Objective To discuss the effect of psychological and behavioral intervention on sleep quality and self efficacy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with sleep disorder.Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with sleep disorder in our hospital were divided into control group (with 40 cases) and intervention group (with 40 cases)according to the random digital table method.The control group were given routine nursing,while the intervention group were given psychological and behavioral intervention based on the control group.The changes of sleep quality and self efficacy,scores of anxiety and depression and fasting blood glucose before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The differences in the scores of PSQI and GESE were not statistically significant between the control group and the intervention group before intervention (P >0.05),which were significantly improved after intervention[(8.26 ±1.32)points,(29.65 ±3.01)points;(5.62 ± 1.03)points,(34.24 ±4.15)points;t =15.386,10.502,28.087,14.751,all P <0.05],and the scores in the inter-vention group were better than those in the control group (t =9.972,5.663,both P <0.05).There were not obvious differences in the scores of SAS and SDS between the control group and the intervention group before intervention(all P >0.05),which were significantly decreased after intervention[(41.24 ±3.21)points,(42.52 ±3.01 )points;(32.36 ±2.12)points,(34.24 ±4.15)points;t =19.674,12.550,27.589,19.546,all P <0.05)],and the scores in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t =14.599,10.215,both P <0.05).There was no obvious difference in fasting blood glucose between the two groups before intervention (P >0.05),which were significantly decreased after intervention[(8.76 ±1.06)mmol/L,(6.25 ±1.32)mmol/L,t =3.646,8.955,all P <0.05],and the level in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (t =9.377,P <0.05).Conclusion The psychological and behavioral intervention can effectively improve the
sleep quality of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with sleep disorder,improve the self efficacy,and relieve anxiety and other negative emotions,then decrease the fasting blood glucose level,which has promotion value in the clinical nursing.

Aim Toinvestigatetheeffectsoftotalsap-onin of Dioscorea (TSD)on rats with monosodium u-rate crystal-induced acute gouty arthritis (AGA)and mechanisms.Methods Totally72Wistarratswere randomly devided into six groups,Each group was giv-en corresponding drug before,then rat acute gouty ar-thritis model was made by injection of monosodium u-rate in the ankle joint cavity.The gait,articular swell-ing degree and physiological changes of rats were ob-served.The concentration of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-18 in serum were detected by ELISA.The levels of pro-IL-1β, NALP3, ASC, pro-caspase-1, and cleaved caspase-1 were detected by Western blot.Results AllTSDgroupsandcolchicinesignificantlychangedthe gait of rats and TSD high and middle groups signifi-cantly reduced joint swelling and diminished the patho-logical changes.The levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-18 in serum were significantly decreased,and the levels of pro-IL-1β,NALP3,ASC,pro-caspase-1 and cleaved caspase-1 were apparently reduced in TSD high and middlegroups.Conclusion TSDpossessesanti-goutfunction and the mechanism may be related to sup-pressing the NALP3 inflammasome activation and in-hibiting the cytokine production.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cisplatin combined with cisplatin and radiotherapy in the treatment of glioblastomas patients receiving surgery.Methods 68 cases of glioblastomas patients with surgery were divided into control group (n=36) and treatment group (n=32).The control group was treated with temozolomide and radiotherapy;the treatment group was treated with cisplatin combined with temozolomide and radiotherapy.Short-term efficacy,adverse reactions,and survival time were documented during following up in both groups.Results The efficiency in the treatment group (87.5％) was significantly higher than that in the control group (66.67％),P＜0.05.There were no significant difference of adverse reaction including bone marrow inhibition,digestive tract symptoms,and psychiatric symptoms among the two groups,P＞0.05.The medium survival time of the treatment group (26.0 month) was significantly longer than that of the control group (17.5 month),P ＜0.05.There was no significant difference of 1-year survival rate between the treatment group (81.25％) with control group (63.89％),P＞0.05;however,2-and 3-year survival rate in treatment group (52.13％,31.25％) were significantly higher than that in the control group (27.78％,11.11％),P＜0.05.1-year progression free survival (PFS) rate of treatment group (68.75％) was significantly higher that of control group (41.67％),P＜0.05.Conclusion Cisplatin combined with temozolomide and radiotherapy can significantly improve the treatment efficiency without leading to higher rate of adverse reactions and significantly improve the 2-,3-year survival rate as well as 1-year progression free survival (PFS) rate in patients with glioblastomas,it is worth being promoted in clinical application.

