Objective:To explore the of short-term psychodynamic psychotherapy on anxiety and depression of gout patients and its influence on well-being index, family function and compliance.Methods:60 gout patients were selected from June 2018 to December 2019 in the outpatient department of rheumatism and immunity department of Dongguan Kanghua Hospital by prospective case-control study. They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases respectively. Both groups were given gout related clinical treatment and routine nursing, and the treatment group was given short-term dynamic orientation psychotherapy. The treatment compliance, the psychological status, well-being index and blood uric acid (UA) level of the two groups were compared before intervention, immediately after intervention and 3 months after intervention. Results:The scores of Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) and the generalized anxiety disorder 7-item scale (GAD-7) in the two groups were gradually decreased immediately and 3 months after intervention ( P<0.05), and the scores of well-being index were gradually increased ( P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the scores of PHQ-9 and GAD-7 in the treatment group decreased more significantly ( P<0.05), and the score of well-being index increased more significantly ( P<0.05); The scores of communication, behavior control and total function of family function in the treatment group decreased gradually immediately after intervention and 3 months after intervention ( P<0.05), and were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05); The level of serum UA in the two groups decreased gradually immediately after intervention and 3 months after intervention ( P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in UA level at each time point between the two groups. The treatment compliance of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The short-term dynamic orientation psychotherapy for gout patients has obvious effect in improving the state of anxiety and depression, improving the index of well-being, family function and treatment compliance.

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with acupoint massage on postoperative intestinal function recovery. Methods A total of 80 patients with abdominal surgery admitted to First Affiliated Hospital of Huzhou University from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, while the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with acupoint massage on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment. The therapeutic effect, postoperative recovery time, gastrointestinal hormone level, abdominal distension pain and gastrointestinal reaction score were compared between two groups. Results Postoperative bowel sound recovery time, first anal defecation time and full-flow diet recovery time in study group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).At 5 days after surgery, the levels of motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS)and gastric inhibitory peptide(GIP)in two groups were significantly higher than those in this group at 1 day after surgery(P<0.05).The levels of MTL,GAS and GIP in study group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).At 5 days after surgery, abdominal distension score and gastrointestinal reaction score in two groups were significantly lower than those in this group 1 day after surgery(P<0.05),and abdominal distension score and gastrointestinal reaction score in study group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group(χ2=3.914,P=0.048).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with acupoint massage can effectively shorten the recovery time of intestinal function, improve the level of gastrointestinal hormone, relieve abdominal distension pain and gastrointestinal reaction after abdominal operation, and the effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.

Promyelocytic leukemia (PML) protein, a tumor suppressor, plays an important role in patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) receiving arsenic trioxide (AsO) therapy. APL is a M3 subtype of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), which is characterized by expression of PML-RARα (P/R) fusion protein, leading to the oncogenesis. AsO is currently used as the first-line drug for patients with APL, and the mechanism may be:AsO directly binds to PML part of P/R protein and induces multimerization of related proteins, which further recruits different functional proteins to reform PML nuclear bodies (PML-NBs), and finally it degraded by SUMOylation and ubiquitination proteasomal pathway. Gene mutations may lead to relapse and drug resistance after AsO treatment. In this review, we discuss the structure and function of PML proteins; the pathogenesis of APL induced by P/R fusion protein; the involvement of PML protein in treatment of APL patient with AsO; and explain how PML protein mutations could cause resistance to AsO therapy.
