AIM:To investigate the distribution of protein Z intron FG79A polymorphisms in Chinese and the associations with coronary artery disease(CAD).METHODS:148 patients were performed selected coronary angiography and more than one major coronary vessel with at least 50% stenosis was defined as CAD.The control group consisted of 147 subjects. The protein Z intron FG79A polymorphisms were studied by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism and parts of PCR products were sequenced.RESULTS:Protein Z intron FG79A polymorphisms were first recovered in Chinese, and the frequencies of G and A alleles were 44.24% and 55.76%,respectively.The frequencies of two alleles were not significantly different between patients and controls. There was no significant difference in protein Z intron FG79A genotype distribution among patients with one,two or three stenosed vessels. No significant difference was found among the frequencies of the three genotypes between both acute coronary syndrome(ACS)and non-ACS.CONCLUSION:Protein Z intron FG79A polymorphisms are present in Chinese.Protein Z intron FG79A polymorphisms were not associated with CAD and ACS.
2.Influences of team supported exercise nursing intervention mode on the recovery of patients after lung cancer operation
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2016;22(2):230-234
Objective To explore the influences of team supported exercise nursing intervention mode on the recovery of patients after lung cancer operation. Methods According to convenient sampling, the study selected 130 cases that took lung cancer operation in Tangshan Workers′ Hospital from January to December in 2013. The participants were divided into control group and observation group, 65 cases in each group. The patients of control group received normal recovery education and telephone follow-up;the patients of observation group additionally received team supported exercise of nursing intervention mode. The results would be compared by cardiopulmonary function, quality of life, and mental status after the operation. Results After the intervention, the score of peripheral neuropathy, chest pain, pleurisy, cough, hemoptysis, dyspnea, aches of life quality assessment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the score of alopecia was higher than that the control group (P<0. 05). The score of anxiety and depression in observation group were lower than the control group (P < 0. 01). According to Karnofshy assessment, observation group′s performance status and activity were obviously better than these in the control group after three months of operation (P<0. 01). When we compared the recovery the pulmonary function between two groups, pulmonary function except VA/Q in the observation group were better than that of the control group (P < 0. 01). Conclusions The team supported exercise of nursing intervention mode can significantly improve patients′rehabilitation results, quality of life and mental status, and can reduce the incidence of complications and side effects.

Objective To investigate the effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine emotional nursing combined with guided education training on patients with lung cancer after operation. Methods A total of 136 patients with lung cancer after operation from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. A total of 68 cases in the control group were given conventional postoperative nursing care while 68 cases in the observation group were given Traditional Chinese Medicine emotional nursing combined with guided education training. Lung function index, walking test in 6 minutes, self-rating of Borg scale, the scores of the Chinese version of EORTC-QLQ-C30 scales were compared between two groups in 6 months after operation. Results Three months after operation, the lung function was (2. 95 ± 0. 57)L, walking test in 6 mins was ( 486. 2 ± 46. 8 ) m, overall score of EORTC-QLQ-C30 was ( 67. 07 ± 14. 82 ) in the observation group, higher than those of the control group (t=3. 027, 3. 101, 2. 215;P<0. 05);the self rating degree of Borg scale in the observation group was (3. 15 ± 0. 82) compared with (4. 04 ± 1. 33) in the control group (t=4. 697,P <0. 05). Conclusions Traditional Chinese Medicine emotional nursing combined with guided educational training contribute to the postoperative respiratory and motor function rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer. It can improve their mental state and the overall quality of life, and be worthy of clinical application.
