This paper explores the social care for HIV-infected people and patients in Shanxi Province,detailed as two parts including medical assistance and living assistance.And the purpose of this paper is to reflect the status of comprehensive prevention and treatment of AIDS in Shanxi Province,and find out the emerging priorities and challenges in work to provide references for relevant research.

In view of the contradictory phenomenon between yingfen dominating the interior when suffering exogenous epidemic febrile disease and ying disease dominating the exterior in cold pathogenic diseases,the authors revealed the misunderstanding of yingfen dominating the interior in epidemic febrile disease by a systematical analysis on the headstream of the theory,the connotation for diagnosis and treatment and logical relation. Based on the requirement of the theory guiding the clinical effectively,at the same time,the authors put forward a new opinion on classification of diagnosis and treatment on wei,qi,ying,blood system by the theory of the cold integrating the warm,which was a courageous exploration for the purpose of seeking unity of thinking on syndrome differentiation and treatment of external infection diseases.

It was of vital importance to connecting cold pathogenic diseases with exogenous epidemic febrile diseases in classification of diagnosis and treatment in wei,qi,ying,blood system.

Three problems of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, TBSD are discussed here. Firstly, in allusion to the diversity of the concept of TBSD, the due medical concept of it are discussed and analyzed. Hence, the actual difference and sameness, the due relationship as well as the principle of management between syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation are fully compared. Finally, the concrete operation procedure of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation are expounded. The author detailedly introduced particular cognition to standardized operation of TBSD attained from Yao Hesheng, a famous physician in Jiangxi Province.

OBJECTIVE: To discuss the diagnosis and treatment method in children with mass in subglottic. METHOD: There were totally 35 patients with subglottic mass who complained with dyspnea in our department. All the patients got electronic laryngoscopy examination in order to get the preliminary judgment of the mass' property. Then they accepted ultrasound and CT scan to make the definite diagnosis. The patients with subglottic hemangioma accepted oral propranolol or intralesional Pingyangmycin injection. The other type of masses got the laryngoscope CO2 laser tumor resection. RESULT: There were 31 patients with subglottic hemangiomas, 2 patients with subglottic cysts, 1 patient with subglottic fibroma, 1 patient with subglottic granuloma. The substantial follow-up time was from 1 month to 3 years. 25 patients with subglottic hemangiomas were cured, 6 patients got improvement. The patients with non-hemangiomas were all cured. CONCLUSION There was a high incidence of hemangioma in children with subglottic mass. We suggested making a diagnosis by doing electronic laryngoscopy, ultrasound and CT scan step by step. Oral propranolol was a safe and effective method in treating subglottic hemangioma. For the patients with non-hemangiomas, we considered the laryngoscope CO2 laser tumor resection as the first choice of treatment.

AIM: To investigate the effect of antisense oligonucleotides(ASON) of c-sis on cellular cycle and proliferation of pulmonary artery vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC).METHODS: Tissue mass culture was done to get VSMC of pulmonary artery. Different concentrations of antisense oligonucleotides of c-sis were added into the cultures to observe the VSMC proliferation curve using MTT test. The changes of VSMC cellular cycle were also observed by flow cytometry. RESULTS: ASON with mid-to high concentrations restrained the proliferation of VSMC apparently with the peak of cell growth being attenuated or eliminated. Affected by mid-concentration ASON, PDGF-BB showed significant accelerating effect on the proliferation of VSMC. The ratio of G 0/G 1 in cellular cycle was increased significantly in VSMC culture with ASON in comparison with control. Objective To observe the differentiation of bone marrow multipotent adult progenitor cells(MAPCs)into skin tissue cells of rats in vivo. Methods Magnetic activated cell sorting (MACS)was used to remove MAPCs from bone marrow of male rats through negative screening.Tail vein injection with combined with MAPCs Was done in C57BL/6 mice with skin wound and nude mice with immunodeficieney.Immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expression of MHCI antigen in the healed skin of donor SD rats. Results Positive MHCI cells were found in the epidermal fundus and Some hair follicle-like structures of the healed skin of C57BL/6 mice.Hair follicle-like structure appeared in the healed skin of nude mice group,in which positive MHCI cells were found in the basal epidermal and some hair follicle-like structures. Conclusions During skin damage,MAPCs can migrate to the injured skin area and skin adnexa hair foilicle area,transform into epidermal cells and hence participate in the healing of the wound skin.

