China Pharmacy 2016;27(30):4233-4235
OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Azithromycin combined with Xiaoer xiaoji zhike oral so-lution in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. METHODS:Data of 120 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed and divided into observation group (63 cases) and control group (57 cases) by different treatment meth-ods. All children received conventional treatment(reducing fever, relieving cough and resolving phlegm). Based on it,control group received Azithromycin 10 mg/kg,intravenous infusion, once a day, after continuous infusion of 3 d,it stopped 4 d. Observation group additionally received Xiaoer xiaoji zhike oral solution,10 ml for children younger than 5 years old,15 ml for children in 5 years old or over,3 times a day. 1-week was regarded as 1 treatment course, and it lasted for 2-3 courses. Clinical efficacy in 2 group was observed, recovery time of clinical signs, reduction of the number of inflammatory cells before and after treatment were compared, and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was recorded. RESULTS:After treatment, the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group, fever clearance time, disappearance time of cough, rales and pulmonary lesions were significantly shorter than control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the number of eosinophils and serum C reactive protein (CRP) level (P>0.05). After 1 week treat-ment,the number of eosinophils and CRP level in 2 groups were significantly lower than before, and observation group was signifi-cantly lower than control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). And there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Azithromycin combined with Xiaoer xiaoji zhike oral solution shows good efficacy in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,it can shorten the duration of clinical symptoms, improve the level of in-flammatory cells, and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
4.High performance liquid chromatography:a rapid isocratic method for determination of energy compounds in myocardial tissue
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(02):-
To determine energy compounds in myocardial tissue simultaneously, we determined standard Creatine(Cr), Creatine phosphate(PCr), Hypoxanthine(Hypo), Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD), Adenosine monophosphate (AMP), Adenosine diphosphate (ADP), Adenosine triphosphate (ATP), Cyclic-adenosine monophosphate(cAMP), and other compounds related to energy metabolism by a rapid isocratic method. The result showed that standard curves of the eight compounds were linear and passed through the origo for all examined concentrations (r=0.999).A recovery (88.1~117.6%) and replication (CV%=0.97~3.78%) for the present method was found to be accord with methology request.
5.Changes of energy metabolism in ischemic myocardium and in reperfusion during human cardiovalvular-transplantation
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(04):-
Ⅳ, change of phosphocreatine (PCr) content was very similar to thatof ATP. Content of ADP, AMP, Cr and HYPO was negatively correlated to ATP content. NAD content was also reduced. In summary, recently proposed hyperkalemic crystalloiddilluted blood protecting myocardium would not be sufficient enough and further improve-ment is quiet neccessary.
6.The Use of Psychological Intervention in Modified Electroconvulsive Therapy Patients
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(05):-
Objective The purpose of the present study was to explore the use of psychological intervention in modified electroconvulsive therapy patients. Methods Divide all 160 patients random into two groups, the intervened group and the contrast group. The intervened group was accepted psychological intervention before the therapy day;The contrast group just did as normal.Record the anxiety, blood pressure, heart rate and the agreement to the therapy of the two group before the therapy. Results The anxiety of the intervened group was much little to the contrast group. The blood pressure and the heart rate of the intervened group was lower than the contrast group.Patient of the intervened group was much active to match with the treatment. Conclusions The use of psychological intervention in modified electroconvulsive therapy patients could decrease patient’s anxiety and painness, made them more active to match with the treatment.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical manifestation and the reasons of misdiagnosis of allergic rhinitis patients with postnasal drip. METHODS The clinical data of 3 patients with allergic rhinitis who had the symptom of postnasal dr ip and were mi sdiagnosed were s tudied. RESULTS The three patients to be misdiagnosed as chronic sinusitis treated by antibiotics drugs, post cold cough syndrome without any treatment, and chronic rhinitis treated with partial inferior turbinectomy. The 3 patients were diagnosed allergic rhinitis and cured with budesonide nasal spray. CONCLUSION The reasons of misdiagnosis are listed as follows. 1. The clinic doctors don't listen to the patient's complaint comprehensively and get incorrect information. 2. The symptoms of allergic rhinitis are not typical. 3. Postnasal drip is the main complaint and cause irritable cough, pharyngeal itching, globus. 4. The symptoms of allergic rhinitis are covered by other simultaneous diseases.
