Objective:To assess the effect and mechanism of ClassⅢ malocclusions treatment with Frankel-Ⅲ appliance and reverse Twin-block appliance. Methods:Twenty subjects of ClassⅢ malocclusion were included in this study(9 males,11 females). Among them, 10 subjects were randomly selected for treatment with reverse Twin-block appliance (T group) and 10 subjects for Frankel-Ⅲ appliance (F group). All patients were treated all the day for total of 4-11 months. The cephalometric records of these subjects were examined before and after treatment. The acquired data were processed with SPSS 10.0. Results: The results showed a mandible receded backward in both groups. Both group could accelerate the development of the maxillary bone. But the Frankel-Ⅲ was more effective. F group had significant effects of uprighting upper frontal teeth and flaring lower teeth. the average treatment time was 6.5 months in reverse twin-block appliance therapy group and 9 months in Frankel-Ⅲ appliance group. Conclusion: Both reverse Twin-block appliance and Frankel-Ⅲ appliance can treat angle classⅢ malocclusions effectively. The effects of maxillary changes of Frankel-Ⅲ appliance is better than reverse Twin-Block. Treatment period is shorter in T group than in F group.

Objective To study the diagnostic value of serum α-L-fueosidase (AFU), transforming growth factor alpha(TGF-α)and ferritin (Fer) in primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC). Methods AFU and Fer in the serum were studied in 36 patients with benign hepatism and 56 patients with low concentration AFP of PHC hepatic carcinoma by automatic biochemistry analyzer Roche Modular. ELISA was used to assay the degree of TGF-α The sensitivity and specificity of AFU, TGF-α and Fer for low expression AFP of PHC were evaluated by ROC curve. Results The serum AFU, Fer and TGF-α levels were all significant difference in the patients than those in controls (P <0.05). The area under ROC curve of these indexes in descending order was AFU (0.707), TGF-α (0.677) and Fer (0.592). The diagnostic sensitivity of Fer was lower than AFU and TGF-α in diagnosis of AFP lowly expression PHC. The ratio showed AFU better than TGF-α The diagnostic specificity of AFU (64 %) was higher than that of TGF-α (61%) when TGF-α and AFU was at the same diagnostic sensitivity (64 %). Conclusion AFU is more valuable than Fer and TGF-α for negative or AFP lowly expression PHC, meanwhile it has much more accuracy.

Objective To establish and apply the statistical information system of patient satisfaction, improve statistical work practice of patient satisfaction. Methods Developed the patient satisfaction research statistic information system which was generated by authority, security settings, the correction and collection of the patient questionnaire, multi-dimension statistics and a copy of data and statistics form through the content and data demand of nursing job satisfaction questionnaire. The system would count up the satisfaction from the whole hospital, every department, every dimension and every item as well as the unsatisfaction item and developed the statistic comparison chart automatically. Results After the formal operation for 6 months, the input time data of patient satisfaction statistic information system decreased from 2.0 days to 0.5 days, the statistic time decreased from 2.0 days to 0.5 days, which saved 6 statistic workers and 3 computers. Conclusions The patient satisfaction statistic information system improves the efficiency and accuracy of data collection dramatically, avoid the waste of human and material resources, achieve the function that data can develop the charts automatically and multi-dimension statistic, which provide the data support for the nursery management work.

