Cadmium is one of the toxic heavy metals prevalent in the environment.Long-term,even the lowest dose,exposures to this element can damage various organs including the kidney,liver,lung,skeleton,and might elevate the risk of cancer and deformity.The kidney,skeleton and lung are the tissues most affected by chronic cadmium toxicity.The early sign of renal dysfunction,as a main target for chronic cadmium exposure,is tubular dysfunction,and renal failure can be observed in the terminal stage.In recent years,studies about the burden of cadmium in childhood and health damage are gradually increased.Urinary β2-microglobulin,e1-microglobulin and N-acetyl 3-D-glucosamidase have been employed as markers monitoring for the early phase of cadmium exposure and nephrotoxicity.A biomarker named kidney injury molecule-1 aslo has been used for predicting cadmium-induced tubular impairment.It is reported that kidney injury molecule-1 may be more sensitive than traditional biomarkers.

[Objective]To compare the effects of topical different concentration mitomycin C(MMC)in preventing postlaminectomy peridural adhesion.[Method]Laminectomies were performed at L1 in 40 rats.Cotton pads soaked either with 0.01 mg / ml(group L),0.05 mg /ml(group M),0.1 mg / ml(group H) MMC or saline(group C) were applied to the operative sites.The rats were killed 4 weeks after surgery.The specimens were prepared for determination of the degree of scar adhesion according to Rydell method,the content of Hydroxyproline(HOP),the area of peridural fibrosis and the count of fibroblasts.[Result]Dense peridural fibrosis with marked peridural adhesion showed in group C.No obvious adhesion formed in group H.In group M and L,peridural adhesion wasn't avoided.The content of HOP,the area of peridural fibrosis and the count of fibroblasts showed various degrees decrease in all MMC-treated groups.[Conclusion]Local application of 0.1 mg/ ml MMC may be a successful method of reducing postlaminectomy peridural fibrosis and completely avoided peridural adhesion.

Objective To evaluate the effect of noninvasive diagnosis methods direct rectal examination (DRE) ,transrectal ultra-sonography(TRUS) and multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging(MP-MRI) for prostate cancer detection .Methods The clini-cal data of 113 patients suspected prostatic cancer were analyzed retrospectively .Every patient was examined by TRUS ,DRE and MP-MRI before pathology or operation .The sensitivity rate and the specificity rate of DRE ,TRUS and MP-MRI were calculated and compared among the three methods .Results The sensitivity rate and the specificity rate of prostate cancer were 33 .3% and 88 .7% for DRE ,62 .7% and 67 .7% for TRUS ,86 .3% and 83 .9% for MP-MRI respectively ,two comparison between the three group had statisfically difference(P<0 .05) .But ,of prostate cancer with prostate specific antigen (PSA) 4 .0~10 .0 ng/mL in gray zone ,the sensitivity rate and the specificity rate were 27 .8% and 86 .5% for DRE ,44 .4% and 59 .5% for TRUS ,77 .8% and 81 .1% for MP-MRI ,two comparison between the three group had statisfically difference(P<0 .05) .Conclusion MP-MRI has bet-ter detection efficiency .It could obviously reduce the missed diagnosis rate on PCA with PSA in gray zone .

Objective:To study B cells proliferation and activation induced by tumor derived-autophagosomes ( TDA). Methods:Splenocytes of mice were incubated with 10μg/ml TDAs in vitro ( with the 10μg/ml whole cell lysate as the control).At the 3rd day,the expression of MHCⅠ,Ⅱand co-stimulate molecules including CD86,CD40 were detected by flow cytometry,and B cells proliferation was detected at the 5th day.B cells were selected from spleen of mice using anti-CD43 dynabeads,and incubated with 10μg/ml TDA in vitro ( with the same concentrated whole tumor cell lysate as the control).At the 7th day,IgM in the supernatant were tested by ELISA.Results:When compared with whole cell lysate stimulated B cells,TDA efficently stimulated B cells division in vitro ( TDA group:28.6%, Whole cell lysate group:4.4%) , and significantly up-regulated the expression of MHC class Ⅰ,Ⅱ and co-stimulatory molecules (CD86 and CD40) on B cells,and enhanced the levels of total IgM secretion in vitro.Conclusion:Tumor-derived autophagosomes ( TDA) ,as a vacuole antigen vector, could stimulate B cells proliferation, activation, and increased IgM secretion in vitro.

