Objective To explore the phenotypic characteristics of T lymphocyte subsets in the peripheral blood (PB) of Patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods forty-seven patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and 36 health control were selected as our subjects.The patients were divided into definite Diagnosis AS group and potential AS group according to symptom and X-ray,flow cytometry was applied to measure T lymphocyte subsets and HLA-B27 of peripheral blood.At the same time,the levels of ESR,CRP and IgA were also measured.The correlation between T lymphocyte subsets and CRP HLA-B27,IgA level was analyzed.Results There was no significant difference between The definite diagnosis AS patients and healthy controls regarding of the percentages of CD3 + cells in peripheral blood,However the percentage of CD4 + cells in definite diagnosis AS patients was significantly increased than that of healthy controls (P ＜ 0.05).The ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + cells was 3.80 ± 0.28 in AS patients,higher than that of potential AS patients.T lymphocyte subsets were showed an increase tendency as the increase the level of CRP,IgA.Conclusion Lower CD8 + cell and higher CD4 + cell were showed in the peripheral blood of AS patients,which was correlated with the disease activity and suggesting T cells might be involved in the pathogenesis process of AS.Meanwhile our data indicated that the immune response might be a susceptible factor of AS and early detection of T lymphocyte subsets might provide a diagnosis and treatment basis for diagnosis of AS.Therefore the disorder of T lymphocyte subsets might play an important role in the development of rheumatoid arthritis.

Their activity rate of steady ClO2 was measured under different pH condition. Results With the decrease of pH,the activity rate of steady ClO2 increased. Objective To investigate the status of food intolerance of patients with ulcerative colitis,(UC),to provide the basis for directing UC patients diet related nursing.Methods Forty-seven UC patients were selected from September 2013 to August 2014 in General Hospital of Tianjin University.The Southerland Disease Activity Index (DAI) was used to divide the UC patients into remission,mild activity and moderate to severe activity groups.The food-specific IgG antibodies status were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in UC patients and healthy people.Relevant clinical parameters were analyzed statistically.Results Food intolerance rate in UC patients was as high as 68.08％(32/47);the food species:egg,wheat and milk ranked the most frequently intolerance food.The food intolerance rates in remission,mild activity and moderate to severe activity groups were 9/16,11/18,12/13,there were significantly different,x2=7.418,P＜0.05.Extraintestinal manifestation group had significantly higher food intolerance rate compareed to non extraintestinal manifestation group:1 1/13 vs.55.88％(19/34),x2=2.234,P＜0.05.No significant difference of food intolerance rate were showed among groups categorized according to sex,age,body mass index,site of lesion,P＞0.05.Conclusions UC patients show higher food intolerance rate than healthy people.UC disease activity and extraintestinal manifestations are correlated to food intolerance,which is of great significance to guide diet related nursing of UC patient.

Objective To study the influence of the professional family intervention on cohesion and adaptability of breast cancer patients.Methods One hundred and twenty-eight breast cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group in equal number.The control group was given conventional nursing and the intervention group interventions including nursing instruction for their families and caregivers,mental instructions,and regular follow-ups in terms of life and rehabilitative instructions.A Family Adaptability and Cohesion Scale(FACESII-CV)was used for assessment before and after intervention.Result After intervention,the score on cohesion and adaptability of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the intervention group before intervention and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The professional family interventions can effectively improve the family cohesion and adaptability of breast cancer patients.