Objective The aim of the present study was to investigate the ability to perceive syllables phrases ,mono-syllabic words ,disyllabic words ,when using a CI and an HA in non -implanted ears (bimodal fitting) ,and the relationship be-tween aided thresholds in the HA ear and bimodal effectiveness .Methods Eighteen children who consistently used a bimodal fitting participated in the study .The loudness of speech in the HA ear matched that with implanted ear ,and the aided thresh-olds in the HA ear were obtained .The recognition rate of syllables phrases ,monosyllabic words ,and disyllabic words was tested under the aforementioned two modes in both the quiet and noisy backgrounds .Results The speech performance of children for monosyllabic words were 82 .67% ± 12 .23% ,83 .61% ± 12 .22% ,for disyllabic words 76 .00% ± 16 .13% ,78 .11% ± 14 .84% , for syllables phrases 60 .11% ± 17 .18% ,65 .43% ± 16 .76% ,with a CI alone or with bimodal fitting in a quiet environment ,re-spectively .In a noisy environment ,monosyllabic words were 75 .50% ± 14 .12% ,76 .83% ± 14 .15% ,and disyllabic words were 68 .22% ± 17 .15% ,77 .18% ± 16 .83% ,and syllables phrases were 49 .39% ± 19 .26% ,56 .33% ± 19 .55% .The results sug-gested that speech performance in a quiet or a noisy environment was significantly better with bimodal hearing than with a CI a-lone .All were statistically significant except the recognition rate of monosyllabic words in quiet background (P<0 .05) .Signifi-cant negative correlations were found between aided thresholds at 250 and 500 Hz ,and the bimodal advantages were noticeable for the some speeching perception .Conclusion Bimodal hearing enhances speech performance for deaf patients .The low -fre-quency residual hearing in the HA ear may play a major role in enhancing auditory and speech performance .

Objective To discuss the correlation between residual urine volume after catheterization and body positions for patients with spinal cord injury using B-ultrasonography. Methods 34 patients with spinal cord injury were randomly selected, the residual urine volume in urinary bladder was detected with bed-side B-ultrasonography under different body positions such as supine position, lateral position and fowler position, the results underwent variance analysis. Results No significant difference was seen in residual urine volume in urinary bladder under different body positions. Conclusions Body positions play no significant influence on residual urine volume in urinary bladder after catheterization.

OBJECTIVE To enhance reasonable usage of antibiotics and develop hospital infection management for monitoring,managing and improving of antibiotics clinical administration.METHODS Six Sigma analysis methods were used to identify key points in the quality management process.Based on these points,hospital infection management software was developed and its effects were evaluated using statistical analysis methods.RESULTS In perioperative period of Ⅰ surgical incision,the proportion of prophylactic antibiotics usage decreased significantly.The treatment time of antibiotics within 72 hours perioperative period was significantly shorten after software application.Total amount of antibiotics was significantly declined,dropped by 21.01%;Meanwhile,the administration amount of antibiotics classified in special use decreased,dropped by 21.7%.The microbial distribution,drug resistance and consumption monitoring could be understanded immediately.CONCLUSIONS The software can make us immediately know the dynamic consumption of antibiotics and trends of bacterial resistance in hospital to decrease the irrational use of antibiotics.

ObjectiveTo investigate the endoscopic and clinical characteristics of gastrointestinal Behcet's disease (BD). MethodsWe analyzed the clinical and follow-up data of 27 patients with gastrointestinal BD retrospectively.Results Most common locations involved were esophagus and ileocecum,74. 1％ (20/27) and 59. 3％ (16/27), respectively. The most common parenteral symptoms were oral ulcers (85.2％), genital ulcers (25.9％), ophthalmitis (7. 4％ ) and skin damage (7. 4％ ). The most common gastrointestinal symptom was chest pain (48. 1％, 13/27). Ulcer was the basic endoscopic feature,most of which were with uneven bottom and peripheral inflammatory response. There was no difference in endoscopic features between typical BD and atypical BD. Pathology showed typical small vasculitis (44. 4％,12/27). ConclusionClinical manifestations of intestinal BD vary. Symptoms are not necessarily consistent with the involved locations. A small number of patients with BD present with gastrointestinal symptoms as the first and only symptom, with serious complications in some patients. Physicians need to be fully aware of the disease.

As a kind of source wide,low inherent immnunogenicity multipotent stromal cells,mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have been used to cell-based therapeutic researches of immunodeficient deseases or other severe clinical disorders.Despite low levels of engraftment in the injured lung,numerous preclinical trials indicate that mesenchymal stem cells can promote damaged tissue repair constructed by secreting paracrine factors to regulate the host immunity,inhibit inflammation and restore epithelial integrity.Acute lung injury(ALI) is a serious organ dysfunction occurred earliest and the most commonly affected organ.Currently there is no effective medicine therapy and the mortality remains high.Researches demonstrate MSCs can reduce alveolar edema,improve lung function and reduce motality.So understanding of the mechanism will be conductive to the MSCs from experimental stage into clinical application.This issue will put a brief overview pointed on the mechanism of mesenchymal stem cells in repairing the injured lung.