Objective To investigate of the accuracy and feasibility of independent check for intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT).Methods Inputing the linear accelerator Varian 600C/D physical data to IMsure ( a independent checking software) and constructing a calculation model.Use of IMsure to calculate the point dose and fluence of 25 cases IMRT treatment plans which have been calculated by Eclipse treatment planning system (TPS),and do a actual measurement of these plans by Matrixx at the same time.IMsure,TPS calculation results and measurement results of Matrixx were compared.Results Select Matrixx's center probe as a reference point,to TPS calculated results as the standard,then the average difference of the IMsure calculation and Matrixx measurement were ( -0.13 + 1.24)％ (t =0.20,P =0.840 ) and ( - 0.18 ± 1.45 ) ％ ( t =0.86,P =0.400 ),respectively.Compared IMsure with 3 mm/3 ％and 2 mm/2％ standard respectively,the average γ rate of TPS were (98.7 ±2.8)％ and (94.9 ±7.2)％ ;compared matrixx measurement results,the average γ rate of TPS were ( 99.0 + 2.0 ) ％ and ( 93.2 ±6.9) ％.The results show that the difference of the point dose and the γ rate of dose distribution by Matrixx measurement and IMsure calculation was no statistically significant difference ( t =1.54,P =0.126 ).Conclusions Independent checking software can be used in the treatment planning system to acceptance and initial clinical tests.In routine,a independent checking software as IMsure may do a pre-verificaton of IMRT treatment plan,or even partially replace of the actual measurement if the adequate conventional quality assurance do well,thus reducing the daily measurements.

Purpose:To explore the value of MSCT-3D in stomatology through comparing with COPT.Materials and Methods:Both MSCT 117 patients and COPT 117 patients in stomatology were selected at a particular period,COPT imaging was using computed post-processing,MSCT imaging was processed according to 3D information through work station,then to analyze the imaging results according to metal tooth、damaged tooth and broken tooth,later to compare the photograph 、the technique of computed post-processing、the photograph condition and exposure of MSCT and COPT.Results:Normal COPT patients were 9 cases ( 0.24% ),normal teeth were 3160 (84.4% ),unusual teeth were 551 (15.6%),normal MSCT-3D patients were llcases ( 0.29% ),normal teeth were 3138 (83.8% ),and unusual teeth were 606 (16.2% ).COPT belonged to COPT photograph,the emphasis was 2D,MSCT-3D belonged to spiral photograph,the emphasis was 3D,and MSCT imaging could be processed according to 3D reformation.The 3D effect of MSCT was batter than that of COPT.The radiation dosage was much higher than that of COPT.Conclusions: COPT could get 2D effects: MSCT-3D could improve 3D results on 2D basis,but the radiation dosage of MSCT is much higher than that of COPT in stomatology.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Pin1 and Ki67 and the clinicopathologic features of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST).Methods 40 paraffin-embeded specimens of surgical resected GIST from Jan.2013 to May.2015 in Pathology Department of Yuhuangding Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University were retrieved and expressions of Pin1 and Ki67 were detected by immunohistochemical methods.Results The positivity rate of Pin1 and Ki67 in GIST was 80％ and 32.5％ respectively.The expression of Pin1 was associated with malignancy of GIST,tumor location,tumor size and mitotic counts.The expression of Ki67 is associated with malignancy of GIST,tumor location,tumor size,mitotic counts and tumour necrosis.Pin1 expression was positively related with Ki67 expression.Conclusion Pin1 and Ki67 is closely related with malignancy of GIST,which may be potential factors in predicting prognosis of GIST.
