Objective To investigate the correlation between IL‐6 ,hs‐CRP and blood lipids ,blood glucose in type 2 diabetes mel‐litus(T2DM) patients complicated with coronary heart disease .Methods 64 outpatients first diagnosed T2DM complicated with coronary heart disease were selected ,56 T2DM patients and 58 health examination were as compare from 2014 January to November in my courtyard .Interleukin‐6(IL‐6) ,high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs‐CRP) and total cholesterol(TC) ,low density lipopro‐tein‐C(LDL‐C) ,blood glucose and HbA1c were detected in 3 groups of person .Results T2DM group and T2DM complicated with coronary heart disease with fasting glucose ,HbA1c ,TC and LDL‐C was significantly higher than normal group ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0 .05);The level of IL‐6 ,hs‐CRP in patients T2DM with coronary heart disease complicated was signifi‐cantly higher than that of T2DM group ,and T2DM group was higher than that of healthy group ,the differences were statistically significant(P<0 .05) .Conclusion IL‐6 and hs‐CRP can be as a specific index to predict the disease process of T2DM complicated with coronary heart disease .

Objective:This study aims to evaluate the clinical effect and adverse reactions of oxaliplatin or irinotecan plus capecitabine treatment for colorectal liver metastases. Methods:Data from 125 cases of colorectal liver metastasis patients were continuously enrolled and randomized into two groups, i.e., 63 in group one (treatment group) and the other 62 in group two (the control group). Capecitabine was administered at 1 000 mg/m2 doses, twice a day from d1 to d14, to all patients. Irinotecan was administered at 150 mg/m2 in d1 to group one, and oxaliplatin was administered at 130 mg/m2 in d1 to group two. The drug administration cycle lasted for 21 days in both regimens, with at least 6 administration cycles. The total course was for 6 months at most. The therapeutic efficacy, median progression-free survival time, median survival time, short-term clinical effect, and adverse drug reaction were monthly determined. Results:The overall response rates and disease control rates were 33.3%and 66.7%in group one, respectively, and 35.5%and 70.9%in group two, respectively, with no significant differences between the groups (P>0.05). The median survival time and median progression-free survival time were 14 months and 5 months in group one, respectively, and 12 months and 5 months in group two, with no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05). The level-Ⅲand-Ⅳadverse drug reactions mainly include hematological toxicity, gastrointestinal reactions, and hand-foot syndrome. The diarrhea frequency is obviously higher in group one than in group two, and the difference between the two groups is sta-tistically significant (P<0.05). No significant differences were observed in the other adverse reactions between the groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:The Oxaliplatin or Irinotecan plus Capecitabine treatment is effective for colorectal liver metastases, which enhances survival rate and reduces patient suffering because of it has less side effects and good tolerance. The treatment must be further generalized and clinically applied.

Objective To explore the correlation between HLA-G gene polymorphism and gastric cancer in Han nationality.Methods A total of 123 gastric cancer patients in our hospital as the research objects (confirmed as gastric carcinoma by pathological diagnosis).At the same time,a total of 150 healthy controls were selected in our hospital,HLA-G and HLA-DRB1 allele subtypes were detected by polymerase chain reaction sequence specific primers (PCR SSP) detection method,and the allele distribution frequencies of subtypes of HLA-G and HLA-DRB1 were observed and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher detection rate in HLA-DRB1 * 03 and HLA-DRB1 * 15 (P ＜ 0.05),and RR were 1.427 and 2.209,respectively.And there were significant differences in HLA-G * 01012 distribution in two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The incidence of gastric cancer may possibly correlated with HLA-G * 01012,HLA-DRB1-03 and HLA-DRB1-15 frequencies,and they are all protective genes.

