Objective To establish an in vitro vascular calcification model of bovine aortic smooth muscle cell(BASMC) induced by ?-glycerophosphate.Methods: Primary BASMCs were obtained by the explant method.The cells after 4～8 passages were incubated in the medium containing(10 mmol/L) ?-glycerophosphate for 10 days to induce calcification.Calcification were observed in cultures by Alizarin Red S and Von Kossa stain and transmission electron microscopy.Meanwhile,calcium deposition,alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity of cell layer and osteocalcin(OC) in culture supernatant were measured.Results After 10 days,extensive calcium deposition was detected by Von Kossa and alizarin red S stain and transmission electron microscopy.?-glycerophosphate increased calcium deposition in a time-dependent manner,ALP activity and OC concentration were higher than that of uncalcified controls at various time points(P

Objective To observation Valsartan on maintain sinus rhyme with hypertension after atrial fibrillation reversion.Methods 73 patients with hypertension after atrial fibrillation reversion,They were randomly divided into treating group and control group.37 patients were in treating group,and 36 patients were in control group.All patients were taken amiodarone 200 mg QD after atrial fibrillation reversion.The control group were treated with general anti-hypertension therapy except ACEI and ARB.Patients of treating group were treated with general anti-hypertension therapy add with Valsartan 80 mg QD.All patients were examined with UCG and dynamic electro cardiogram before therapy and after 3,6,12 and 18 months.Results The left atrial dimension of treating group were smaller then the control group.The rates of maintain sinus in treating group were higher then the control group.Conclusion We should use amiodarone and Valsartan to treat the patients with hypertension and atrial fibrillation,Valsartan also has definite curative effect in maintain sinus rhyme except control blood pasture.

Objective:To evaluate the value of DSA in diagnosis of intestinal vascular malformation.Methods:The clinical and DSA characters in 8 patients with small intestinal malformation were analyzed.There were 6 males and 2 females.All patients were underwent selective and supper selective superior mesenteric inferior mesenteric or colic artery angiographies.Results:The clinical fectures:1)the main sympton is acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding;(2)the results of conventional examination were generally negative;(3)the hemoglobin was dropped down to 4～6 g/ml in a short period.DSA feactures included:(1)artery-vein fistula;(2)markedly stainning in local small intestinal walls;(3)abnormal hyperplasia and distubance of small vessels.Conclusion:DSA is the most valuable method in diognosis of atute intestinal bleeding.

AIM:To investigate LPS(lipopolysaccharide)stimulated cytokine secretion from normal rat kupffer cells in vitro. METHODS: Kupffer cells were isolated from wistar rats liver and cultured. Tumor necrosis factor - α (TNF- α) and endothelin- 1 (ET- 1 ) secreted by LPS stimulated kupffer cells were detected. RESULTS: LPS had an stimulative effect on kupffer cell activity. LPS in definite concentrations promoted kupffer cell secretion. CONCLUSION: LPS promotes kupffer cell secretion, which may be associated with liver injury induced by LPS.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the reform mode of experiment teaching in pharmaceutical analysis in the new situation of vocational education and provide reference for improving the teaching quality of secondary vocational education. METHODS:The present situation of experiment teaching in pharmaceutical analysis was assessed deeply and in detail,and the problems exist-ing in teaching were analyzed;the reform plan and measures according to the disadvantages of the current teaching were raised. RE-SULTS:The experiment teaching in pharmaceutical analysis existed some problems,involving lagging textbook compilation,single teaching mode,“heavy theory,light practice”for time arrangement,obsolete laboratory apparatus and lack of advanced equipments. So a series of measures were adopted,including writing supplementary teaching materials and experimental guidance;reforming the contents of the experiment teaching;reforming the model of teaching and improving the students’participation;reforming the time arrangements;increasing the investment in laboratory equipment and attaching great importance to extramural cooperation;estab-lishing the virtual laboratory;and establishing a flexible,comprehensive and effective experimental evaluation mechanism.CON-CLUSIONS:Reform experimental teaching mode has fully mobilized the enthusiasm and initiative of students and improved the abil-ity of operating skills,and cultivated the strict scientific research style of students. The reform mode of experimental teaching in pharmaceutical analysis is in accordance with the students’learning needs of pharmaceutical majors,and lay a good foundation for the students better and faster adaption to the job.

Objective:To explore changes of oxidized loW density lipoprotein (ox-LDL)and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-αcontent in patients With different degrees coronary heart disease (CHD)and their correlation.Methods:A total of 100 CHD patients diagnosed by coronary angiography (CAG)Were selected and divided into stable angina pectoris (SAP)group (n=23),unstable angina pectoris (UAP)group (n=48)and acute myocardial infarction (AMI)group (n=29);single vessel group (n=31),double vessel group (n=33)and multi-vessel disease group (n=36);mild stenosis group (n=27), moderate stenosis group (n=31)and severe stenosis group (n=42).A total of 30 middle-aged and aged people Without CHD and severe organic diseases,Were enrolled as healthy control group.Content of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),loW density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),ox-LDL and TNF-α Were measured among above groups.Results:Compared With healthy control group,there Were significant increase in blood lipid levels (except HDL-C),TNF-αlevel,and significant decrease in HDL-C level in CHD group,P <0.05 all; compared With SAP group,thereWere significant increase in levels of ox-LDL and TNF-αin UAP group and AMI group (P <0.05 all),and those of AMI groupWere significantly higher than those of UAP group (P <0.05 both);comparedWith single vessel disease group,there Were significant increase in levels of ox-LDL [(432.19±80.75)μg/L vs.(560.47± 84.21)μg/L,(619.31±88.49)μg/L]and TNF-α[(9.01±2.75)ng/L vs.(10.06±2.78)ng/L,(11.14±2.74)ng/L] in double-vessel and multi-vessel disease group (P <0.05 all),and those of multi-vessel disease group Were significantly higher than those of double-vessel disease group (P <0.05 both);comparedWith mild stenosis group,thereWere significant increase in levels of ox-LDL [(459.43±53.36)μg/L vs.(531.33±68.12)μg/L,(610.62±93.43)μg/L]and TNF-α[(8.98±2.66)ng/L vs.(9.94±2.87)ng/L,(11.12±3.21)ng/L]in moderate stenosis group and severe stenosis group (P <0.05 all),and those of severe stenosis groupWere significantly higher than those of moderate stenosis group (P <0.05 both);Spearman correlation analysis indicated that ox-LDL levelWas positively correlatedWith TNF-αlevel (r =0.83,P <0.01).Conclusion:Levels of ox-LDL and TNF-αare closely correlatedWith lesion severity in CHD patients.

Objective To explore the influnce and related factors analysis postpartum community visit for 6 months old infants exclusive breastfeeding (EBF).Methods 800 women in Daqing city communities delivered in January,2009 to December,2010 were selected into study based on simple random sampling.Using the questionnaire surveyed the influence of the postpartum community visit for 6 months old infants EBF.Results Reclaimed effective questionnaires were 790 ;6 months old infants EBF rate was 65.06％ ;the receiving postpartum community visit group's 6 months of EBF rate 7 4.8 7 ％) was significantly higher than the not receiving postpartum community visit group (38.50％),difference was statistically significant(x2 =90.54,P ＜ 0.01).Logistic regression analysis showed that main related factors of 6 months old infants EBF were the first breast feeding time,whether or not to accept the postpartum visit,mode of delivery and mother's education degree,respectively.Conclusion Postpartum community visit can promote 6 months old infants for EBF,but still need to pay more attention to coordination and improvement.
