Gabor-ring is often used in texture feature extraction,but it is based on the assumption that texture is narrowband signal and can not applied to most actual textured images that have more than one center frequency in power spectrum.To overcome the limitation of existing method,an improved method is proposed.According to this method,Gabor filters are constructed in accordance with the spectrum feature vector of texture,and a relaxation parameter is used to determine the effect of difference filters so as to integrate the frequencies and phases into the process of extraction.Experimental results of 114 two-dimensional echocardiography images show that the improved algorithm is feasible.

Objective To explore the technique and clinical value of percutaneous lung puncture and injection of drug under CT-guided in the treatment of multi-drug resistant cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis(MDR-TB).Methods 84 patients of positive sputum smear with MDR-TB were undergone injecting drugs into the pulmonary cavities by percutaneous lung puncture under CT-guided.The treatments were carried out by self-made locating mark which could confirm the appropriate puncture point,puncture angle and the puncture line.Results The operations of puncture in all cases were successful,the complications included pneumothorax in 3 cases,pulmonary hemorrhage in 1 case and subcutaneous emphysema in 1 case.After treatment,the mean rate of sputum negative,improvement of pulmonary cavity and cavity closure was 91.7%,89.3% and 66.7% respectively.Conclusion The percutaneous pulmonary puncture and injection of drug under CT-guided was a simple,visualized,right localization and less complications method in the treatment of the MDR-TB.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the significance of serum infectious markers in different sources and investigate the prevetion strategy of nosocomial infection in clinical laboratory. METHODS The serum infectious markers(HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-HIV and syphilis antibody) were detected in outpatient,inpatient and physical check-up people from Jun 2007 to Jun 2008. RESULTS The total percentage of HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-HIV or syphilis antibody positive in outpatient,inpatient and physical check-up people was 43.30%,13.56% and 7.26%,respectively.The positive rate of HBeAg in outpatient,inpatient and physical check-up people was 12.29%,1.78% and 0.71%,respectively.The average infection rate of syphilis was 1.75% in inpatients,but in inpatients above 60 years old it could be 3.75%.Twenty-one cases were reconfirmed of HIV positive by the reconfirmation laboratory of CDC in Human Province. OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of serum markers of transfusion-transmitted infections in hospital,and analyze the clinical values in the control of nosocomical infection. METHODS The serum markers of transfusion-transmitted infections from 21 605 hospitalized cases,such as HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-HIV,and RPR were detected. Objective To study the performance verification of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in the Johnson Vitros 5 .1 FS bio‐chemical analyzer .Methods According to CLSI instrumentation evaluation standard and referring to the validation scheme provided by the Johnson company ,the precision ,accuracy ,linear range of LDH ,maximum dilution degree ,biological reference range were verified .Results The LDH intra‐batch and inter‐batch precision experiments were≤3 .30% ;the accuracy experiment≤4 .00% ;the determination coefficient of the linear experiment was 0 .997 2 ;the LDH maximum dilution degree was 8 times with saline solution dilution;the biological reference range experiment verified that the reference range 313-618 U/L provided by the VITROS Meth‐odology Manual could be quote .Conclusion The performance verification of LDH detected by the Johnson Vitros 5 .1 FS biochemi‐cal analyzer basically conforms to the requirements of the quality objectives and manufacturer′s instructions ,and meets the needs of clinical test .

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of urokinase combined with low molecular heparin sodium in managing arteriovenous fistula embolism. Methods Toally 48 patients with arteriovenous fistula embolism treated from January 2014 to October 2015 were selected for the study, where 22 were assigned into control group and 26 as trial group according to the registration time. The former group were treated with urokinase and the latter with urokinase combined with low molecular heparin sodium. The rate of recanalization, the rate of thrombosis recurrence, and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The recanalization rate in the trial group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The rate of thrombosis recurrence in the trial group was significantly lower than that the control group. There was no statistical difference in adverse reactions between the groups. Conclusion The thrombolytic effect of urokinase combined with low molecular heparin sodium is superior to that of urokinase alone, with a higher rate of recanalization.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the incidence of nosocomial infection in ICU patients and its risk factors to take measures to prevent from infection. METHODS The nosocomial infection of ICU patients in 12 hospitals from Oct to Dec 2007 using the method of target monitoring was investigated. The nosocomial infection rate was regalated by the method of ASA. The invasive procedure and the associated infection rate were analyzed. RESULTS Among 2087 inpatients in ICU,236 suffered from nosocomial infection,The nosocomial infection incidence was 11.31%,and the nosocomial infection rate per day was 2.38% after regulated by the method of ASA. The patient incidence of nosocomial infection was 3.57%,and the nosocomial infection rate per day was 0.67%. CONCLUSIONS The patients in ICU are susceptible population of nosocomial infection,target monitoring in ICU is an effective surveillance method to reduce the prevalence of nosocomial infection.

Nitrogen is an essential nutrient for yeast cells on ethanol fermentation. In order to reveal the promoting mechanisms of organic nitrogen sources on the ethanol fermentation by yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, laser tweezers Raman spectroscopy and single-cell analysis techniques were used to monitored the kinetic of intracellular bio-macromolecules of individual cells during fermentation with urea, yeast extract, ammonium nitrate or ammonium sulfate as the sole nitrogen source. Major results from this work were as follows. (1) Organic nitrogen sources had a promoting effect on the ethanol fermentation, the fermentation with urea and yeast extract reached the maximum concentration of ethanol in 14-18 h. ( 2 ) There were no apparent lag phases for the RNA synthesis of yeast cells cultured with urea and yeast extract. The averaged Raman intensity of yeast cells at peak of 782 cm-1 in the early stage of fermentation was stronger than that of cultured with ammonium nitrate and ammonium sulfate. The maximum was about 1. 9-2. 1 times of the initial intensity for urea or yeast extract, but 1. 2-1. 4 times for ammonium nitrate and ammonium sulfate. (3) The secondary structure of proteins of partial cells cultured with yeast extract was dominated byβ-sheet, while cells cultured with other nitrogen sources were dominated by α-helix absolutely. These results bring us the conclusion that the improving effect of organic nitrogen sources such as urea and yeast extract on ethanol fermentation by Saccharomyces cerevisiae may be due to that the organic nitrogen sources can shorten the lag phase of yeast cells, promote the RNA synthesis, and promote the transcription and expression of related genes.