Objective To investigate the implementation and application of rotational DSA dual volume technology in displaying the intracranial artery stent.Methods Firstly,the “stent opacity”single volume technology was used to display 5 types of stent which were released in 7 cases of pure intracranial artery stenting and 12 cases of stent-assisted aneurysm embolization.Then we applied “vessel translucent”and “vessel opacity”single volume technology to display corresponding vessel segments.Finally,by coalescing the single volume imaging of stent and vessel,the “vessel opacity + stent opacity”dual volume image and “vessel translucent+ stent opacity”dual volume image were performed.We compared the effects of two kinds of dual volume imaging and assessed the imaging characteristics and influencing factors of each method.Results (1)On the “stent opacity”single volume display mode,in 7 cases of pure intracranial artery stenting,the display effect of two Pipeline stents and three Apollo stents belongs to level 1,the display effect of two Enterprise stents belongs to level 2;In 12 cases of stent-assisted aneurysm embolization,in the stent segments which weren’t influenced by artifacts,the display effect of two LEVIS stents belongs to level 1,the display effects of 5 Enterprise stents and 2 Solitaire AB stents belongs to level 2;While in the stent segments which were influenced by the artifact of spring coil and bone,the display effect significantly reduced, three pieces of Enterprise stents were even unable to identify.(2)On the “vessel opacity”single volume display mode,1 9 cases of vessel segment at the stent completed opacity display.The surface structure of vessel was very clear,but the structure under the surface was completely being covered.On the “vessel translucent”single volume display mode,the surface structure of 19 cases of vessel segment at the stent displayed clear at the tangential position.The vessel lumen also presented transparent state.(3)On the “stent opacity+vessels opacity”double volume display mode,the start-stop location and the adherence of stents in blood vessels in 1 6 cases were displayed clearly. When using the “stent opacity+ vascular opacity”double volume imaging,except 3 cases which used ball expansion Apollo stents could display comprehensive relationship between the blood vessels,in the other 13 cases,the relationship between stent and vascular could not be fully displayed.Conclusion On the condition that the single volume display technology shows stent well,the “stent opaque+vessels translucent”double volume display technology can well present the stent condition in the vessels.

Objective To clone the coding region and 3′non?coding region of calmodulin 2(CaM2)in guinea pig,to provide the genetic informa?tion for studying the gene function of Calmodulin 2. Methods Total RNA was extracted from heart tissue of guinea pig,the coding region and 3′non?coding region of CaM2 were amplified by RT?PCR and 3′?RACE PCR methods,and the recombinant plasmid was constructed by inserting cDNA of the coding region and 3′non?coding region of CaM2 into the cloning vector by genetic engineering technology followed by DNA sequencing and se?quence analysis. Results The cloned coding region of CaM2 was 450 bp,and the 3′non?coding region of CaM2 was 660 bp. The amino acid se?quences of the coding region of CaM2 was consistent with those of other CaM subtypes,and the 3′non?coding region of CaM2 had low homology with those of other subtypes. Conclusion The cloning of CaM2 coding region and 3′non?coding region in guinea pig was the foundation for further study on the gene function of CaM2 and its role in related diseases.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) for duodenal cysts.Methods Clinical manifestations, results of conventional gastroscopy and EUS, as well as follow-up, of patients with duodenal cysts were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 105 patients with duodenal cysts presented with no lesion-related symptoms, but displayed characteristic imaging changes under EUS, which could reveal the origin, size and nature of duodenal cysts, and differentiate it from other submucosal lesions.A maximum follow-up of 5 years showed no changes in duodenal cysts.Conclusion Duodenal cyst is a benign disease, and EUS plays a very important role in diagnosis of the disease.

Objective To evaluate the dose reduction technology using in CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy of pulmonary lesions using automated core needle biopsies (ACNB).Methods 412 ACNB cases included 146 consecutive conventional patients (group A,120 kV/100 mA) and 266 consecutive patients (group B,120 kV/20 mA,low-dose scanning,reduce scanning width and scanning frequency).The quality of images was compared by grain homogeneity,fine structure,clearness of tissue interface and artifacts.The total diagnostic accuracy rate,the examination time and radiation dose between group A and group B were compared.Results The fine structure of group B was significantly lower (X~2 ＝7.0508,P ＜ 0.05).The total diagnostic accuracy rate was 95.9% vs 95.1% (X~2 ＝0.1296,P ＜ 0.05).The examination time for biopsy procedure was (16 ±2.2)min vs (15.9 ±2.0)min (t ＝ 1.3579,P ＜ 0.05) ,and the mean effective dose (E) was (1.74 ± 0.7) mSv vs (0.59 ± 0.14) mSv (t ＝ 19.3415 ,P ＜ 0.05) .The E of group B decreased by 66%.Conclusions ACNB is a feasible and accurate method for diagnosing pulmonary lesions,and the E can significantly reduce the dose received in low-dose scanning.
