The paper introduces the development of hematology analysis technique in recent 10 years,and mainly concentrates in WBC differential technique,the extended functions and automation.The clinical application of red cell volume distribution width,reticulated platelets and reticulocyte subpopulation are also described in the paper.The common problems in the usage of hematology analyzer and correction methods are pointed out.

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical value and pathological basis of peritumoral hyperenhanced rim (PHR) of renal cell carcinomas (RCCs) on CEUS.MethodsCEUS images of 53 patients with 54 renal tumors (27 RCCs,27 renal angiomyolipomas) were analyzed,and the detection and distribution of PHR were evaluated.HE staining and immunohistochemistry of CD34 were performed in tissue surrounding RCCs (TSR) to observe distribution of psuedocapsule,large vessels,and microvasculars among TSR with different modes of PHR.ResultsPHR was found only in RCCs.PHR distribution between RCCs and angiomyolipomas was statistically different (P＜0.05).Using PHR to diagnose RCC,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,false positive and false negative was 44.44％ (12/27),100％ (27/27),100％ (12/12),64.29％ (27/42),0 (0/27) and 35.71％ (15/42),respectively.Pseudocapsule distribution between RCCs with PHR and RCCs without PHR was not statistically different (P＞ 0.05).There were rich large blood vessels in TSR with PHR in washin and both phases,and few or thimbleful large vessels were found in TSR without PHR in washout phase.Cancer tissue near the boundary (CTNB) of TSR had the highest microvessel density (MVD).MVD differences in different TSR with PHR were statistically different between washin and washout phases,washin and both phases,both phases with PHR and without PHR (P＜0.05),but no statistical difference was found between washout and both phases (P＞0.05).ConclusionPHR is a highly specific complementary indicator in diagnosing RCC,and it is correlated with rich blood vessels in TSR and (or) a higher MVD value in CTNB.

Objective To evaluate effects of human papilloma virus(HPV)16E7 on expressions of six tumor suppressor genes(including MT1G, NMES1, RRAD, SFRP1, SPARC and TFPI2)in a cell line SiHa, as well as on its proliferation and apoptosis. Methods SiHa cells were divided into two groups to be transfected with a small interfering RNA targeting HPV16E7(E7SiRNA, experimental group)and an empty vehicle(negative control group) respectively, with SiHa cells receiving no treatment serving as the blank control group. After 48 hours, qPCR was performed to measure the mRNA expressions of E7 and six tumor suppressor genes, CCK?8 assay to evaluate cellular proliferative activity, and flow cytometry to assess apoptosis of SiHa cells. Results At 48 hours after the transfection, the experimental group showed significantly decreased E7 mRNA expression(0.25 ± 0.036, P<0.05), but increased mRNA expressions of the six genes(MT1G 1.403 ± 0.190, NMES1 1.720 ± 0.060, RRAD 1.390 ± 0.160, SFRP1 1.493 ± 0.120, SPARC 2.157 ± 0.144, TFPI2 2.060 ± 0.122, all P < 0.05). The proliferative activity of SiHa cells was significantly decreased(0.554 ± 0.130 vs. 1.028 ± 0.236 and 1.220 ± 0.126, both P<0.05), but the apoptosis rate was significantly increased(9.222%vs. 0.246%and 0.123%, both P<0.05)in the experimental group compared with the negative control group and blank control group. No significant differences were observed between the negative control group and blank control group in proliferative activity or apoptosis rate of SiHa cells(both P>0.05). Conclusion E7 may participate in HPV16?induced cellular malignant transformation by suppressing the mRNA expressions of 6 tumor suppressor genes, including MT1G, NMES1, RRAD, SFRP1, SPAR and TFPI2.

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the development of managerial psychology so as to solve culture, managerial system and peculiar problems at the transitional phase.DATA SOURCES: By using CNKI and PSYCINFO database, we searched literature on organization and managerial psychology in the past 20 years. We also collected the authors' research papers related to this area in the recent years.DATA SELECTION: We selected 24 research articles on organizational reforms, leadership behavior, motivation mechanism and organizational culture.DATA EXTRACTION: Seventeen out of the 24 articles were excluded because they overlapped with each other in content to some extent. Therefore,this article reviewed the other 7.DATA SYNTHESIS: On the basis of comprehensive analysis of development of managerial psychology at home and abroad, this article predicts the newly emerging hot issues and trend of research on managerial psychology, and further puts forward the short-term and long-term development goals of managerial psychology research.CONCLUSION: Paying attention to research on organization-level changes,accentuating on the systematic exploitation of human resources, continuously expanding research field and giving more concern for the national goals are the development trend of managerial psychology.

Objective To investigate the effects of anti-cell membrane associated DNA (mDNA) antibodies in the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) lacking of specific autoantibodies including anti Sm,anti ds-DNA,and anti-nucleosome antibodies.Methods Indirect immunofluorescence assay was used to measure anti-mDNA antibodies in serum of 145 SLE patients,and indirect immunofluorescence,Western-blot and ELISA were used to detect the anti-dsDNA ,anti-Sm and anti- nueleosome antibodies respectively to analysis the value of anti-mDNA antibodies on the specific autoantibodies negative patients with SLE.Results The sensitivity for anti-mDNA antibodies (69.7%) in SLE was significantly higher than anti-Sm (19.7%),anti-dsDNA ( 31.9% ) and anti-nucleosome (45.8% ).The incidences of anti-mDNA antibodies in SLE lacking of anti-dsDNA,Sm and anti-nueleosome antibodies (AnuA) were 64.3% ,70.2% and 60.3% respectively.Conclusion Anti-mDNA antibodies are serologic marker of SLE and important in diagnosis of SLE lacking of anti-dsDNA,Sm and nucleosome antibodies.

