Gabor-ring is often used in texture feature extraction,but it is based on the assumption that texture is narrowband signal and can not applied to most actual textured images that have more than one center frequency in power spectrum.To overcome the limitation of existing method,an improved method is proposed.According to this method,Gabor filters are constructed in accordance with the spectrum feature vector of texture,and a relaxation parameter is used to determine the effect of difference filters so as to integrate the frequencies and phases into the process of extraction.Experimental results of 114 two-dimensional echocardiography images show that the improved algorithm is feasible.

Objective To explore the technique and clinical value of percutaneous lung puncture and injection of drug under CT-guided in the treatment of multi-drug resistant cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis(MDR-TB).Methods 84 patients of positive sputum smear with MDR-TB were undergone injecting drugs into the pulmonary cavities by percutaneous lung puncture under CT-guided.The treatments were carried out by self-made locating mark which could confirm the appropriate puncture point,puncture angle and the puncture line.Results The operations of puncture in all cases were successful,the complications included pneumothorax in 3 cases,pulmonary hemorrhage in 1 case and subcutaneous emphysema in 1 case.After treatment,the mean rate of sputum negative,improvement of pulmonary cavity and cavity closure was 91.7%,89.3% and 66.7% respectively.Conclusion The percutaneous pulmonary puncture and injection of drug under CT-guided was a simple,visualized,right localization and less complications method in the treatment of the MDR-TB.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the significance of serum infectious markers in different sources and investigate the prevetion strategy of nosocomial infection in clinical laboratory. METHODS The serum infectious markers(HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-HIV and syphilis antibody) were detected in outpatient,inpatient and physical check-up people from Jun 2007 to Jun 2008. RESULTS The total percentage of HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-HIV or syphilis antibody positive in outpatient,inpatient and physical check-up people was 43.30%,13.56% and 7.26%,respectively.The positive rate of HBeAg in outpatient,inpatient and physical check-up people was 12.29%,1.78% and 0.71%,respectively.The average infection rate of syphilis was 1.75% in inpatients,but in inpatients above 60 years old it could be 3.75%.Twenty-one cases were reconfirmed of HIV positive by the reconfirmation laboratory of CDC in Human Province. OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of serum markers of transfusion-transmitted infections in hospital,and analyze the clinical values in the control of nosocomical infection. METHODS The serum markers of transfusion-transmitted infections from 21 605 hospitalized cases,such as HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-HIV,and RPR were detected. RESULTS The positive rate of HBsAg and anti-HCV was 9.78% and 1.70%,respectively.The positive anti-HIV was detected in 13 cases by the primary screening test for HIV,and the 13 cases were reconfirmed by the reconfirmation laboratory of CDC in Hunan Province.The positive RPR was in 4 cases,the same as of TPHA.There were 2 582 positive cases of the four indexes(HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-HIV and RPR),the total positively detectable rate was 11.95%,which was obviously higher than 7.6% of normals(P

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of urokinase combined with low molecular heparin sodium in managing arteriovenous fistula embolism. Methods Toally 48 patients with arteriovenous fistula embolism treated from January 2014 to October 2015 were selected for the study, where 22 were assigned into control group and 26 as trial group according to the registration time. The former group were treated with urokinase and the latter with urokinase combined with low molecular heparin sodium. The rate of recanalization, the rate of thrombosis recurrence, and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The recanalization rate in the trial group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The rate of thrombosis recurrence in the trial group was significantly lower than that the control group. There was no statistical difference in adverse reactions between the groups. Conclusion The thrombolytic effect of urokinase combined with low molecular heparin sodium is superior to that of urokinase alone, with a higher rate of recanalization.

