More and more linear servo systems have been used in servo applications. Direct drive technology can greatly increase the bandwidth and the tracking accuracy. A position servo-system based on linear voice-coil motor was designed for one linear oscillation movement application. Besides the conventional position, speed and current control loops, the speed and acceleration feed-forward control of command position signal were also used. The experimental test proved the correctness of the design, and the system can track the given periodic sinnsoid position command signal of 15Hz with high accuracy. The linear voice-coil motor is very suitable for short stroke position tracking application with high dynamic response.

Objectives To conduct nutritional risk assessment analysis of hand-foot-mouth disease in children and to explore rational and feasible nutritional intervention. Methods The information of children with hand-foot-mouth disease in three hospitals in Guilin area was collected by ifxed-spot continuous sampling. Inquiry investigations, physical mea-surements combined with clinical diagnosis were undertaken, and nutritional risk assessment and management were con-ducted by the malnutrition screening tool of children (STAMP scoring). Those with STAMP scores ≥4 were considered at high nutritional risk. Nutritional risk reassessment was conducted on children with high nutritional risk after nutritional intervention and management. Results A total of 192 children with hand-foot-mouth disease were selected. The occur-rence rate of high nutritional risk was 68.75%(132/192). The hospitalization time of patients with high nutritional risk was prolonged and the hospitalization expense was increased apparently. The nutritional support treatment and nutritional edu-cation were undertaken on the children with high nutritional risk. The incidence of high nutritional risk from admission to discharge decreased from 68.75%to 36.98%(P<0.05). The clinical outcomes of those children accepting nutritional inter-vention were signiifcantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusions The occurrence and prognosis of hand-foot-mouth disease is closely related to the nutritional status of children, so nutritional risk assessment, nutritional intervention and management should be performed as early as possible.

[Objective] This study was to investigate the effect of TMP on function of EPCs in normal or hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)inducing injury model cell culture,and to approach a therapy to coronary heart disease(CHD).[Method] Total mononuclear cells were isolated from the cord blood by ficoll density gradient centrifugation,cultured in vitro.After the cells cultured for 7 days,identified them by cellmarkers and the ability of intaking the ac-LDL,and made sure they were EPCs.To divide the cells into three groups,TMP(5,25,100,200mg),H2O2(500??)model and TMP together with H2O2,cultured for 24h and then detected the function and apoptosis of EPCs.[Result] Versus to control group,the TMP(5,25,100mg)groups had no important effect on the proliferation and adhesion of EPCs,but TMP(200mg)group had negative effect on EPCs.Versus to H2O2 model group,TMP(5,25,100mg)preincubated groups had important protective effect on EPCs in proliferation,adhesion and apoptosis.[Conclusion] TMP could protect EPCs from oxidative stress injury,but had little benefit to EPCs in normal incubation.

[Objective]To discuss the midterm effects of bipolar artificial femoral head arthroplasty in treatment of elder femoral neck fracture.[Method]From September 1995 to Febuary 2005,73 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were operated with domestic bipolar artificial femoral head arthroplasty (average 74 years old).Forty-seven cases had been followed up for average 65 months.Harris score system and X-ray had been used for evaluation.[Result]There was no vessel and nerve injury,no infection and dislocation,no perioperative death.The complications included one greater trochanteric fracture,3 cases with pneumonitis,2 urinary infection,1 cerebral infarction,1 dysfunction in central nerve system and 1 case with deep venous thrombosis.Of all the 36 X-rays there were 3 cases with prosthesis subsidence,lucent line lesser 2mm in 2 cases,narrow joint space in 21 cases,protrusion in 1 case.According to the Harris scoring system,there were excellent in 12,good in 26,fair in 7,poor in 2.[Conclusion]Bipolar artificial femoral head arthroplasty are reasonable choice for treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly.Proper indication and perioperative management is critical to get good results.

Objective To obtain recombinant vaccinia viruses of gag gene,and hIL 2 gene of HIV 1CN subtype B,evaluate the immune effects after immunization together with nucleic acid vaccine for AIDS vaccine development.Methods gag gene,and hIL 2 gene were inserted downstream of the combined promotor of pJ38 vector.Recombinant vaccinia viruses were selected by using plaque assay.Expression products were examined by SDS PAGE and Western blot.Immune response of BALB/c mice immunized was evaluated by lymphocyte transformation test and OD value of serum IgG antibody.Results Recombinant vaccinia viruses vJ38gag IL 2 were obtained with reactinogenicity.Effect of recombinant vaccinia viruses immunized three times was better than that immunized two times.The best result was obtained in the rVV primed and nucleic acid vaccine boosted group.Conclusion Gag protein and IL 2 protein can be expressed in vJ38gag IL 2

Their structures were identified as irigenin(Ⅰ),dichotomitin(Ⅱ),irisflorentin (Ⅱ),3-stigmastenol (Ⅳ), apocynin (Ⅴ), tectoridenin (Ⅵ), ?-sitosterol (Ⅶ), 3', 4', 5, 7-tetrahydroxy-8-methoxyisoflavone (Ⅶ)and polyoctapenten (Ⅹ) by spectorscopic methods (UV, IR, EIMS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR). Compounds Ⅱ, Ⅳ, Ⅹ and Ⅻ were obtained for the first time from the plant.

A case-control study was performed to investigate the relationship between gallbladder cancer(GCA) and gallbladder stones (GS). 43 patients with GCA confirmed by pathology were included, in which 19 were accompanied by GS, 24 patients without. 88 controls were selected from the data for the periodic health checkup with B-ultrasonography(B-US): cholelithiasis were discovered in 6 controls, but 82 were free from GS. AIM:To establish the quality standard for Pheretima Dispensing Granules.METHODS:Pheretima Dispensing Granules were identified by TLC.The content of hypoxanthine in Pheretima Dispensing Granules was determined by HPLC,and succinic acid by high performance capillary electrophoresis HPCE.RESULTS:Spots obtained from the test solutions had the same color as amino acid reference solution,Pheretima reference substance and the blank solution had no interference.The contents of hypoxanthine were in the range of 1.6 mg/bag-3.3 mg/bag and succinic acid 23.58 mg/bag-35.38 mg/bag in Pheretima Dispensing Granules,respectively.CONCLUSION:The methods of identification and quantification were accurate,realizable and reproducible.It can be used effectively for the quality control for Dispensing Granules.

Objective To study corrective method for displacement in the procedure of electronic portal imaging device (EPID)-based intensity-modulated radiotherapy dose valuation by studying the relative mechanical displacement of different vendor EPID (aS1000,Varian; aS500,Varian; iViewGT,Elekta).Methods A 5 cm × 5 cm field was set up to acquire portal images for three kinds of EPID,then a in house software was used to analysis the portal images.The relative displacement was acquired via analyzing a series of comparation between center positions of gantry angle ranging from 0° to 360° and gantry angle at 0°.Results In the lateral direction,the maximum relative displacement of EPID with aS1000,S500 and iViewGT were (-0.23 ±0.17) mm,(2.94±0.17) mm and (0.35 ±0.09) mm,respectively.In the longitude direction,the displacements were (-4.16 ± 0.20) mm,(-4.15 ± 0.25) mm and (-1.66 ±0.11) mm,respectively.As to longitude direction,the displacements could be well fitted with the usage of quadruplicate empiric function.Conclusions There is a significant difference at the aspect of relative displacement between different vendors EPID at different gantry angles.And the displacement in the longitude direction is obviously larger than in the lateral direction.The relative displacement should be corrected when applying EPID to the intensity-modulated radiotherapy dose verification at different gantry angles.
