Objective To observe the way of vascularization of acellular nerves and evaluate the enhanced vascularization of using COMP-Ang-1 into acellular nerve on bridging sciatic nerve gaps by radiography. Methods From March,2013 to June,2014,acellular nerves were harvested by chemical extraction.Thirty-six female rats weighing 200-250 g were randomly divided into 2 groups:18 animals with 1 cm long sciatic nerve lesions were repaired by nerve grafting (control group),18 animals with 1 cm long sciatic nerve lesions were repaired by nerve grafting and COMP-Ang-1 were administrated after surgery.Grafts were harvested after perfusion of lead oxide (carotid artery) on day 7,day 14 and day 21 postoperatively.Radiography was performed to capture the two dimensional image. The rules of vascularization of acellular nerve and the enhanced effects of COMP-Ang-1 on vascularization were evaluated. Results The density of vessels in COMP-Ang-1 group were higher than control group after 7 days (2701.60 ± 318.93 vs.925.40 ± 106.22,P =0.030),14 days (3309.21 ± 381.31 vs.2832.70 ± 189.23,P =0.210) and 21 days (4787.33 ± 251.09 vs.3469.36 ± 232.10,P =0.030) postoperatively; the area of vessels in COMP-Ang-1 group were higher than control group after 7 days (9231.03 ± 581.91 μm2 vs.4839.01 ± 101.01 μm2,P =0.043) and 14 days (15561.13 ± 697.73 vs.6811.07 ± 250.05,P =0.049) postoperatively. Conclusion COMP-Ang-1 can enhance the vascularization of acellular nerves fairly.

Cervical spondylosis belongs to the category of "arthralgia syndrome" in traditional Chinese medicine. From the number and distribution range of disease, the incidence of cervical spondylosis is yearly increasing and shows a trend of younger age.Cervical spondylosis has become one of the common diseases that seriously affect people's health. This article reviews the relevant literature of TCM nursing interventions in the rehabilitation of cervical spondylosis and explores the influence of TCM nursing interventions on patients with cervical spondylosis including tuina, cupping, moxibustion, scrapping,TCM fumigation, auricular therapy and so on,in order to provide a reference for the future practice and research of TCM nursing interventions for patients with cervical spondylosis.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)parameters for cognitive dysfunction in first-episode stroke, thereby providing reference for the early clinical assessment of the risk of cognitive dysfunction in stroke and formulation of intervention programs. Methods A total of 122 patients with first-episode stroke were enrolled and divided into occurrence group(n=53)and non-occurrence group(n=69)according to whether they had cognitive dysfunction.Additionally,53 patients with non-cerebrovascular cognitive dysfunction were selected as control group. All patients underwent DCE-MRI examination after admission. The 3 groups and patients with different degrees of cognitive dysfunction were compared for DCE-MRI parameters, including interstitium-to-plasma rate constant(Kep),volume transfer constant(Ktrans),volume fraction of extravascular extracellular space(Ve),and volume fraction of plasma(Vp).The correlations of DCE-MRI parameters with the degree of cognitive dysfunction were analyzed, along with their diagnostic value for cognitive dysfunction and evaluation value for the risk of cognitive dysfunction after first-episode stroke. Results Both occurrence group and non-occurrence group had higher levels of Ktrans,Ve and Vp than control group, and these parameters were higher in occurrence group than non-occurrence group(P<0.05).Ktrans,Ve and Vp of patients with different degrees of cognitive dysfunction differed significantly(P<0.05),and they were increased significantly with the aggravation of cognitive dysfunction.Ktrans,Ve and Vp were all positively correlated with the degree of cognitive dysfunction (P<0.05). The AUC for the combined diagnosis using Ktrans, Ve and Vp was 0.921, significantly higher than single index (P<0.05). The risks of cognitive dysfunction in first-episode stroke patients with higher levels of Ktrans, Ve and Vp were 3.077, 1.944 and 2.313 times of the low-level, respectively. Conclusion DCE-MRI can be used to diagnose cognitive dysfunction in first-episode stroke, providing reference for early clinical prediction of cognitive dysfunction after stroke.

Objective:To analyze the treatment process of a renal transplant patient infected with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), and discuss the management strategy for the immunocompromised hosts. Methods:The diagnosis and treatment of a case of transplant patients with COVID-19 admitted to Horgos designated hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in October 2021 were reviewed. The medical history and laboratory and imaging examination treatment and outcome of this case were analyzed. Results:The recipient was a middle-aged male with a time from renal transplantation of 3 years. The onset was moderate to low fever, accompanied by cough and fatigue. Chest CT showed multiple ground glass shadows under the pleura of both lungs, mainly in both lower lungs, gradually worsening until "white lung" appeared, with early renal and cardiac insufficiency. In the course of treatment, immunosuppressants were reduced and the dosage of glucocorticoid was increased. In the early stage, due to renal insufficiency and hyperkalemia, dialysis was conducted for 3 times. Oral abidol and Lianhua Qingwen capsule were given as antiviral and anti-infection treatment. Special immunoglobulin and convalescent plasma of COVID-19 were used to boost the immunity of patients. The patient was eventually clinically cured. Conclusions:The clinical manifestations and diagnosis of COVID-19 for the kidney transplantation recipient are not significantly different from other populations, but immunocompromised hosts are more likely to suffer from organ dysfunction. The adjustment of immunosuppressants and glucocorticoids, respiratory support, selection of antibiotics, organ protection, nutritional support and traditional Chinese medicine intervention in the treatment of renal transplant recipients with severe COVID-19 need further discussion.
