1.Chemical constituents in stem of Acanthus ilicifolius
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(07):-
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the stem of Acanthus ilicifolius. Methods Some compounds were repeatedly isolated and purified on silica gel column chromatography and vacuum liquid chromatography, their chemical structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral data, such as IR,(()~1HNMR),(()~(13)C-NMR),and ESI-MS.Results Eight compounds were obtained from the stem of A.ilicifolius and identified as hexacosanoic acid(Ⅰ),stigmasterol(Ⅱ),tetratriacontanol(Ⅲ), 2-benzoxazolinone(Ⅳ),stigmasterol-3-O-?-D-glucopyranoiside(Ⅴ),vanillic acid(Ⅵ),4-hydroxy-2-benzoxazolone(Ⅶ),quercetin(Ⅷ).Conclusion Compound Ⅶ is first reported as a natural product.Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅲ,and Ⅵ-Ⅶ are reported from this plant for the first time.
2.Advances in research on pericolonic tumor deposits in colorectal cancer
International Journal of Surgery 2017;44(2):141-144
It has been a problem in clinical practice that recurrence and distant metastasis of patients with colorectal cancer undergoing surgery.Recently, pericolonic tumor deposits has attracted extensive attention of scholars, and they think pericolonic tumor deposits may be closely related with colorectal cancer postoperative recurrence and metastasis. This review aims to introduce concept of pericolonic tumor deposits, pathological characteristics and its important role in clinical staging and prognosis,so as to provide clinical doctors medical advice to set more reasonable treatment and achieve the purpose of reducing tumor recurrence or metastasis for patients with colorectal cancer.
4.Preconditioning with desflurane, sevoflurane and isoflurane increase the preservation of adenosine triphosphate in anoxia-reoxygenation myocardial cells
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 1999;0(04):-
Aim To study the effects of preconditioning with desflurane, sevoflurane and isoflurane on adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in anoxia-reoxygenation myocardial cells. Methods Rat ventricular myocytes, cultured for 4~5 days, were randomly allocated to five groups: Control group, anoxia-reoxygenation group and groups preconditioned with 1.5 MAC desflurane, sevoflurane or isoflurane following anoxia-reoxygenation. The content of intracellular ATP ,the activities of lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) and creatine kinase(CK), and the cell viability were measured at the end of experiment. Results Preconditioning with 1.5 MAC desfllurane, sevoflurane or isoflurane significantly attenuated the great reduction in ATP and cell viability and the increase of LDH and CK caused by anoxia-reoxygenation. There was a positive correlationship between ATP and cell viability, and a negatiue correlationship between LDH and CK (r was 0.83, -0.87 and -0.82 respectively, P

Journal of Clinical Surgery 2014;(11):846-848
Objective To analyze the curative effects of total knee arthroplasty(TKA)for severe genu varus combined with flexion deformity. Methods The clinical data of 25 patients(36 knees),who had undergone TKA for severe genu varus combined with flexion deformity from January 2005 to October 2010,were retrospectively analyzed. There were 7 males and 18 females, aged from 55 to 80 years(average 70.5 years). The primary diseases were osteoarthritis in 22 cases and rheumatoid arthritis in 3 cases.HSS knee score was used before and after the operation to assess the efficacy of the TKA.Results All of the patients were followed up for 4 to 9 years(average 6 years). The degree of flexion deformity was reduced from (21 ±63)°to(1.1 ±2.3)°;the degree of the varus decreased from(210 ±4.8)°to(175.6 ±2.1)°;range of motion of the knee joint increased from(70.5 ±20.5)°to(115.1 ±5.3)°;knee score augmen-ted from(33.2 ±10.5)to(90.7 ±8.5);function score added from(35.5 ±14.2)to(85.6 ±10.5);there were 21 cases(8 knees)rated as excellent,2(3 knees)as good and 2(3 knees)as fair, and the excel-lent and good rate was 86%.Most of the patients had normal force line of the knee joint, but 2 patients re-mained varus deformity of 5°~10°.Conclusion Satisfying outcome can be achieved by TKA in treating severe genu varus combined with flexion deformity of the knee.

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(01):-
Six new sesquiterpenoid compounds of nerve-activity were synthesized from a gorgonian neurotoxin -subergorgic acid (1). Toxicological studies and structural correlation with toxicity reveal that subergorgic acid may act on cholinesterase and make a reversible inhibition of its activity of hydrolysis.

China Pharmacy 2007;0(34):-
OBJECTIVE:To prepare compound zinc sulfate oral solution and establish its quality control method. METHODS: The oral solution was prepared with zinc sulfate and lysine hydrochloride as chief components. The content of lysine hydrochloride was determined by coordination titration and uv spectrophotometry, respectively, and the stability of the preparation was investigated. RESULTS: The oral solution was colorless or yellowish, with its identification and test results all in conformity with the related stipulation stated in Chinese Pharmacopeia(2005 edition). The average content of zinc sulfate labeled in the sample stood at 101%. The linear range of lysine hydrochloride was 3.2~9.6 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 9) and its average recovery rate was 99.75%(RSD=0.27%, n=6). The preparation was stable within 6 months storing under room temperature. CONCLUSION: This preparative technology of compound zinc sulfate oral solution is simple and feasible, and the quality of which is stable and controllable.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(6):981-991
To study the effect of different storage conditions and storage time on herb quality of Lonicera macranthoides, different packaging materials including vacuum plastic bags, plastic bags, woven bags, sealed with endometrial bags, paper bags, sack bags were selected for the study under different storage conditions including room temperature, 5 degrees C refrigerator, low temperature of - 20 degrees C refrigerator and desiccator. Twenty-four batches of samples were used for the study, and active ingredients were determined. The experimental results showed that the ingredients in each storage group changed with the storage time, storage conditions (storage environment, packaging). Under the same storage time, the storage environment (temperature, humidity) had effect on the stability of herb quality. Low temperature had less effect on herb quality. The effect of packaging on herb quality was as following: plastic vacuum packaging > woven with endometrial sealed packaging > plastic bag > woven bag > sack bags > paper bags. Under the same storage conditions, with the increase of storage time, caffeic acid content increased slowly, and other five ingredients content decreased gradually. Storage time affected significantly on the intrinsic quality (chemical composition) and appearance of herb. It is suggested that low temperature (5 degrees C), dark and sealed storage are suitable for storage of L. macranthoides herb, the storage time should be not more than 24 months.
