1.The clinical exploration of eosinophilic bronchitis
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2008;31(13):24-26
Objective To explore the features of airway inflammation in patients with eosinophilic bronchitis(EB). Methods Sputum induced eosinophilic count was performed in 7 patients with EB(EB group), 12 patients with asthma(asthma group), 16 patients with cough variant asthma(CVA group), and 6 patients with atrophic rhinitis(AR group). The number of eosinophil and mastocyte was detected by bronchial biopsy in patients of EB and CVA group. Results The percentage of eosinophil counts of induced sputum in asthma group, CVA group, EB group and AR group was ( 18.7±5.3)%, ( 10.2± 4.5)% ,(8.7±2.3)% and (2.7±3.2 )% respectively. There were significant differences between EB group and the other three groups. The number of eosinophil in airway smooth muscle was significantly lower in EB group [ ( 1.3±0.1 )/mm2 ]than that in CVA group[ (5.2±1.2)/mm2]. And the mastocyte number in EB group[ (3.5±1.4)/mm2] was significantly lower than that in CVA group [ ( 12.5±2.4)/mm2]. Conclusions Perhaps EB is associated with many diseases. Aggressive treatment maybe prevent asthma. Eosinophil and mastocyte number is significantly low in patients with EB compared those with CVA, which maybe play an important role in absent airway hyper-responsiveness in EB.
3.Assessment of cardiac involvement related to iron overload inβ-thalassemia major
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2015;33(5):490-493
Cardiac involvement related to iron overload caused by long-term blood transfusion is a major cause of death for patients with thalassemia major. Patients' survival will be improved greatly if cardiomyopathy resulted from transfusional iron overload could be detected timely and effective iron chelation be initiated promptly. In the present article, various evaluation Methods currently used in clinical practice are reviewed, with particular focus on cardiac MRI for the monitoring of myocardial involvement related to iron overload.
4.The preliminary observation about the allergic test of allergic rhinitis with bioresonanztherapie
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(07):-
Objective To explore the accuracy and the clinical significance about the diagnosis treatment to allergy rhinitis with bioresonanztherapie. Methods 22 cases who were confirmed as house dust mite, extremely sensitive to duse diagnosed by BICOM were randomly collected and examined by allergic-skin test, which were compared with the control group. Results 22 examples by BICOM bioresonanztherapie, for to the house dust mite and the dust highly sensitive patient, allergy test sets piercing experiment was the strong masculine genders. Conclusion Bioresonanztherapie is really feasible at accuracy and practicability to test allergic rhinitis.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(17):-
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of cell free fetal DNA(cffDNA)-based noninvasive prenatal diagnosis,we developed a precise technique for fetal sex determining region of Y chromosome(SRY)gene detection using size-fractionated cell-free DNA in maternal plasma. Methods Peripheral blood samples were collected form 117 pregnant women.cffDNA was extracted based on a column absorbent method and isolated by agarose gel electrophoresis.A dulex-polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was used to detected SRY gene and glycerol-dehyde-phosphate dehydrogenase(GAPDH)gene. Results Both SRY and GAPDH gene were detected in 86 cffDNA samples from women bearing male fetuses. And only GAPDH gene was detected in 71 cffDNA samples from women bearing female fetuses. These results had a coincidence whit those of villus or amniotic fluid samples. The specificity and sensitivity reached 100%(117/117)and 100%(66/66),respectively.Conclusion By agarose gel electrophoresis,re-extratedand and dulex PCR,size-fractionated cell-free fetal DNA in maternal plasma can be selective enriched and used to noninvasive prenatal diagnosis of sex-linked disorders and single gene disorders.

China Oncology 2009;19(6):428-432
Background and purpose: The Testin gene is a candidate tumor suppressor gene located at 7q31.2. Our purpose was to investigate the expression of Testin gene, and its possible relationship with the clinicopathological features of human colorectal carcinoma. Methods: Semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and immunohistochemistry methods were used to investigate the expression of Testin in 60 specimens of colorectal carcinomas and corresponding adjacent normal mucosal tissues. The correlations of Testin to clinicopathologic features of colorectal carcinoma were analyzed. Results: The mRNA level of Testin was down-regulated in colorectal carcinomas. The positive rate of Testin protein was significantly lower than the paracancerous mucosal normal tissues (P<0.01). The expression of Testin protein and mRNA was correlated with infiltration, differentiation, Dukes stage, T stage, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis (P<0.05), but not with patients' gender, age, site of cancer (P>0.05). The expression of Testin protein was lower in the tissues which were deeper infiltrated, poorer differentiated, advanced in Dukes stage and T stage, or with lymph node or remote metastasis. The expression of Testin mRNA was positively associated with that of Testin protein(r=0.75,P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression level of Testin is significantly down-regulated in colorectal carcinomas, which may be associated with the degree of infiltration, differentiation and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. It suggests that Testin may be a valuable marker for assessing the prognosis and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.

Objective To explore the function of high-intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods To treat 46 patients who have allergic rhinitis for a long time with the instrument of CZB high-intensity focused ultrasound. Results We made a follow-up visit for 3 momths after the surgery, the symptom of stuffy nose van- ished from the 46 patients who were treated with the high-intensity focused ultrasound, and they haven't appeared sneezes again. Only 6 patieats have a little dear nasal mucus in the early morning. They don't have any complication and the se- quda. Conclusion The trearment with high-intensity focused ultrasound has the actual effect. Under reasonable therapeutic dose, the patients does not have the complication, and it is easy to do,it is really a kind of physical therapy method that can be promoted.

10.Study on Preparation Technology of Repaglinide and Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets
China Pharmacist 2015;(3):493-496
Objective:To design and prepare repaglinide and metformin hydrochloride tablets for pilot scale test and industrial pro-duction. Methods:Dissolution was applied to optimize the formula and preparation process. Results: The tablets were prepared ac-cording to the determined formula and process with poloxamer 188, meglumine, PVP K30, croscarmellose sodium, microcrystalline cellulose PH101, sorbitol, magnesium stearate and coating powder as the adjuvants. The dissolution behavior of the tablets in four media was similar to that of the reference. Conclusion:The preparation process of repaglinide and metformin hydrochloride tablets is simple and feasible, and the quality is controllable and stable.
