and were compared with pathologic diagnosis.Results Ultrasound could clearly display the uterus,ovary,failed to break the gestational sac and blood(block) mass image structure,with pathological diagnosis coincidence rate was 95.1％ (135/142),the misdiagnosis rate was 1.4％ (2/142),the missed diagnosis rate of 3.5％ (5/142).Conclusion Ultrasound was rapid,simple,noninvasive,high-accuracy,it was the preferred method for early diagnosis of the ectopic pregnancy.