Objective To study the curative effect of nasal irrigation combined with backslapping for sputum suctioning on respiratory tract infections in infants . Methods Two hundred and forty-seven infants with respiratory tract infections were enrolled in the study and divided into the control group and the experiment group by the medical record number . On the basis of routine care , the experiment group was treated with nasal irrigation to clear secretions . Result The time for rales and cough disappearing in the experiment group was shorter than that in the control group , and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusions Nasal irrigation combined with backslapping for sputum suctioning can effectively ease the main symptoms and signs , enhance the ventilation function , enhance sleep quality and promote the rehabilitation of the disease .

Objective To observe the impact of ningxinjieyu capsule on contents of monoamine neurotransmitters and their metabolites in cerebral cortex of chronic depression model rats.Methods The chronic stressed depression model rats were established by chronic unpredictable stress and separation.the model rats randomly divided into model group,ningxinjieyu high-dose group(10.8 mg/(kg · d)),mid-dose group(3.6 mg/(kg · d)),low-dose group(1.2 mg/(kg · d)) and Fluoxetine group(3.6 mg/(kg · d)) and the normal rats as the control group.Finally the changes of Noradrenaline (NE),Dopamine (DA),5-hydroxy tryptamine (5-HT),3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) and homovanillic acid (HVA) would be observed using HPLC-ECD technique.Results Compared with the control group,the contents of NE,DA and 5-HT were significantly lower in the model group (P＜0.01).Compared with the model group,the contents of DA were increased in the different concentrations of ningxinjieyue capsule groups,and the contents of 5-HT were higher in the low-dose and high-dose groups ((272.15± 129.89) ng/g,(445.08± 127.56) ng/g,(375.33±52.38) ng/g) ; the contents of NE were increased in the low-dose and mid-dose groups ((408.08 ± 89.55) ng/g,(530.12± 149.87) ng/g,(542.53 ± 96.10) ng/g) ; the contents of HVA were increased in the mid-dose and high-dose groups; the contents of DOPAC were increased in the low-dose group; the contents of 5-HT,DA and NE were increased in the fluoxetine group(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).Conclusion Ningxinjieyu capsule has antidepressant effect,the mechanisms might be regulated to the contents of monoamine neurotransmitters and their metabolites in cerebral cortex.

Objective To explore the evolution of research themes and trends in China's nursing college education during the last decade.Methods A co-word analysis of keywords was performed in the research literatures around nursing college education from two Chinese databases,VIP China Science and Technology Journal Database and CKNI Periodical Full-text Database,between 2003 and 2012.The analysis was based on two different periods (phase Ⅰ from 2003 to 2007 and phase Ⅱ from 2008 to 2012).Results A total of 646 articles were included,with 287 articles published in phase Ⅰ and 359 articles in phase Ⅱ.Sixteen high-frequency keywords were identified during the phase Ⅰ,with seventeen during the phase Ⅱ.Two research themes,nursing student-training model and construction and reform of curriculum,were presented in both phases.However,some differences in research sub-themes exited between phase Ⅰ and phase Ⅱ.Conclusions Hot research topics in nursing college education seemed no change in the past ten years.School-hospital collaboration newly emerged as a hot topic in the field of nurse education research.The research on construction and reform of curriculum change its focus to nursing courses and humanities courses.The academic studies of nursing college education were mostly influenced and pushed by reforming and developing of nursing education.
