0.999,the limits of detection of five ultraviolet absorbents were 4 to 6 mg/L and the minimum detectable concentration was 0.01%-0.015%.The rates of recovery for this method ranged from 98.35% to 102.75% and the relative standard deviations of this method were 0.44% to 1.73%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and applicable to simultaneous determination of the five ultraviolet absorbents in cosmetics.

Objective: To evaluate the reliability and validity of the inventory of experience of close relationship-revised version (ECR-R).Methods:286 college students were collected for testing the internal consistency and structure validity of the inventory. Test-retest reliability was founded in 31 students. Criteria validity was also studied in 32 cases with anxiety neurosis. Results: The Cronbach ? of the ECR-R and its two subscales (anxiety and avoidance) were 0.87, 0.86 and 0.81 respectively. The test-retest reliabilities of them were 0.75, 0.82 and 0.61 respectively. The two subscales had good discriminating ability and were confirmed by factor analysis, anxiety and avoidance could explain 21.28 and 11.20 of the total variance. Conclusion: The ECR-R is psychometrically acceptable and may be applied to study attachment of Chinese adolescents.

Objective To investigate the self-assembly and cellular localization patterns of fila-mentous temperature-sensitive protein Z (FtsZ) in Escherichia coli (E.coli) strains by using FtsZP74R, FtsZG77D and FtsZA81R mutants.Methods YFP or His labeled FtsZ proteins and the plasmids of FtsZ mu-tants were constructed by using molecular clone and site-directed mutagenesis methods.The targeted proteins were purified by affinity chromatography.FL37(△ftsZ-Cat) strains were constructed via linear DNA homol-ogous recombination.Living cell imaging was performed to observe the cellular localization patterns of FtsZ protein and its mutants in E.coli strains.The interactions between FtsZ-FtsZ/FtsZ mutants were examined by coi-mmunoprecipitation assay . The polymerization properties of FtsZ mutants were analyzed by light scattering.The activities of GTPase were monitored by using high performance liquid chromatography.Re-sults The P74, G77 and A81 amino acids were respectively replaced by different polar amino acids to change the amphipathicity of the helix within the domain of FtsZ ( 74-82 ) .The YFP-labeled FtsZP74R , FtsZG77D and FtsZA81R mutants failed to assemble into functional Z-ring structure in E.coli strains.The inter-actions between FtsZ protein and its mutants were weakened or completely disappeared.In addition, in vitro experiments showed that P74R, G77D and A81R mutations caused a decrease in the polymerization efficien-cy of FtsZ monomer.The activity of GTPase was significantly decreased in the FtsZA81R mutant. Conclusion The P74, G77 and A81 were critical amino acids in the function and assembly of FtsZ protein in E.coli strains.Moreover, A81 amino acid regulated the lateral interaction of FtsZ monomer and the activity of GTPase.

Objective To investigate the relationship between changes of cholinergic system and memory ability impairment in rats long-term exposed to hypoxia-hypercapnia.Methods Forty-eight SD rats were randomly divided into control group,2 weeks hypoxia-hypercapnia group and 4 weeks hypoxiahypercapnia group.The chronic hypoxia-hypercapnia rat model was set up.The memory ability was assessed by eight-arm radial maze.Morphological changes were observed by the HE staining and Nissl staining.Acetylcholine(ACh) content,choline acetyl-transferase (ChAT) activity and acetyl-cholinesterase (AChE) activity in the hippocampus were detected by spectrophotometry,while expression of α7 neuronal nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (α7 nAChR) protein by Western blot.Results Memory ability,especially the working memory was impaired in rats exposed to chronic hypoxia-hypercapnia.And the memory ability decreased more markedly in four weeks group.Compared with those of normoxic rats,the levels of ACh and the activities of AChE and ChAT in the hippocampus of the two weeks group were significantly decreased (ACh:(58.9 ±2.7) vs (47.4 ±3.2) μg/mg (protein) ; AChE:(0.326 ±0.019) vs (0.247 ±0.020) U/mg (protein) ; ChAT:(127.1 ±8.6) vs (90.4 ±6.9) U/g (tissue wet weight),t =7.674,8.139,9.408,all P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the two weeks group,those changes were more obvious in the four weeks group rats (ACh:(47.4 ±3.2) vs (32.5 ±3.2) μg/mg (protein); AChE:(0.247 ±0.020),(0.170±0.019) U/mg (protein); ChAT:(90.4 ±6.9),(55.6 ±6.0) U/g (tissue wet weight),t =9.279,8.036,10.781,all P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the normoxic rats,the expressions of α7 nAChR protein were significantly decreased in two weeks group rats (t =4.481,P ＜ 0.05).Moreover,the expressions of α7 nAChR protein were significantly decreased in four weeks group rats comparing with the two weeks group (t =4.965,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions An impairment of rat' s memory ability may be induced by hypoxia-hypercapnia,and the injury degree is correlated with the exposure time.Cholinergic system dysfunctions may contribute to the memory function defects in chronic hypoxia-hypercapnia rats.

In current years,there is a tendency for HIV/AIDS to shift to adolescent population,thus HIV/AIDS education aimed at college students is drawing increasing attention from all parts including the governments,colleges and universities,and the whole society.By analyzing the current spreading trend of HIV/AIDS,this thesis introduces the modern teaching methods in HIV/AIDS education and existing problems,and tentatively introduces movie appreciation as a novel teaching approach.The application advantages of movie appreciation and concrete examples from six universities in Shanxi Provinces have also be delivered,aiming to explore a new pattern for HIV/AIDS education among Chinese college students.

Objective To evaluate the penumbra of a new multileaf collimator equipped with Elekta Synergy accelerator. Methods The penumbra were derived from beam profiles measured in air and water using PinPoint ion chamber with PTW MP3 water phantom. Variations of penumbra with X-ray beam energy, depth in water, and leaf position were investigated. Results The penumbra in air for 6 MV X-ray was 2 mm less than that at depth of maximal dose in water. The penumbra of leaf side was 1 mm less than that of the leaf end. The penumbra had close relationship with beam energy, depth in water and leaf position. Penumbra was increased with beam quality and water depth. The leaf position had great influence on the penumbra. Conclusions The penumbra of the multileaf collimator is related to its original design and radiation delivery technique. Special considerations should be taken into during treatment planning.Regular measurement should be performed to guarantee the delivery quality.

AlM:To compare the effect of different incision in corneal astigmatism after phacoemulsification.
METHODS: Totally 88 cases ( 122 eyes ) with pure cataract were randomly divided into two groups. Forty cases (60 eyes) were clarity corneal incision in group A, and 48 cases ( 62 eyes ) were sclera tunnel incision in group B. Mean corneal astigmatism, surgically induced astigmatism ( SlA ) , uncorrected visual acuity ( UCVA ) and best correct vision acuity ( BCVA ) were observed in pre- and post-operation at 1d;1wk;1mo.
RESULTS: The mean astigmatism had statistically significant difference between two groups at 1d; 1wk;1mo after operation(P<0. 05). The SlA had statistically significant difference at 1d ( P<0. 05 ); The SlA had no statistically significant difference between two groups at 1mo after operation (P>0. 05). UCVA≥0. 5 and BCVA≥0. 8 had statistically significant difference at 1d; 1wk ( P<0. 05) . There had no statistically significant difference at 1mo after operation (P>0. 05).
CONCLUSlON: Phacoemulsification with scleral tunnel incision remove combined intraocular lens ( lOL ) implantation has small changes to corneal astigmatism. By selecting personalized corneal incision according to the corneal topography might be more beneficial.
