Objective: To summarize the clinical study on acupuncture treatment of hyperlipidemia for figuring out the existing issues and guiding the future study. Methods:Obtained by searching the scientific and technological journals database with computer, the relevant literature on acupuncture treatment of hyperlipidemia in the recent ten years is summarized and analyzed. Results and Conclusion: Forty-two pieces of the articles in conformity to the criteria of recruitment mainly refer to acupuncture, moxibustion, and simultaneous application of acupuncture and moxibustion, catgut-embedding method of the acupoints, external application of herbal products on the acupoints, and acupoint-injecting method, mostly by the acupoints of the Spleen and Stomach Meridians. But, the methods to select the acupoints by pattern identification, the application of the needling techniques and design of the test plans need to be further amended.

Three problems of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, TBSD are discussed here. Firstly, in allusion to the diversity of the concept of TBSD, the due medical concept of it are discussed and analyzed. Hence, the actual difference and sameness, the due relationship as well as the principle of management between syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation are fully compared. Finally, the concrete operation procedure of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation are expounded. The author detailedly introduced particular cognition to standardized operation of TBSD attained from Yao Hesheng, a famous physician in Jiangxi Province.

China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(07):-
In view of the contradictory phenomenon between yingfen dominating the interior when suffering exogenous epidemic febrile disease and ying disease dominating the exterior in cold pathogenic diseases, the authors revealed the misunderstanding of yingfen dominating the interior in epidemic febrile disease by a systematical analysis on the headstream of the theory, the connotation for diagnosis and treatment and logical relation. Based on the requirement of the theory guiding the clinical effectively,at the same time, the authors put forward a new opinion on classification of diagnosis and treatment on wei,qi,ying, blood system by the theory of the cold integrating the warm, which was a courageous exploration for the purpose of seeking unity of thinking on syndrome differentiation and treatment of external infection diseases.

In view of the contradictory phenomenon between yingfen dominating the interior when suffering exogenous epidemic febrile disease and ying disease dominating the exterior in cold pathogenic diseases, attemping to get the logical demonstration that cold pathogenic diseases and exogenous epidemic febrile diseases can be integrated by yingfen diseases, the authors made a systematic classification and comparison on basis of the collection of related diagnosis and treatment in respective yingfen diseases of cold pathogenic diseases and exogenous epidemic febrile disease. It was of vital importance to connecting cold pathogenic diseases with exogenous epidemic febrile diseases in classification of diagnosis and treatment in wei,qi,ying, blood system.

International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;38(1):19-24,后插5
Objective To explore the immunosuppression effects, outcomes and clinical significance of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) transplantation in burn treatment by comparing the levels of WBC,C-reaction protein (CRP),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interferon-o (TNF-α),interleukin-6 (IL-6),interleukin-10 (IL-10) between control burn models and models conducting MSCs transplantation. Methods After stripping Wharton's Jelly from the neonatal umbilical cord,MSCs was cultured and expanded.Burn models were constructed in male SD rats weighted at (200± 5) g,and randomly grouped for control and MSCs transplantation. The rats in transplantation group were injected subcutaneously with hUCMSCs (1.5× 106) at 24 h after burning. The content of WBC,CRP,IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 in blood samples at 0,1,2,3,5 and 7 d after burning were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The ELISA results, the wound healing rate at 7,14,21 and 28 d,as well as wound healing time were compared and analyzed statistically by ANOVA between the two groups. Results WBC in control group increased significantly at 1 and 2 d,and CRP in control group increased substantially at 2 and 3 d.IFN-% IL-6 and IL-10 levels in serum showed increase on 5 d,and TNF-α arrived at its peak value at 7 d.By contrast,WBC,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 of the MSCs transplantation group showed slightly increase after burning and the differences were convinced by statistical analysis, while IFN-γ showed little difference among the two groups. The MSCs transplantation group also showed significantly higher wound healing rate at 14,21,28 d and shorter wound healing time than that of the control. Conclusions MSCs transplantation can suppress the over-inflammatory response by significantly mediating the inflammatory cytokines as WBC,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 in burn.IFN-γseems not affected by MSCs transplantation.MSCs would be suitable to promote wound healing and repair in burn, which is achieved not only by differentiation and paracrine, but also by subtle immunoregulation.

0.05). Conclusion The technique of PEP-MN-PCR from single-cell for simultaneous detection of HLA-A, B, DR types were efficient and accurate. It was possible to apply the techniques of PEP-MN-PCR to detect HLA-A, B, DR typing for preimplantational diagnosis, preliminary selection of HLA matching embryos and the patient sibling who needs cord blood stem cell transplantation.

Over the past two decades, multiple drug-resistant infections have escalated globally with the significantly increased morbidity and mortality due to the unreasonable uses of antimicrobial agents in areas such as animal husbandry, industry and medicine. As the situation of drug resistance has been progressively serious, anti-drug-resistant clinical strategies have attracted widely social concerns. This review will report the current status of antibiotic resistance and the mechanism of antibiotic-resistance all over the world. The anti-drug resistance strategies are the emphasis of our report, including the new indication of old antibiotics, the combination of existing antibiotics, the development of new antibiotics, nano-antibiotics, and non-infection treatment with immunomodulators and phage. This review aims to further understand the current situation of drug resistance, which optimizes the strategies of drug-resistant bacteria and clinical services.

Objective To determine the effect of lipoxins (LX) A4 and its agonist (BML-111) on the survival of RAW264.7 macrophage cells and TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway. Methods RAW264.7 cells were treated with different concentrations of LPS, then the effect of LX A4 and BML-111 on the survival rate of these cells was observed. Cytotoxicity were detected by CCK-8 method and RT-PCR was used to detect the TLR4 and TRAF6 mRNA. The protein levels of TLR4 and pNF-κB p65 in RAW264.7 were determined by Western Blot. Results The survival rates of macrophage treated with LPS for 6 h in 1 000 ng/mL LPS in LX A4 group and BML-111 group were significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). In the present of LPS, the TLR4 mRNA levels in RAW264.7 cells from LX A4 group and BML-111 group were significantly higher than those in the corresponding non-LPS groups. And the TRAF6 mRNA levels in each LPS stimulation group were higher than those in the corresponding non-LPS groups (P<0.05), while the protein level of TRAF6 in LX A4 and BML-111 groups were significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.05). Stimulated with LPS, the protein levels of pNF-κB p65 in the LX A4 group and BML-111 group were all significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05), and pNF-κB p65 expression level in control group was also significantly higher than the corresponding non-LPS groups (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, no significant difference was found between LX A4 and BML-111 group (P > 0.05). Conclusion LX A4 and BML-111 could inhibit the cytotoxicity of LPS on the RAW264.7 macrophage cells through the inhibition of the activation of TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway, then reduce the inflammation. And this stable BML-111 may appear as another promising treatment for IBD disease.
