The Journal of Practical Medicine 2016;32(18):3038-3040
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma cell mastitis and prolactin. Methods The relationship between the lesion area , degree of inverted nipple and prolactin level of 228 plasma cell mastitis patients were observed , as well as their prolactin level before and after treatment , to explore the factors that influence relapse. Results There was no significant statistical relationship between prolactin level and lesions area and degree of inverted nipple. Prolactin level before and after treatment were statistically different (t =2.347,P = 0.02). Menstrual status, nipple status, comorbidities, lesion area and prolactin level were considered, only prolactin level was related with disease recurrence (P = 0.038). Conclusion prolactin level could significantly reduced as the disease cured , but elevated prolactin may lead to relapse of the disease.
2.Research progress on antibiotic resistance of Escherichia coli O157:H7
Journal of Preventive Medicine 2021;33(11):1117-1121
Contamination of foodborne pathogens is the main cause of related diseases. Escherichia coli O157:H7 (E.coli O157:H7), as a representative of pathogenic E.coli, is one of the most severe and commonly reported E.coli in the world, but there is still no effective clinical treatment against the infection. Antibiotics show effective in the early infection of E.coli O157:H7. However, their extensive use has led to drug-resistant bacteria and genes in recent years, which becomes a great threat to public health. This article reviews the research progress of E.coli O157:H7 from the prevalence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria, the resistance mechanism, and the prevention and control methods, in order to provide a reference for its prevention, early clinical treatment and related research.

Objective To study the pharmacological effects of Qinggong Decoction on sedation and hypnosis. Methods Fifty mice were randomly divided into five groups: NS group, diazepam group, and low-, mid-, high-dose Qinggong Decoction group. Diazepam group was given 0.1 mL/10 g diazepam, and other four groups were given 0.2 mL/10 g corresponding drugs. Spontaneous activities before and after ig. were recorded and the sleeping time of mice with pentobarbital sodium (superthreshold dosage) and the number of the sleeping mice with pentobarbital sodium (subthreshold dosage) were measured. Convulsion model induced by nikethamide was used to observe the change of the seizure rate in mice after given Qinggong Decoction. Results Qinggong Decoction (3.0, 6.0 g/kg) could obviously inhibit spontaneous activities of mice, prolong the sleeping time of mice with pentobarbital sodium (superthreshold dosage) and increase in the number of the sleeping mice with pentobarbital sodium (subthreshold dosage), and had markedly anticonvulsant effect in mice induced by nikethamide. Conclusion Qinggong Decoction has obvious effects of sedation, hypnosis and anticonvulsion.

Objective This study aims to test the hypothesis that low density granulocytes (LDGs) is involved in the pathogenesis of DM associated-Interstitial lung disease (ILD).Methods Forty eight DM patients (28 with ILD) and 19 age-and sex-matched healthy Chinese volunteers were recruited to this study.LDGs percentage in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) was tested by flow cytometry.Neutrophilrelated genes (LL-37,MPO and MMP-8) expressions in PBMCs were tested by quantitative RT-PCR.Myositis disease activity assessment visual analogue scales (MYOACT) was used to assess the disease activity.Percentages of LDGs were compared in patients with ILD and without by using unpaired t test with Welch's correction, the correlations between LDGs and clinical parameters were further analyzed by linear correlation analysis. The expressions of neutrophil-related mRNA and proteins in PBMCs were compared by using MannWhitney U test. Results LDGs percentage in PBMCs was 7.1-fold higher in DM patients than healthy controls [(9.1±11.5)% vs (1.3±0.7)%,t=4.664,P<0.01].LDGs percentage in PBMCs was 2.7-fold higher in DM patients with ILD than DM patients without ILD [(12.3±14.1)% vs (4.5±2.6)%,t=2.835,P=0.008 3].The mRNA expression level of LL-37,MPO and MMP-8 and LL-37 protein levels in the DM group were significantly higher than those in the control group.LDGs percentage positively correlated with MYOACT lung disease activity scores (r=0.439,P=0.010).Conclusion Percentage of LDGs in PBMCs is significantly increased in DM patients with ILD and positively correlated with MYOACT lung disease activity scores, suggesting that abnormall increasing of LDGs is a potential contributor to the pathogenesis of DM-associated ILD.
