OBJECTIVE:To prepare mesopocous molecular sieve SBA-15 surface molecularly imprinted polymer (SBA-15@MIP),and analyze the application of SBA-15@MIP in the determination of active micro-component. METHODS:Using baica-lein as the template molecule, acrylamide(AM)as the function monomer,tetrahydrofuran/ethanol(3∶2,V/V)as the polymeriza-tion solvent, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)as the cross-linker,and 2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as the initiator, SBA-15@MIP was synthesized on the surface of mesopocous molecular sieve SBA-15. The surface morphology and structure of the obtained polymer were characterized by TEM and FT-IR. Finally, the imprinted polymer was used as an adsorbent for solid-phase extraction (SPE) to detect baicalein in plasma samples by HPLC. RESULTS:It revealed that the well-ordered one-dimensional pore structure of SBA-15 was still preserved in the successful synthesized SBA-15@MIP,and baicalein molecule was imprinted suc-cessfully. The limit of detection(LOD)and limit of quantification(LOQ)for baicalein in plasma were 3.5 ng/ml and 11.6 ng/ml, respectively;the average recovery was 94.4%(RSD=2.9%). CONCLUSIONS:SBA-15@MIP is prepared successfully, and can be applied for the determination of active micro-component.

Chinese Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology 2015;(9):971-975
Purpose To investigate the clinical pathological features, histologic features, and prognosis of solid papillary carcinoma ( SPC) of breast. Methods Nine cases of SPC of breast were analyzed by morphological observation, AB-PAS staining and immuno-histochemical MaxVision staining. The follow-up and analysis of the clinical datas of these nine cases were performed and relevant liter-atures were also reviewed. Results The age of 9 cases of SPC of breast ranged from 32 to 83 years old (mean age is 69. 2 years old). Three cases presented with nipple discharge. Nuclear levels of 9 cases were between low to mid-level. Seven cases were associated with intracellular and extracellular mucus secretion, two cases with calcification, and 3 cases with comedonecrosis. All of these nine cases were ER, PR positive and the positive rates were high ( >70%) , HER-2 was all negative. Syn expression in these nine cases were diffused positive except for one case showing focal positive, 4 with CgA diffused positive, 1 with partial positive and 4 were negative of CgA. Six patients had partial loss of the expression of myoepithelial markers, and 3 cases with complete myoepithelial expression. Ki-67 proliferation index was between 3% and 20%. Except for only one case with small area of invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC) (2 mm in great diameter) , all other cases were not associated with other types of breast cancer, sentinel lymph nodes and/or axillary/supracla-vicular lymph nodes metastasis. 8 patients accepted breast-conserving surgey, one case did not undergo radical mastectomy for small le-sion. All of these cases were accepted further endocrine drugs treatment and only one case accepted chemical therapy simultaneously because of the accompanied IDC. None of them was found to relapse for 3 to 61 months (mean 19. 6 months) of follow-up. Conclusion Nine cases of SPC of breast showed some characteristics such as relatively low nuclear level, often accompanied by intracellular and extracellular mucus secretion, positive for neuroendocrine marker, low lymph node metastasis rate, and no recurrence, which suggest that SPC may have a better clinical prognosis.

Objective To investigate the mechanism of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion-induced acute lung injury (ALl) and protective effect of ischemic postconditioning. Methods Forty SD rats were allocated to sham group, myocardial ischemia/reperfusion group (reperfusion group),ischemic postconditioning group (postconditioning group),and ischemic postconditioning + phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten (PTEN) inhibiting group (inhibitor group) according to the random number table, with 10 rats per group.Myocardial ischemia/reperfusion was induced by left anterior descending coronary artery occlusion.Postconditioning was performed within 1 minute before reperfusion consisting of 3 10 s cycles of reperfusion followed by 10 s occlusion.Lung was immediately removed 120 minutes after reperfusion for HE stain, immunohistochemical detection of inflammatory factors and apoptosis factors,TUNEL assay of cell apoptosis, and Western blot of protein kinase B (Akt),phospho-Akt (p-Akt),glycogen synthase kinase-3β (GSK-3β),and phospho-GSK-3β (p-GSK-3β).Results Down-regulated B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2) and IL-10 and up-regulated Bcl-2 associated X protein (Bax),cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase-3 (Caspase-3),IL-6 as well as IL-8 were observed in other 3 groups compared with sham group (P <0.01).Moreover,down-regulated Bax,Caspase-3,IL-6,IL-8 as well as TUNEL and up-regulated Bcl-2 as well as IL-10 were observed in reperfusion group compared to postconditioning group and tensor group (P < 0.01).No statistical differences were found among the four groups in levels of Akt,p-Akt,and GSK-3β,but level of p-GSK-3β was significantly down-regulated in reperfusion group compared to other 3 groups(P < 0.01).Conclusion Development of ALI may relate to down-regulation of p-GSK-3β evoked directly by the release of inflammation factors in early period of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion and ischemic postconditioning may attenuate the condition.
