2.QUANTIFICAT ION OF FIBRONECTIN IN EXTRACTS OF SKIN INCISED WOUND BY ELISA METHOD
Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1987;0(03):-
The content of fibronectin in skin incised wound of adult abdomen was rneasured with double antibody sandwich EI,lSA is report. The result indicated that it is possible to measure fibronectin in extracts of skin tissue. The mean extractable fibronectin level per gram adult abdominal skin was 7. 5920?1. 7364ug (M ? SD ). The content of fibronectin in incised wound at different groups in lccal area intervals after injury increased gradually,acconlpy1ng along with the tirne prolonged. There existed a linear correlation between the tlme elapsed after 1n jury and the fibronectin content in wounds. But,only O. 5hr or longer than 0. 5hr after injury the difference between local skin fibronectin and instantenous one is significant (P

Social capital has become an important service provider of medical and health undertakings in China. Its active participation in health management industry services promotes the overall development of China's health industry. The paper discusses the four important roles of social capital in health management industry, and puts forward four development strategies, including the transformation to the high-end health management services, and undertaking basic health management services and public and private health management of the joint venture and the development of specialized health management service.
5.Qualitative analysis on the risk allocation in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) health projects in China
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2017;10(3):7-11
The developed countries have increasingly used private sector involvement in the practices of developing, financing and providing public health infrastructure and services through public-private partnerships (PPPs) in recent years. The main reasons for this uptake in these countries are manifold ranging from the rising expenditures for refurbishing, maintaining and operating public assets, and the increasing constraints on the governmental budgets stifle because of the economic downturn. As a result, the government needs funds to cover inadequate inputs and seeks innovation through private sector experts and management expertise aiming for better operational risks mitigation. In this paper, 18 risk factors in health sector of China were tracked through the literature research, and the research aims to identify the risk allocation by issuing the questionnaires and conducting interviews with experts from the academia, and public and private sectors. This paper finally provides the scheme about the appropriate risk allocation to focus on improving the mitigation of the existing risks in order to achieve successful PPP projects.
6.Analysis on the critical success factors in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) health projects in China
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2017;10(3):1-6
Recently, Public-private Partnerships (PPPs) are being increasingly used in the public facilities and services provision in China. The procurement system ranges from simple contracting of services to the involvement of the private sector in the infrastructure financing, design, construction, operation and maintenance. However, organizing a PPP is not an easy task due to its complexity and long term contractual obligations and this some projects to fail to attract the private sector in the partnership and in the services provision.18 critical success factors of PPP project in the Chinese health sector were undermined by the investigation of this research. The mostly identified CSFs are thorough and realistic benefit assessment, sound policies, appropriate risk allocation and risk mitigation, and the public/private sector responsibilities. This paper finally puts forward the recommendations based on the statistics that are published from the Integrated Information Platform of CPPPC in order to focus on validating them for successful PPP projects achievement.
7.Cardiovascular changes during vertebroplasty don't due to bone cement leakage
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2001;0(06):-
The rather serious compliation of vertebroplasty is caused by bone cement leakage into adjacent structure but recent research suggests that even without cement leakage during vertebroplasty, patients could also experience with cardiovascular changes sometimes. Cytotoxicity of bone cement, nervous reflex, fat embolism and alteration of intravertebral pressure may be responsible for these changes. (J Intervent Radiol,2006,15: 377-381)

9.Inhibitory effect of captopril on retinal neovascularization in mice
International Eye Science 2009;9(8):1448-1450
AIM: To study the inhibitory effect of captopril on retinal neovascularization (RNV).METHODS: Sixty seven-day-old mice were randomly divided into treated group and control group with thirty mice in each group. These mice were exposed to 750 50mL/L oxygen for 5 days and then to room air.The treated group had been injected captopril (2.7mL/kg), while control group had been injected 9g/L sodium chloride (2.7mL/kg) by intravitreal for 5 days. The mice were sacrificed at the 17th day after birth and the eyes were enucleated. Adenosine diphosphate-ase(ADPase) stained retina flat-mounts was performed to assess the retinal vascular profiles, Hematoxylin Eosin (HE)staining method was applied to count the number of new vascular cell nuclei and the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and pigment epithelium derived factor (PEDF)was detected by immunohistochemical method.RESULTS: Comparing with control group, regular distributions and good branch and reduced density of RNV were observed in the treated group. The number of nucleus of new vessels vascular endothelial cells breaking through the internal limiting membrane was less in the treated group than in the control group (P<0.05). Stain of retinal MMP-2 was weaker in the treated group than in the control group and stain of retinal PEDF was stronger in the treated group than in the control group.CONCLUSION: Intravitreal injection of captopril (2.7mL/kg) may block the RNV in the oxygen-induced mouse model and may provide an effective method for prevent-ing RNV.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(08):-
Objective:To investigate efficacy of paroxetine in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(D-IBS).Methods:In a self-controlled trial,45 patients with D-IBS symptoms according to the Rome Ⅱ criteria were treated with paroxetine 10mg Qd for 12 weeks. The efficacy measures included D-IBS gastroin- testinal symptoms, abnormal frequency or consistency of defecation,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamil- ton Anxiety Scale(HAMA).Results:42 cases completed 12 week therapy. The overall IBS symptoms, the Bristol stool consistency, stool frequency and abdominal pain were relieved significantly at week 2(P
