1.Utility of spiral and cine CT scanning in children suspected of foreign body in trachea
Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2010;26(1):86-88
Objective To assess the value of spiral and cine CT for the diagnosis of foreign body in trachea in children. Methods Fifty-one consecutive pediatric patients suspected of aspirating radiolucent foreign body underwent chest radiography, 12 of them underwent three-dimensional spiral CT and cine CT scan within 24 h before rigid bronchoscopy. Results Rigid bronchoscopy showed foreign bodies in the main bronchus or bronchus intermedius of 42 patients, while spiral CT localized airway foreign bodies in the same patients. In the remaining 9 patients without foreign body found by rigid bronchoscopy, 6 were true-negative and 3 were false-positive on CT, making the overall sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, and positive and negative predictive values of CT scans was 100% (95% confidence interval, 91%-100%), 66.67% (29%-92%), 94.12% (64%-99%), 93.33% (81%-98%) and 100% (54%-100%), respectively. The cine CT scan correctly diagnosed 9 of 12 patients as true-positive and 3 as true-negative with identification of air trapping and secondary lung changes. Conclusion CT may be used in airway foreign body management of pediatric patients, especially with diagnostic dilemmas, and further prospective evaluations should be considered to assess its overall efficacy.
2.Theoretical Research on Disease Pricing for Medical Service in China
Chinese Health Economics 2013;(11):60-62
Objective: To propose essential thought for the disease pricing and to provide theoretical and methodological references for promoting disease pricing in China. Methods: Utilizing literature research method and theoretical deduction method are used to comb and analyze the theory of disease pricing theory. Results: On the basis of the research for disease cost calculation, key process of pricing like disease groups is proposed, benchmark disease and relative weight of diseases price and draws into degree of risk factors and technical difficulties. At the same time, it proposes the manipulation of cases outside the lines and pricing adjustment system. Conclusion: The research is scientific, prospective and innovative.
3.Nitric oxide, nitric oxide synthase and cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2013;(1):74-78
Over the years, cerebral vasospasm has been regarded as one of the important factors influencing the prognosis in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.Studies have shown that cerebral vasospasm is associated with nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase after subarachnoid hemorrhage, and regulating the synthesis of nitric oxide may play an active role in the treatment of cerebral vasospasm.
4.Evaluation of treating mild ametropic amblyopia by refractive correction alone
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2013;(3):220-221
A total of 102 cases (204 eyes) with mild ametropic amblyopia underwent refractive correction without any vision training. After wearing glasses, visual acuity was examined every 3 months during a follow-up period of 12 months. After wearing glasses 12 months,201 eyes (98.53%) were treated effectively,175 eyes (85.78%) cured basically and 3 eyes (1.47%) became invalid. The changes of visual acuity were satisfactory(P <0.01).The difference of visual acuity between every two observation timepoints were satisfactory(P <0.01).Treating mild ametropic amblyopia by refractive correction alone is both simple and effective. And it has an excellent compliance and a low cost.
5.Psychological Adaptation Problems of Foreign College Students in China and Solutions
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-

6.Treatment of the fracture of neck of femur among young people by using the DHSN and the sartorial-pedicled ilium bone graft
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(12):-
[Objective]To discuss the curative effect of using the DHSN and the sartorial-pedicled ilium bone graft in treating the fracture of neck of femur among young people.[Method]A total of 46 cases of the fracture of neck of femur treated with the DHSN and the sartorial-pedicled ilium bone graft were followed up for 1~8 years. The position of fracture or the area of bony defect was filled with the sartorial-pedicled ilium bone.[Result]The clinical results were assessed according to the functional rehabilitation. So,there were excellent results of 23 hips, good of 19 hips and poor of 4 hips in this study and the satisfactory rate was 91%.There were 44 cases reached osteal healing. The average healing time was 8 months and the average time of taken out was 14 moaths.[Conclusion]In treating the fracture of neck of femur among young people, the DHSN and the sartorial-pedicled ilium bone graft have the advantage of firm fixation and highly healing rate.
7.Study on University Students'Appraisals of Their Earlier and Present Selves
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(06):-
Using questionnaire of self-concept to 144 senior students, the study tries to understand the character of university students'appraisals of their social comparison, appraisals of their earlier and present selves. The result shows:For all social comparison in the past and present, university students tend to rank themselves as superior to a majority of their peers;in comparison with their earlier and present selves, there is significant difference in feature, school achievement, maturation, ambition, and self-acceptance.And present self is superior to earlier self on feature and self-acceptance,inferior to earlier self on school achievement, ambition and maturation.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2012;34(8):706-708
According to years of treatment experience on herpes zoster, combined with its current onset characteristics as well as modem medicine, the authors probed into the relation between liver depression and herpes zoster on the following two aspects:one was liver depression and healthy qi (immunity) ; the other was liver depression and the incidence of herpes zoster. We considered that long-term liver depression impairs healthy qi.Then herpes zoster appears because detriment of healthy qi leading to decreased immunity, reactivation and reproduction of virus.Liver depression is a significant factor for the onset of herpes zoster.

Objective To explore the clinical value of 18F-FDG PET/CT in the diagnosis of cardiac neoplasm. Methods Between January 2007 and December 2011,18F-FDG PET/CT was performed in 8649 patients in our hospital, and 14 (0.16% ; 11 males,3 females, average age 46.9 (35-68) years) patients were diagnosed with cardiac neoplasm.18F-FDG PET/CT data of those 14 patients were retrospectively analyzed.Final diagnoses were confirmed by either histopathology (n =5) or follow-up (n =9).Results Accurate tumor localization and diagnoses were made by 18 F-FDG PET/CT in all 14 patients.Among them,13 were malignant (2(14.3%,2/14) primary and 11(78.6%,11/14) metastatic tumors (8 HCC,2 lung cancer,1 esophageal cancer) ; SUVmax 3.2-10.7) and 1 (7.1%,1/14) was benign (myxoma). Conclusion 18F-FDG PET/CT is useful for the detection and staging of primary malignant and metastatic cardiac neoplasms.