Objective To study the performance verification of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in the Johnson Vitros 5 .1 FS bio‐chemical analyzer .Methods According to CLSI instrumentation evaluation standard and referring to the validation scheme provided by the Johnson company ,the precision ,accuracy ,linear range of LDH ,maximum dilution degree ,biological reference range were verified .Results The LDH intra‐batch and inter‐batch precision experiments were≤3 .30% ;the accuracy experiment≤4 .00% ;the determination coefficient of the linear experiment was 0 .997 2 ;the LDH maximum dilution degree was 8 times with saline solution dilution;the biological reference range experiment verified that the reference range 313-618 U/L provided by the VITROS Meth‐odology Manual could be quote .Conclusion The performance verification of LDH detected by the Johnson Vitros 5 .1 FS biochemi‐cal analyzer basically conforms to the requirements of the quality objectives and manufacturer′s instructions ,and meets the needs of clinical test .

Objective: To establish a mouse hepatocellular carcinoma cell line that can produce mMIP-1α and to evaluate the possibility of cancer gene therapy by mMIP-1α. Methods: mMIP-1α cDNA was cloned into retrovirus vector pBabe puro and pBabe puro-mMIP-1α was constructed, then pBabe puro-mMIP-1α was used to transfect packaging cells, anti-puromycin cells was proliferated, the supernatant was used to infect hepa1-6, the anti-puromycin clone (hepa1-6 mMIP-1α) and hepa1-6 were analysed for the expression of mMIP-1α mRNA and protein by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry respectively. The growth curve of hepa1-6 and hepa1-6 mMIP-1α was drawn. The chemotaxis of mMIP-1α produced by hepa1-6 mMIP-1α to mouse spleen cells was observed on agarose gel. C57B/L mouse was inoculated with the tumor cell and the tumorigenicity was studied. Results: Recombinant retrovirus vector pBabe puro-mMIP-1α with mMIP-1α cDNA was constructed. Hepa1-6 did not produce mMIP-1α mRNA and protein, while hepa1-6 mMIP-1α could produce mMIP-1α mRNA and protein. The growth curve of hepa1-6 and hepa1-6 mMIP-1α showed no difference. The chemotaxis of mMIP-1α produced by hepa1-6 mMIP-1α to mouse spleen cells was observed. The tumorigenicity was reduced. Conclusion: A mouse hepatocellular carcinoma Hepa1-6 mMIP-1α is established and mMIP-1α can affect the tumorigenecity of hepa1-6.

Objective To investigate the effects of macrophage inflammatory protein-1α (MIP-1α) combined with molecule 4-1BB L on the tumorigenicity of hepatocellular carcinoma cells in vivo. Methods Mouse MIP-1α (mMIP-1α) expressed Hepa 1-6 cells were transfected with m4-1BBL recombinant retrovirus, the anti-histidinol cells clones were selected and amplified. The expression of m4-1BB L was confirmed by flow cytometry. The growth curve of Hepa 1-6 cells transfected with mMIP-1α and m4-1BBL alone or together was drawn and compared. C57B/L Mice were randomly divided into 7 groups, 9 mice in each group, injected with mMIP-1α+m4-1BB L Hepa 1-6 cells, m4-1BB L Hepa 1-6 cells, mMIP-1α Hepa 1-6 cells, Hepa 1-6 cells, pLXSHD Hepa 1-6 cells or PBS respectively. The tumorigenicity of hepatocellular carcinoma cells and the mice survival rate were compared between each groups. Results Hepa 1-6 mMIP-1α+m4-1BB L cells which expressed both mMIP-1α and m4-1BB L were successfully established. The expression of mMIP-1α and m4-1BB L alone or together did not affect the growth curve of Hepa 1-6 cells. Observed for 5 weeks, no tumor developed in Hepa 1-6 mMIP-1α+m4-1BB L injected mice. The tumorigenicity of Hepa 1-6 mMIP-1α+m4-1BB L was lower than that of Hepa 1-6 mMIP-1α or Hepa 1-6 m4-1BB L in vivo. The survival rate of Hepa 1-6 mMIP-1α+m4-1BBL injected mice(9/9) was higher than that of Hepa 1-6 m4-1BB L injected mice (6/9)or Hepa 1-6 mMIP-1α injected mice (1/9). Conclusion Chemokine MIP-1α combined with costimulatory 4-1BB L lowered the tumorigenicity of hepatocellular carcinoma cells in vivo, and prolonged the mice survival period.
