1.Diagnosis and treatment of primitive neuroectodermal tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(8):624-626
Primitive neuroectodermal tumor (PNET) is a kind of malignant tumor, which most often affects children and adolescents. The incidence of PNET has risen recently. PNET has low early diagnosis rate and poor treatment effect. With the application of RT-PCR and FISH in pathological diagnosis, and MRI and PET-CT in imageological diagnosis, as well as the implementation of target treatment and multidisciplinary integrated treatment concept in the treatment, the pathogenesis, diagnosis technology and treatment means of of PNET have made remarkable progress.

5.Ultrasound diagnosis of postoperative foreign body (gauze)
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 1999;233(2):63-64
The Viet Duc Hospital found 6 cases of the postoperative left gauze by ultrasound during 1997-1998. The diagnosis based on the clinical symptoms (infectious sign), operative history, position and size of foreign body. The foreign bodies found earliest in the 20th days and longest in the 4th years after an operation. The form, size and structure of the foreign bodies have not been changed through the round of examination.

6.Sedum freckle capsule combined with hydroquinone cream phonophoresis in the treatment of chloasma
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(6):502-504
ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of Sedum freckle capsule combined with hydroquinone cream phonophoresis in the treatment of chloasma.MethodsA total of 180 patients with chloasma were recruited into two groups according to the random number table, 100 in the treatment group and 80 in the control group. The patients in the control group were treated with 2% hydroquinone cream phonophoresis, and those in the treatment group received 2% hydroquinone cream phonophoresis and Sedum freckle capsules, both for 2 months. The symptom and lesion score were usedto evaluate the clinical efficacy. ResultsThe cure rates were 81.00% in the treatment group and 67.50% (χ2=4.320,P=0.038) in the control group at the end of treatment, 92.0% and 76.3% (χ2=5.538,P=0.019) at 2 months follow-up. The total lesion scores at the end of treatment and at 2 months follow-up were significantly lower than before the treatment in the treatment group (1.61 ± 0.84 and 1.30 ± 0.85vs.3.48 ± 1.02;t=14.152, 16.419, allP<0.01) and also in the control group (2.04 ± 0.61 and 2.03 ± 0.51vs.3.45 ± 1.09;t=10.097, 10.554, allP<0.01). The total lesion score at the end of treatment and at 2 months follow-up were significantly lower than in the treatment group was significantly decreased than the control group (t=3.839, 6.767; allP<0.01).ConclusionSedum freckle capsule combined with hydroquinone cream phonophoresis could effectively treat patients with chloasma.
7.Changes of procalcitonin level in cirrhosis patients complicated with hepatorenal syndrome
Tianjin Medical Journal 2015;(4):393-395
Objective To observe changes of procalcitonin (PCT) level in cirrhosis patients complicated with hepatorenal syn?drome (HRS). Methods Cirrhosis without HRS (Non-HRS group, n=115), cirrhosis with HRS (HRS group, n=28) and control group (40 cases) were enrolled. Levels of serum PCT, C-reactive protein (CRP), Cystatin-C (Cys-C), white blood count, percentage of neutro?phils, serum creatinine and urine creatinine were examined in all participants. Correlation between serum PCT levels and incidence of HRS was analyzed. Correlations between serum PCT levels with CRP, Cys-C, 24 h-Creatinine clearance (24 h-Ccr) were analyzed. Re?sults Among cirrhosis patients, those with increased PCT had higher chance of complication with HRS than those with normal PCT (P=0.026). Levels of serum PCT, CRP and Cys-C are higher in HRS Group than those in Non-HRS group, both which are higher than those incontrol group (P<0.05);Level of 24 h-Ccr is lower in HRS Group than that in non-HRS group, both of which are lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Levels of serum PCT positively correlated to levels of serum CRP and Cys-C but, negatively correlated to levels of 24 h-Ccr. Conclusion Serum PCT level contribute to early infection and renal damage in cirrhosis and might play an im?portant role in development of HRS. It is valuable in giving early information of cirrhosis complicated with HRS.
8.Clinical features and management of small bowel intussusception in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;42(5):511-513
Small bowel intusssusception is relatively rare in children and the manifestation is always atypical.Abdominal ultra-sonography conduces to final diagnosis. It can be classified into transient and persistent small bowel intussusception with their own clinical characteristics respectively. This article systematically reviews the clinical features and treatment advances of small bowel intussusception in children.
9.Research progress of circulating microRNA as a new biomarker of cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2013;25(10):708-710
Cancer is one of the most dangerous diseases that threaten human health. The early diagnosis individual treatment and accurate judgement of recurrence play important roles in prognosis.microRNA (miRNA) is a class of small fragments of RNA molecules which has the ability to regulate the gene expression. In recent years, some researchers have begun to focus on it.Studies have shown that the great stability of circulating miRNA in body fluid,as well as the specificity in many types of cancer, which may be important for the diagnosis and prognosis of cancer patients. In this review, the advantages and limitations of circulating miRNA as a new biomarker of cancer are birfly summarized.
10.Treatment of 26 cases of Postoperative Gastric Fistula with Self-made Compound Wubei Powder and Gelatin Sponge Plugging
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2008;30(4):284,289-
Objective To investigate the treatment of postoperative gastric fistula with combined traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods Altogether 56 cases ofgastric fistula after gastrectomy were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The control group was simply treated with conventional western medicine therapy, while treatment group was treated with self-made compound Wubei powder scattered with gelatin sponge plugging in addition to conventional western medicine treatment. Results The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 96.4% and 64.8% respectively. The effective rate of the treatment group was significant better than the control group (p<0.01).Conclusion The combined traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy can promote healing of the fistula, reduce pain during the process of surgery shorten the duration of hospitalization, and decrease the cost of treatment.