OBJECTIVE To know the principles of the transformations of the spatial directions in the view of the 0~ sinus endoscope and to simulate the space in endoscope using SkechUp software. METHODS The ideal model of the nasal cavity was designed and observed by the 0?rod-lens telescope. The space of the model in the endoscope was simulated using SkechUp.The principles of the transformations of the spatial directions were observed,which consisted of the lateral horizontal line (Lhn,n=0-6),the lateral vertical line (Lvn,n=0-9),the top horizontal line (Thn, n=0-9) and the lateral angle line (LAL).The location of the horizon was observed.RESULTS If the elevation angle (between the endoscope and bottom of nasal cavity) of the endoscope entering the model was unchanged and the distance of the endoscope entering the model was increased gradually,the positions of Lhn,Lvn and Thn in the visual field of the endoscope were replaced by Lh (n+1),Lv (n+1) and Th (n+1) respectively.The positions of Lhn,Lvn and Thn had repeatable characteristics.One horizontal plane in the space can become a horizon in the view and the location of the horizon in the view was invariable.If the distance of the endoscope entering the model was unchanged,the endoscope was moved to produce15?,30?,45?,60?elevation angle gradually,the positions of LAL (15?,30?,45?,60?) had the symmetry and repetition and the position of the horizon in the view was variable.CONCLUSION The directions of Lh and Lv and the locations of the horizon in the view of the 0?endoscope are correlative with the elevation angle of the endoscope,not pertinent to the distance of the endoscope coming into the nasal cavity.The directions of the space in the visual field of the endoscope have the symmetry and repeatable characteristics.Simulating the space in the visual field of the endoscope using SkechUp software provides the bases for the operation.

AIM: To evaluate the effect of flavored Siwu granules in the clinical adjuvant treatment for phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction retinal vein occlusion.
METHODS: Sixty patients (60 eyes) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, both with retinal laser photocoagulation and intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide, but the treatment group used flavored siwu granules. Vision, fundus change, fundus fluorescein angiography, clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ), hemorheology examination and safety assessment were evaluated before and 8wk after treatment.
RESULTS: At 8wk after treatment, there were differences on vision improvement, retinal circulation time, whole blood low shear viscosity and total efficient rate of clinical syndrome of TCM, compared with control group(P<0. 05).
CONCLUSION: Flavored siwu granules adjuvant for phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction retinal vein occlusion can improve visual acuity and reduce the eye complications.

Objective:To examine the relationship between cross-ethnic friendship and cross-ethnic face perceptual memory in the regions where the population ratios of the Uygurs and the Hans are different.Methods:According to demographic criteria,33 Han college students with lower contact with Uygurs from the area where Uygur and Han population ratio was 1 ∶ 9,32 Uygur college students with lower contact with Hans from the area where Uygur and Han population ratio was 9∶1,and 32 Uygur with higher contact with Hans and 34 Han students with higher contact with Uygurs from the area where Uygur and Han population ratio was 4∶6 were recruited in the study.Relying on E-prime program,the learning-recognition paradigm was adopted to compare the difference between the participants'recognition for faces of one's own race and others.Meanwhile,based on self-reported Friendship Quality Questionnaires,participants'Time Spent and Intimacy with out-group friends were assessed as the measurement of inter-group friendship.Results:The accurate rate,false alarm rate and discrimination accuracy demonstrated a significant own-race advantage for the Uygurs with lower contact and higher contact with the Hans (Ps ＜ 0.01),whereas the Hans with higher contact and lower contact with the Uygurs did not show significant difference between own-race faces and other-race faces on these variables (Ps ＞ 0.05).Stepwise regression analysis showed that the regression coefficients of the interracial intimacy and time spent with out-group friends toward the magnitude of crossrace effect were stably significant (β =-0.87,-0.56,Ps ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:The Uygur and Han students may prefer different encoding strategies in face recognition,and inter-group friendship experience may be an appropriate variable for predicting the ability to recognize other-race faces with good reliability and validity.

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane flap and vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane peeling for the treatment of idiopathic macular hole with different sizes.Methods A total of 127 consective patients (127 eyes)were divided into two groups according to the size of the hole diameter of the smallest split points by less than or equal to 500 μm (small diameter macular hole group) and more than 500 μm (huge diameter macular hole group).According to different surgical methods the patients were divided into non ILM flap coverage group (peeling 1 group and peeling 2 group) and ILM flap cover group (covering 1 group and covering 2 group).All the patients underwent vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane peeling or vitrectomy combined with limiting membrane flap.Preoperative and postoperative best correct visual acuity,closure ratio of macular hole and postoperative major complications were observed and followed up.Results The postoperative best correct visual acuity improved in all the groups,there was no significance difference between small diameter macular hole group and huge diameter macuiar hole group (t =0.112 2,0.750 8;all P ＞0.05).The closure ratio of peeling 1 group and covering 2 group at postoperative 6 months were all 100％,there was no statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05),which in peeling 2 group and covering 2 group were 84.85％ and 100.00％,there was statistical difference (x2 =13.292,P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistical difference in preoperative defect diameter of the inner and outer junction between peeling 2 group and covering 2 groups (P ＞0.05),there was also no statistical difference between peeling 2 group and covering 2 groups at postoperative 1 months (P ＞ 0.05),but there were statistical differences at postoperative 3 months,6 months and 12 months (all P ＜ 0.05),the covering 2 group were less than the peeling 2 group.Conclusion ILM flap coverage helps to heal macular holes greater than 500 μm diameter,and has no extra effect on healing of diameter less than 500 μm.
