ObjectiveTo study the correlation with Genes Coding forESBLs and ClassⅠIntegron in ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli from children.MethodsPCR was used for gene typing detection of 100 strains of ESBLs-producingEsche-richia colistrains. While detection of class I integrase gene in the 100 strains ESBLs-producingEscherichia coli and 100 strains of non-ESBLs producingEscherichia coli were separately performed by PCR. It provides the solid base not only to reveal the relationship between class I integron and drug resistance, but also the relationship between class I integron and ESBLs-producing. ResultsThe most frequently genotyping from ESBLs-producingEscherichia coli in children isCTX-M (84%), followed by TEM-1(63%). The predominant distribution of genotype in ESBL- producing strains isTEM-1 +CTX-M (45%), followed by CTX-M (34%). Class I integrase gene detected in ESBLs- producing and non- ESBLs producing strain were 100 cases (100%) and 25 cases (25%) separately, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05); drug resistance in class I integron positive strains were signiifcantly higher than in class I integron negative strains, especially in Ciprolfoxacin, Levolfoxacin, and Amino-glycoside (86.4%, 88%, and 80%).ConclusionsThe distribution of Class I integron in ESBLs-producingEscherichia coli is signiifcantly higher than that in non-ESBLs-producing strains, It is rational that Class I integron highly correlate with strong drug resistance in ESBLs-producing strains.

OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of tilianin(TIL)on brain tissue in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. METHODS:Totally 120 male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group(0.9% sodium chloride solution),model group(0.9% sodium chloride solution),nimodipine group(32 mg/kg)and TIL low-dose and medium-dose,high-dose groups(4, 8,16 mg/kg),with 20 rats in each group. The rats were given relevant medicine intragastrically, once a day,for consecutive 7 d. 15 min after last medication, cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury model was established by reforming suture-occluded method. The neurological deficit score in rats were evaluated, and percentage of cerebral infarction volume of rats was determined. Histopathological changes of brain tissue were observed by HE staining. The activities of SOD,CAT and LDH,MDA content in cerebral tissue of rats were determined. The expression of calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)and peripheral vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2) protein were determined by Western blot assay. RESULTS:Compared with sham operation group, neurological deficit score and percentage of cerebral infarction volume of model group were increased significantly(P<0.01);the nerve cells in brain tissue were significantly reduced and the interstitial edema was obvious. SOD and CAT activities were decreased significantly,LDH activity was increased significantly,MDA content was decreased significantly, protein expression of CGRP and VEGFR2were increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared with model group, neurological deficit score of nimodipine group,TIL medium-dose and high-dose groups were decreased significantly;percentage of cerebral infarction volume was decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01);above pathological conditions of cerebral tissue in rats were relieved significantly;SOD and CAT activities were strengthened significantly,MDA content and LDH activities were decreased significantly, protein expression of CGRP and VEGFR2were increased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS: TIL has certain protective effects on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury model rats, and its mechanism may be related to the up-regulation of CGRP and VEGFR2expression.

course of Internal Medicine and Surgery Nursing. Methods From September 2014 to July 2016, the Grade 2013 nursing students at the Sino American cooperative nursing class in the Nursing College of Wenzhou Medical University were selected as the experimental group by convenient sampling method, with a total of 59 people. The Grade 2012 nursing students in the Sino American cooperative nursing class were selected as the control group, with a total of 60 people. The nursing students in the control group received traditional teaching methods and the nursing students in the experimental group received the self participating teaching method. We compared students' self-learning ability, theoretical knowledge and comprehensive practical ability between the two groups. Results The total score of self-learning ability and the scores of all dimensions of experimental group were higher than those in the control group after class, and the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05). The scores of theoretical knowledge and comprehensive practice ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusions Self participation teaching method is a teaching method that helps teachers play a leading role in giving play to students' main body status. It helps to promote the development of nursing students' independent learning ability, and improve their theoretical level and nursing practice ability.

METHODSA total of 588 samples from platelet donors were genotyped for the above loci with sequence-specific primer PCR and sequence-specific oligonucleotide probe PCR.
RESULTSThe frequencies of HPA-la, -1b, HPA-2a, -2b, HPA-3a, -3b, HPA-4a, -4b, HPA-5a, -5b, HPA-6a, -6b, HPA-15a, -15b were 0.9974, 0.0026, 0.9456, 0.0544, 0.5417, 0.4583, 0.9983, 0.0017, 0.9889, 0.0111, 0.9903, 0.0097, 0.5434 and 0.4583, respectively. The HPA-7-14 and HPA-16 showed no heterozygosity as the b allele was not detected in such loci. The most common genotypic combination for HPA was HPA-(1,4,7-14,16,17) aa-2aa-3ab-5aa -6aa-15ab (0.1820). HLA-A2 (0.3070) and HLA-B13 (0.1361) demonstrated the highest frequencies at their respective loci.
CONCLUSIONThe HPA and HLA loci are highly polymorphic among ethnic Hans from Shandong. The distribution of HPA polymorphisms also shows a great ethnic and territorial difference. It is important to construct regional database for the genotypes of HPA and HLA loci for platelet donors.