Objective: To explore the role of iTr35 cells in the pathogenesis of children with pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH) in children, and the percentage of iTr35 cells and serum interleukin(IL)-35 levels in peripheral blood of patients with PAH were investigated.Their inhibitory effects on the expression of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) on vascular endothelial cells were also analyzed. Methods: After 3 mL peripheral blood of 30 congenital heart disease (CHD) patients with PAH, 22 CHD patients without PAH and 30 age or gender matched healthy controls (HC) were collected, the percentage of iTr35 cells were detected by flow cytometry and the concentrations of serum IL-35 were detected by Luminex, as well as soluble VCAM-1 (sVCAM-1). Human pulmonary artery endothelial cells (HPAECs) were cultured in vitro and divided into control group, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α group and IL-35+ TNF-α group.The expression of VCAM-1 and nuclear factor(NF)-κB P65 protein of each group were detected by flow cytometry and Western blot.The adhesion of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) to HPAECs was observed by fluorescence microscope. Results: Compared to CHD patients without PAH, the percentage of iTr35 cells[0.86(0.45-1.63)% vs.1.14(0.46-2.11)%](H=20.52, P<0.05) in peripheral blood and serum IL-35 levels[2.43(1.76-2.85) μg/L vs.3.17(2.92-5.66) μg/L](H=119.56, P<0.05) were significantly decreased in CHD patients with PAH.However, serum sVCAM-1 concentration[923.1(892.6-1 118.7) μg/L vs.776.1(743.5-932.3) μg/L ] in CHD patients with PAH were significant increased (H=65.65, P<0.05). In addition, the concentration of serum IL-35 were negatively correlated with sVCAM-1 in PAH patients (r=-0.374 P=0.042). In vitro, the positive rate of VCAM-1 on HPAECs was significant decreased in IL-35+ TNF-α group as compared to the TNF-α group [(2.07±0.82)% vs.(5.83±1.34)%, F=1 197.18, P<0.05]. In addition, the protein expression of NF-κB P65 in HPAECs was significantly decreased in TNF-α+ IL-35 group as compared to TNF-α group, as well as the adhesion of PBMCs to HPAECs (F=212.04, 2 533.51, all P<0.05). Conclusions The percentages of iTr35 and levels of IL-35 are reduced in the peripheral blood of patients with PAH.Through in vitro experiments, IL-35 is found to reduce PBMCs adhesion by inhibiting VCAM-1 expression in HPAECs.

Objective: To explore the safety and efficacy of dezocine preemptive analgesia in the reconstruction of nasal bone fracture. Methods: From September 2016 to May 2018, 63 patients with simple nasal bone fracture admitted to the 908th Hospital of PLA Joint Logistics Support Force were selected in the study.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method: dezocine group(n=32) and control group(n=31). The dezocine group was injected with dezocine before surgery, while the control group was injected with 0.9% sodium chloride solution.The differences of MAP, HR, SpO₂ at different time points between the two groups were observed.And the difference of VAS/RSS during operation and 2 hours after surgery were also observed. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in MAP, HR and SpO₂ between the two groups at different time points(10 min before and 10 min after intramuscular injection) (all P>0.05). During operation and 20 min after operation, the MAP values of the control group were (110.1±16.38)mmHg and (105.28±14.81)mmHg, respectively, which were higher than those of the dezocine group [(102.35±14.25)mmHg and (101.25±13.12)mmHg)], the differences were statistically significant(t=2.259, 2.153, all P<0.05). There were no statistically significant difference in HR between the two groups at 10 min before and 10 min after intramuscular injection(all P>0.05). The HR in the control group during operation and at 20min after operation were (90.81±19.52)times/min, (77.25±18.25)times/min, respectively, which were faster than those in the dezocine group [(85.16±17.25)times/min, (71.36±16.15)times/min], the differences were statistically significant(t=2.074, 2.047, all P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in SpO₂ between the two groups at different time points(all P>0.05). In the surgery, the RSS score of dezocine group[(4.3±0.6)points] was better than that in control group[(2.1±0.4)points], the difference was statistically significant(t=17.008, P<0.05). The VAS scores in the control group during operation and 20 min after operation were (2.3±0.5)points, (1.5±0.8)points, respectively, , which were lower than those in the control group [(5.5±0.7)points, (2.1±0.6)points](t=20.572, 3.277, all P<0.05). Conclusion Application of dezocine preemptive analgesia in the reconstruction of nasal bone fracture is effective and safe, the hemodynamics is stable and the analgesic effect is definite in the surgery.
