Journal of Apoplexy and Nervous Diseases 2020;37(10):900-903
Objective To investigate the application value of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) in the diagnosis and quantitative analysis of parkinson's disease (PD).Methods Forty five patients with PD in our hospital from December 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the observation group, and 39 healthy people were selected as the control group. Two groups were examined by DTI,and the fractional anisotropy (FA) and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) value were measured and analyzed statistically. Results The FA value of thalamus and substantia nigra in the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ADC value of thalamus, substantia nigra, pons, superior cerebellar peduncle and middle peduncle between the two groups (P>0.05).The results of ROC curve showed that:the AUC of FA value in thalamus and substantia nigra was 0.704 and 0.798,respectively (P<0.05).The FA value of substantia nigra in PD patients with mid-Hoehn-Yahr stage was lower than that of early stage, and the ADC value of thalamus was higher than that of early stage (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that:the FA value of substantia nigra was negatively correlated with Hoehn-Yahr stage of PD patients (r=-0.457,P=0.002);the ADC value of thalamus was positively correlated with Hoehn-Yahr stage of PD patients (r=0.405,P=0.006).Conclusion DTI has a quantitative diagnostic value for PD,and FA value of substantia nigra and ADC value of thalamus were correlated with PD condition.

Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of three-dimensional medical image guided ultrasound in the chemotherapy of huge hepatic hemangioma. Methods Seventy-six cases were enrolled in a randomized control study. All cases were randomly divided into two groups (group A and group B).In group A,all cases underwent treatment based on the traditional two-dimensional medical images.Under the assistance of three-dimensional medical image information, preoperative treatment planning was performed in group B.After puncture treatment, therapeutic efficacy was evaluated by color ultrasound during follow-up.Results For treating huge hepatic hemangioma (tumor diameter ≥ 10.0 cm),the insertion number and pingyangmycin dosage in the group B were less than those in the group A [(6.2± 0.5)times vs (9.3±0.6) times,t=24.467,P=0.035;(99.2±8.0) mg vs (148.8±9.6) mg,t=34.613,P=0.029].The success rate of first treatment in the group B was higher than that in group A [73.6%(28/38) vs 100%(38/38),x2=131.91,P=0.032].Conclusion For huge hepatic hemangioma, the three-dimensional medical image information can be applied to reduce the insertion number and anesthetics dosage, improving the success rate of first treatment and therapeutic effect.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2017;16(12):17-20
Objective To observe the correlation between postoperative sputum properties and pharyngeal fistula in laryngeal cancer patients and summarize the nursing points. Methods Fifty laryngeal cancer patients with partial laryngectomy but no radio-therapy were enrolled in the study to record the sputum properties change, pharyngeal fistula. The relevant care measures were taken. Results On day 3 to 5 after partial laryngectomy, the sputum from the patients was stickier and more odorous, and the stench intensity was increased.1 case and another 7 ones were diagnosed as pharyngeal fistula on days 3 and 7,respectively.3 of them were healed by local open medication for 2 to 4 weeks. The other 5 cases which were not cured with routine medication for 4 to 6 weeks were treated with repair of pectoralis major myocutaneous flap and then healed on days 10 to 104 days, averaged (56.03 ±16.87)d. Conclusions The postoperative sputum properties like color, stickiness and odor can indicate the local healing condition. The relevant nursing mea-sures can promote their recovery.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the role of the SIRT1/NF-κB pathway in mediating the effect of puerarin against lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced acute kidney injury (AKI).
METHODS:
Fifteen BALB/C mice were randomized into control group, LPS group and puerarin treatment group, and in the latter two groups, the mice were given an intraperitoneal injection of LPS (5 mg/kg), followed by daily injection of normal saline for 3 days or injection of puerarin (25 mg/kg) given 1 h later and then on a daily basis for 3 days. On day 5 after modeling, the kidney tissues were taken for histological observation and detection of cell apoptosis. The renal function indexes including urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr) and kidney injury molecule 1 (KIM-1) and the levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and interleukin 1β (IL-1β) were measured, and the expressions of SIRT1 and NF-κB-p65(acetyl K310) in the renal tissues were detected.
RESULTS:
Intraperitoneal injection of LPS caused obvious glomerular capillary dilatation, hyperemia, renal interstitial edema, and renal tubular epithelial cell swelling and deformation in the mice. The mouse models of LPS-induced AKI also showed significantly increased renal tubular injury score and renal cell apoptosis (P < 0.01) with increased serum levels of BUN, Scr, KIM-1, TNF-α and IL-1β (P < 0.01), enhanced renal expressions of TNF-α, IL-1β and NF-κB p65(acetyl K310) (P < 0.01) and lowered renal expression of SIRT1 (P < 0.05). Treatment with puerarin effectively alleviated LPS-induced renal interstitial edema and renal tubular epithelial cell shedding, lowered renal tubular injury score (P < 0.01) and renal cell apoptosis rate (P < 0.01), and decreased serum levels of BUN, Scr, KIM, TNF-α and IL-1β (P < 0.01). Puerarin treatment significantly reduced TNF-α, IL-1β and NF-κB p65 (acetyl K310) expression in the renal tissue (P < 0.05) and increased SIRT1 expression by 17% (P < 0.05) in the mouse models.
CONCLUSION
Puerarin can effectively alleviate LPS-induced AKI in mice possibly by modulating the SIRT1/NF-κB signaling pathway.

Chinese Journal of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2018;53(1):39-44
Objective:
To investigate the significance of circulating tumor cells (CTC) in squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (HNSCC).
Methods:
Twenty-four patients with HNSCC treated between October 2016 and July 2017 in our department were selected (experimental group), including 23 males and 1 females, aged 47-81 years. There were 14 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of larynx and 10 cases of hypopharynx, including I-Ⅱ stage (5 cases) and Ⅲ- Ⅳ stage (19 cases). All patients were primary and/or relapsed after treatment. Nine healthy volunteers were selected as control group. A novel
