Key words are important parts of scientific and technical articles, correctly indexing can fully reveal the core content and improve the effective communication as well as application of academic articles. Furthermore, key words are the chief indexes for measuring journal quality. In this article, we took Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging as example, deeply explored the characteristics, indexing principles and methods of journal articles in radiological imaging.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2009;(22):1030-1031
Objective:To study the prognosis factors of idiopathic sudden hearing loss. Method:The clinical data of 165 patients with idiopathic sudden hearing loss were retrospectively studied and the computer software was used to investigate the relevant effects on prognosis. Result:The prognosis of patients who had been treated within 14 days under the age of 55 were better. The prognosis of the elderly and the patients with vertigo and high hearing loss were not satisfied. Sex, tinnitus, cardiac or cerebral vascular diseases, diabetic and the medicine or the duration of treatment have no statistical points on prognosis. Conclusion:The prognosis of idiopathic sudden hearing loss related with the treatment time and coverage and extent of the damaged inner ear.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2015;(6):766-769
Objective:To observe the effects of aging performance on the property of dental zirconia sintered by microwave furnace and conventional furnace.Methods:48 zirconia wafer specimens were fabricated and randomly divided equally into 2 groups. The samples were sintered in a microwave furnace(Mgroup)and a conventional furnace(C group)respectively. The samples from the 2 groups were divided into 2 sub-groups and treated by room temperature and dry condition(A group)and 1 34 ℃ with 0.2 MPa pres-sure(B group, accelerated aging)respectively. The m phase fraction of the samples was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The biaxial flexural strength was examined by universal testing machine. The fracture cross section was observed by SEM.Results:CB and MB groups showed higher m phase fraction than CA and MA groups(P <0.05).The grain size of zirconia sintered by microwave method was uniform. The fracture surface of zirconia showed no obvious crack and no grain size change after accelerated aging. The biaxial flexural strength of the samples showed no significant difference among groups(P >0.05).Conclusion:The aging perform-ance of zircinia sintered by microwave method were similar to that sintered by conventional method.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(13):964-967
OBJECTIVE:
To evaluate clinical value of electrocochleography in diagnosing the Meniere's disease.
METHOD:
Patients were saperated as having definite, probable and possible Meniere's disease according to the 1995 AAOHNS guidelines. Then set the probable and possible Meniere's disease as a suspected group. We used four different stimulus (clicks, 1000 Hz tone burst, 2000 Hz and 4000 Hz tone burst) to record electrocochleo-graphy. Those patients in each group received electrocochleography examination, and summating potential (SP)/action potential (AP) ratios were calculated. A prolonged action potential latency shift (AP shift) evoked by rarefaction and condensation clicks was also measured.
RESULT:
The click SP/AP positive rate in definite Meniere's disease group was 41.2%, tone burst at 1,000 Hz. 2,000 Hz,4,000 Hz were respectively 80.4%, 72.5%, 37.3%, AP shift positive rate was 45.1%. Using McNemar test, the positive rate of tone burst 1000 Hz (chi2 = 15.04, P < 0.01) and that of tone burst 2,000 Hz (chi2 = 8.65, P < 0.01) were statistically significant different when compared with that of click SP/AP, besides the tone burst at 1,000 Hz yielded has the highest sensitivity. The click SP/AP positive rate in suspected group and definite group were respectively 12% and 45.1% (chi2 = 6.610, P < 0.05) and AP shift positive rate of them were respectively 8.0% and 41.2% (chi2 = 10.460, P < 0.01). By chis-quare test, the positive rates of click SP/AP and AP shift between these two groups were statistically significant different.
CONCLUSION
Electrocochleography is a reliable test in the diagnosis of Meniere's disease. Compared with clicks, tone burst significantly has a higher sensitivity, especially at 1000Hz and 2000Hz frequencies. A prolonged action potential latency shift evoked by rarefaction and condensation clicks is also a useful addition to diagnosis Meniere' disease.

Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(6):471-475
Objective To assess the role of promyelocytic leukemia protein (PML)and P53 in the progression of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)and its precursor lesions. Methods Different expression patterns of PML and P53 of 241 cases of ESCC combined with adjacent precursors were analyzed by tissue array and immunohistochemistry and correlated with clinicopathological parameters. Results In ESCC and its precursor lesions, PML and P53 displayed positive or strong positive, while in normal esophageal epithelia, these proteins showednegative or stained positive only in parabasal cell layer. The expression level of PML was correlated with the depth of invasion of esophageal carcinomas (X2=29.461,P<0.001),lymph metastasis status(X2=15.226,P<0.001)and pTNMs(x2=26.956,P
