Modern Clinical Nursing 2016;15(2):6-9
Objective To analyze the correlations between pediatric intersive cave unit (PICU) nurses′job satisfaction and their perception of job characteristics. Method One hundred and thirty-six PICU nurses from a women and children′s hospital of Guangzhou participated in the study and the job diagnostic survey (JDS) and Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire short-form (MSQ20) were used to investigate the relationship between the job characteristics and job satisfaction. Results The average score on general satisfaction was (3.57 ± 0.41). The dimensions like skill variety, task integrity, feedback from job and feedback from others, had a significant positive impact on general satisfaction (all P<0.05). Conclusion Nurses generally have a relatively middle level of job satisfaction and measures should be taken to improve their job satisfaction as well as the quality of nursing.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2014;(7):693-696
Objective To explore the effects of community-based comprehensive intervention on social function and quality of life of patients with bipolar disorder. Methods 244 bipolar disorder patients were assigned into control group (n=119) and intervention group (n=125). The control group accepted antipsychotics only, and the intervention group accepted community-based comprehensive intervention in addition. They were assessed with Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS) and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 (GQOLI-74) before and 6, 12 months after treatment. Results The SDSS score was lower (P<0.05) and the GQOLI-74 score was higher (P<0.05) in the intervention group than in the control group. Conclusion Community-based comprehensive intervention can improve the social function and quality of life of patients with bipolar disorder.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2009;37(7):950-954
Biological mass spectrometry has been developed for the largE-scale protein identification. The successful identification of protein in proteomic study is based on an effective match of MS data to the sequence in database. Because of the diversity and heterogeneity of protein modification, the experimental data obtained by mass spectrometry does not match the theoretical value sometimes, which makes about 90 percent or more of the tandem mass spectra not be effectively identified. This has become one of the most important technique issues to be resolved in current proteome research. The N-terminal cyclization of peptides, as one of a variety of modification introduced in sample preparation, has been preliminarily studied in this work. The result showed that N-terminal cyclization occurred at the most of the glutamine(Q) or carbamoylmethyl-cysteine(CAM_C) residues and the reaction is often incomplete or partial, both types of peptides could often exist in its respective state at the same time, and the behavior of modified peptides in revered phase chromatography is also changed. The success rate of protein identification could be obviously improved if adding the N-terminal cyclization modification in the database searching. These results will be very helpful in the mass spectrometric data analysis of proteomic study.

Objective To investigate the quality control and quality assurance of the SPECT/CT system. Methods The energy peak, energy resolution capacity and the intrinsic uniformity of the device's detector were regularly examined, and the quality control was performed. Results The daily hardware maintain could reduce the rate of system's trouble. The device's energy peak, energy resolution capacity were consistent during half year's observation period. The two detector's intrinsic uniformity were better after calibration than before. [ detector Ⅰ: ( 2.71 ± 0.28 ) vs (2.37±0.11)(t=2.489,P<0. 05);detector Ⅱ:(2.68 ±0.12)vs(2.38 ±0. 19)(t =6.421,P <0.01) ] .Conclusion Regular quality control and maintain could keep the function stabilization, enhance the availability rate of the SPECT/CT system.

Journal of Southern Medical University 2013;33(2):212-215
OBJECTIVETo study the different expressions of glypican-3 in lung squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma and explore the association of glypican-3 with the prognosis of the patients.
METHODSGlypican-3 expression was detected immunohistochemically in the tumor tissues and adjacent tissues from 48 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma. Kaplan-Meier method and log-rank test were used for survival analysis of the patients.
RESULTSGlypican-3 expression was detected in the tumor tissues in 29.2% (14/48) of the cases, but not in the adjacent tissues. Of the 22 patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma, 12 (54.5%) showed positive glypican-3 expression in the tumor tissue, a rate significantly higher than that in patients with lung adenocarcinoma [7.7% (2/26), P<0.01]. In all the glypican-3-positive cases, the tumor tissues showed stronger glypican-3 expression in cases with lymph node metastasis or poor tumor differentiation. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis did not indicate a significant correlation of glypican-3 expression with the prognosis of the lung cancer patients.
CONCLUSIONPatients with lung squamous cell carcinoma have higher glypican-3 expressions in the tumor tissues than those with lung adenocarcinoma, suggesting the value of glypican-3 protein as a potential marker to detect lung squamous cell carcinoma.
