1.Cone-shaped Moxa Moxibustion Treating Herpes Zoster and Its Mechanism

The therapeutic effect and mechanism of moxibustion in the treatment of Herpes Zoster were studied. It was found that the level of T lymphocyte subsets of the patients with Herpes Zoster was within the normal range before treatment, but slightly lower than in the health group. Th cells and NK cells were significantly decreased in the patients with Herpes Zoster as compared with those in the health group (P<0. 05),suggesting the cellular immunity of the patients with Herpes Zoster was decreased. After treatment with moxibustion, the level of all the T lymphocyte subsets was increased, close to the normal. Among them the levels of Th cells and NK cells were significantly different from those before the treatment (P<0. 05). The disappearance of exanthema and relief of neuralgia in the patients was also quicker than in the controls (P<0. 01). It was indicated that moxibustion had a good effect in the treatment of Herpes Zoster, which was contributed to the enhancement of the body antiviral ability by the improvement of immunity, especially the cellular immunity.

Objective To summarize the nursing cooperation during anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction with autogenous quadurpled hamstring tendons under arthroscopic guide.Method Data of 25 cases of ACL reconstruction with autogenous quadrupled hamstring tendons under arthroscopic guide during January 2008 and December 2012 were analyzed and summarized the key points retrospectively.Result All the cases of ACL reconstruction were completed smoothly without any complication.Conclusion Excellent nursing cooperation including well-done preoperative preparation of instruments and accurate surgical cooperation are a guarantee of successful operation.
3.A phantom study of the effect of deviation from isocentric points on CT image quality

Objective:To investigate the effect of deviation from the isocenter point on the quality of CT images at the same radiation dose.Methods:A 160-layer CT scanner was used to scan the phantom at isocenter and deviations of 3, 6, 9, 12 and 15 cm. CT was performed with the following parameters: 120 kVp; 400 mAs; slice thickness, 1 mm; and slice increment, 1 mm. Images were reconstructed using the filtered back projection algorithm. Noise power spectrum (NPS), task transfer function (TTF) and detectability index (d′) were measured. NPS peak was used to quantify the noise magnitude and TTF 50% was used to quantify the spatial resolution. NPS, TTF and d′ were compared using one-way ANOVA. Results:The NPS average spatial frequency, spatial resolution and d′ values gradually decreased as the offset distance increased and the amount of noise increased. NPS peak at isocenter and deviations of 3 cm, 6 cm, 9 cm, 12 cm and 15 cm were (94.31±1.48), (104.25±1.46), (131.44±1.96), (171.86±1.91), (224.05±1.37), (286.51±2.09)HU 2·mm 2, respectively ( F=37 241.91, P<0.001). And d′ values of 2 mm low-contrast lesions were 3.51±0.06, 3.31±0.04, 3.01±0.04, 2.59±0.06, 2.21±0.03, 1.88±0.03, respectively. The reduction in spatial resolution was more pronounced for high contrast, and the d′ values decreased to a similar extent for various types of lesions. The noise was increased by about 82%, the high contrast spatial resolution was decreased by about 12%, and the d′ value was decreased by about 26% at 9 cm from the isocenter point (all P<0.05). The noise was increased by about 204%, the high contrast spatial resolution was decreased by about 27%, and the d′ value was decreased by about 45% at 15 cm from the isocenter (all P<0.05). Conclusion:The CT image quality was decreased with the increase of the offset distance from the CT isocenter point. The image quality was severely compromised at offset distances greater than 9 cm.

Objective To investigate the effect of IGF1R β subunit mutants sb-IGF1R and ma-IGF1R on the biological behavior of osteosarcoma 143B cells. Methods We designed and constructed sb-IGF1R and ma-IGF1R fragments. They were cloned into adenovirus AdEasy shuttle plasmid, to obtain Ad-sbIGF1R and Ad-maIGF1R. We observed the proliferation, migration and apoptosis of the osteosarcoma cells transfected with Ad-sbIGF1R, Ad-maIGF1R and Ad-IGF1R. 5.Meta-analysis of Effectiveness and Safety of Xingpi Yang ’er Granules Combined wit h Clostridium butyricum Live Powder in the Treatment of Pediatric Dyspeptic Diarrhea

OBJECTIVE: To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Xingpi yang’er granules(XYG) combined with Clostridium butyricum live powder (CBLP) in the treatment of pediatric dyspeptic diarrhea, and provide evidence-based reference for clinical medication. METHODS: Retrieved from Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, CBM, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang database, randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about XYG combined with CBLP(trial group)vs. CBLP alone(control group)in the treatment of pediatric dyspeptic diarrhea were collected. After literature screening, data extraction and quality evaluation with Cochrane system evaluator manual 5.1.0 bias risk evaluation tool, Meta-analysis was performed by using Rev Man 5.3 software. TSA 0.9 software was used for trail sequential analysis. RESULTS: A total of 8 RCTs with 857 participants were included. Total response rate of trial group [RR=1.20,95%CI(1.13,1.28),P<0.000 01] was significantly higher than that of control group. Abdominal pain relief time [MD=-1.18,95%CI(-1.42,-0.94),P<0.000 01], abdominal distension relief time [MD=-1.32, 95%CI(-1.94,-0.70),P<0.000 1], diarrhea relief time [MD=-2.07, 95%CI(-2.38,-1.76),P<0.000 01], the time of stool traits returned to normal[MD=-2.16,95%CI(-2.43,-1.88), P<0.000 01] in trial group were significantly shorter than control group. The stool frequency [MD=-1.72,95%CI(-2.18,-1.24), P<0.000 01] in trial group were significantly less than control group. The incidence of ADR in trial group was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05), or there was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups (P>0.05), or no significant ADR was founded in 2 groups. Trial sequential analysis showed that the evidence of total response rate of XYG combined with CBLP in the treatment of pediatric dyspeptic diarrhea was accurate. CONCLUSIONS: XYG combined with CBLP is effective and safe for pediatric dyspeptic diarrhea.