Objective To determine the content of icariin and flavonids in Epimedium koreanum Nakai of different place of production and different pharmaceutical genetic in Liaoning Province. Methods Icariin was used as the chemical reference substance to establish HPLC and ultraviolet spectrophotometry methods for content determination of icariin and total flavonoids. Results The content of icariin in leaves was from 0.197% to 0.347%,and in stem was from 0.043% to 0.050%. The content of total flavonids in leaves was from 6.68% to 8.85%,and in stem was from 1.3% to 2.7%. The calibration curves of icariin was in good linearity over the range of 0.3～1.8 ?g (r=0.999 9) and total flavonids was 0.5～3 ?g/mL (r=0.999 9). The average recovery of icariin was 99.43% (n=6,RSD=0.29%) and total flavonids was 100.38% (n=9,RSD= 1.60%). Conclusions The content of flavonids in Epimedium koreanum Nakai of different place of production and different pharmaceutical genetic has large difference,the content in leaves is far higher than in stem.

AIM: To observe the clinical effect of the tonifying kidney pills with mingmuwuzi treating evaporative dry eyes.METHODS: This study adopted the positive drug control,prospective study,random number remainder grouping method to 65 cases of outpatient patients diagnosed with evaporative dry eyes which were divided into the treatment group 32 cases (64 eyes) and the control group 33 cases (66 eyes).The treatment group took the decoction of kidney pills with mingmuwuzi,combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The control group simply use sodium hyaluronate eye drops,both group were set to 4wk for a course of treatment.To observe the symptoms and signs of two groups before and after the treatment,the change of the evaluation index and curative effect were evaluated.RESULTS: The effectiveness of the treatment group was 87.5%,the control group was 78.8%,the difference was statistically significant (z=-3.149,P<0.05).CONCLUSION: The treatment of the kidney pills with mingmuwuzi combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops to evaporative dry eyes is more effective than the simple use of sodium hyaluronate eye drops.

Objective To evaluate the variations of effective doges with the preset scanning parameters from linac-integrated kV cone beam CT( CBCT). Methods Weighted CT dose index(CTDIW) were measured with PTW TM30009 CT ion chamber in head phantom and body phantom, respectively, for different combinations of tube voltage, mAs, collimator and gantry rotation range. Dose length products(DLP) were derived from CTDIW and effective doses(E) were calculated by the DLP and EDLP. Results CTDIW and effective dose had the quadratical relationship with tube voltage, depending linearly on product of tube current and exposure time. Effective dose had close relationship with the collimator and the gantry rotation range. Both the DLP and ED for CBCT were lower than the reference dose level recommended for conventional CT. Conclusions Effective dose from CBCT has a close relationship with the scanning parameters. Optimal imaging parameters should be chosen according to the patient's anatomy to reduce patient dose.

To clarify the source of deviations of drug combination effects evaluated with different drug interaction mathematical models, the cytotoxicity of SAHA and arsenic trioxide and their combinations were observed in a series of human cancer cell lines and a normal cell line. The combined effects were evaluated with three drug interaction models: Loewe Additivity (LA), Bliss Independence (BI) and Chou's Median Effect Model. The evaluations with three different models were further compared with each other. We demonstrated that when dose-response curves were fitted with the same method, similar evaluated results for drug combinations would be derived with different models. The deviations of evaluated effects of drug combinations were attributed to different curve fitting methods used rather than the models themselves. The effects of drug combinations showed discrepancies on different cell lines, and at different combined drug concentrations on same cell line.

Objective To investigate a new microcapsular system for culture of primary generation hepatocytes in vitro. Methods A novel microcapsular system was used for in vitro culture of primary generation rat hepatocytes .The various characteristics of the microcapsular system were examined. The survival rate of hepatocytes and the functions of urea and albumin synthesis were observed.Results The microcapsule had good permeability,a certain degree of mechanical stability and favorable immunological protective ability. Hepatocytes within the microcapsule maintained a high degree of viability and function, and the synthesis of urea and albumin was 1~3 times higher than that of controls.Conclusions This microcapsule has excellent biological and mechanical properties.This system can be of great benefit for use in bioartificial liver and cell transplantation.