Objective : To investigate the trends in incidence of malignant tumors in Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province from 2013 to 2019, so as to provide insights into formulation of the malignant tumor control strategy. Methods: Data pertaining to the incidence of malignant tumors from 2013 to 2019 were captured from the Zhejiang Chronic Disease Monitoring Information System. Based on the International Classification of Diseases 10th Revision (ICD-10) and data from the national population census, the constituent ratio, crude incidence and Chinese population-standardized incidence of malignant tumors were estimated, and the trends in incidence of malignant tumors were investigated using annual percent change (APC). Results: The annual mean crude incidence and Chinese population-standardized incidence of malignant tumors were 356.75/105 and 226.97/105, which both appeared an overall tendency towards a rise (APC=5.887% and 4.815%, both P<0.05). The crude incidence of malignant tumors appeared a tendency towards a rise among both men (APC=3.860%, P<0.05) and women (APC=8.534%, P<0.05) from 2013 to 2019, and the Chinese population-standardized incidence of malignant tumors appeared a tendency towards a rise among women (APC=8.392%, P<0.05). The largest increase in the crude incidence of malignant tumors was seen among women at ages of 15 to 44 years (APC=11.599%, P<0.05). In addition, the Chinese population-standardized incidence of lung cancer, colorectal cancer and thyroid cancer all showed a tendency towards a rise among men (all P<0.05), and the Chinese population-standardized incidence of lung cancer and thyroid cancer both appeared a tendency towards a rise among women (both P<0.05). Conclusions The incidence of malignant tumors showed a tendency towards a rise in Yongkang City from 2013 to 2019, and the elderly and young females are high-risk populations for malignant tumors. Lung cancer, thyroid cancer and colorectal cancer are cancers that should be given a high priority.

Objective To verify the relationship between transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in breast milk and allergic diseases development in infants. Methods Totally 191 mothers (99 allergics and 92 controls) and their full-term newborns participated in this prospective study on development of children atopy. Maternal blood, cord blood, colostrum and mature milk were assayed for TGF-β1 and IL-10 by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Infants underwent pediatrician evaluation for allergic diseases at six months old. Concentrations of TGF-β1 and IL-10 from allergic and non-allergic mothers and prevalence of allergic diseases of infants were compared. Results The level of IgE in allergic mothers was 30 750 IU/L(6600-410000 IU/L),lower than that in non-allergic mothers[50000 IU/L(7100-610000 IU/L)](Z=-3. 444,P=0. 001).No difference in the concentration of TGF-β1, IL-10 and IgE in mature milk was observed between allergic and non-allergic mothers. TGF-β1, IL-10 and IgE levels in colostrum of allergic mothers were 2300 pg/ml(620-7000 pg/ml), 12. 8 pg/ml(7.5-560.0 pg/ml)and 7000 IU/L(5100-56000 IU/L),significantly higher than those in non-allergic mothers[1830 pg/ml(1240-9400 pg/ml), 11. 1 pg/ml (7. 2-630.0 pg/ml)and 6700 IU/L(5200-35000 IU/L)] (Z=-2. 215, -2. 730 and -2. 706,P＜0.05).In both allergic and non-allergic mothers, TGF-β1 and IL-10 levels in cord blood were higher than those in maternal blood, while IgE was lower. TGF-βl and IL-10 and IgE levels in colostrum were higher than mature milk(P＜0.05). At six months old, the prevalence of allergic diseases of infants from allergic mothers(59. 6%, 59/99) was significantly higher than those from non-allergic mothers (21. 7%, 20/92)(x2= 28. 177, P= 0. 000). The prevalence of allergic diseases of infants who completed two weeks' colostrum-fed after birth (44.5 %, 73/164) was significantly higher than those who did not (22.2%,6/27)(x2 =4. 749,P-=0. 029). Conclusions High concentration of TGF-βl and IL-10 in colostrum does not show any protective effect against allergic diseases in infants. The prevalence of allergic diseases of colostrum-fed infants is significantly higher than non colostrum-fed infants, showing that colostrum-fed might play a role in allergic diseases development.
