Objective To observe the clinical effect of DC-CIK cells combined with S-1 in the treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer.Methods 76 patients with non-small-cell lung cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group on average.The control group was treated with S-1,and the observation group was treated with DC-CIK cells combined with S-1.For the observation group,the peripheral venous blood was collected before the treatment for DC cells and CIK cells cultivation.The expression of CD4+/CD8+,CD4+ and NK cells in the peripheral blood of the two groups was detected by flow cytometry before the treatment and after one week of the treatments.Besides,the number of white blood cells and platelet count were also measured and the symptoms of non-small-cell lung cancer were observed.Results The percentage of CD4+/CD8+,CD4+ and NK cells in the peripheral blood of the observation group after the treatment was (1.65±1.03),(34.56±8.90) and (18.68±7.98),respectively,which was significantly higher than (1.32±0.70),(29.07±7.15) and (15.28±8.23) in the control group (all P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the percentage of CD8+ cells between the observation group (25.56± 8.90) and the control group (26.64±6.77) (P＞0.05).The vomiting,leukopenia and thrombocytopenia in the observation group were less than those in the control group (all P＜0.05).The one-year survival rate was 52.63％ in the observation group which was significant higher than 42.11％ in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions DC-CIK cells combined with S-1 is a safe and effective treatment for non-small-cell lung cancer,which can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and prolong the survival time of patients.

A novel type of carbon nanotube-coated Au nanoparticle and [bmim]BF4 composite modified glassy carbon electrode was fabricated by a layer-by-layer self-assembly technique. The electrochemical performance of acetaminophen (ACOP) on the modified electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry. The Nafion/GNPs/RTIL/MWNTs/GC electrode showed an excellent electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of ACOP and accelerated electron transfer between the electrode and ACOP. For ACOP, the reversible electrochemical process was observed on the Nafion/GNPs/RTIL/MWNTs/GC electrode, while irreversible electrochemical process occurred on the GC electrode. For the Nafion/GNPs/RTIL/MWNTs/GC electrode, the anodic peak potential of ACOP was moved from 0.562 V to 0.413 V, with a potential drop of 149 mV. At the same time, the reduction peak potential was 0.384 V, and the potential difference was only 29 mV. It was shown that the modified electrode possessed higher electrocatalytic activity and more sensitive effect for the detection of ACOP than both MWNTs/GC electrode and GC electrode. The effects of the different experimental conditions on the electrochemical behaviors of ACOP were explored. Under the optimum conditions of preparation and experimental, the linear calibration curves of ACOP were obtained in a wide range of 2 x 10(-1) to 4.0 x 10(-4) mol x L(-1) with a correlation coefficient 0.999 2 and a detection limit of 2.6 x 10(-8) mol x L(-1) (the ratio of signal to noise, 3:1). The recovery rate was 97.9%-100.8%. This method can be used to determine ACOP in paracetamol tablets with satisfactory results.

Objective: To study the antimicrobial effectiveness against traditional She medicine-Gardeniae Radix and determine the titer of Gardeniae Radix.Methods: The antibacterial activity of five standard strains(Escherichia coli , Staphylococcus aureus , Pseudomonas aeruginosa , Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger)was investigated.A method for the biological value evaluation of Gardeniae Radix was established by using a turbidity method, and compared with the content of chikusetsu saponin Ⅳa determined by HPLC.Results: The sensitivity of Gardeniae Radix to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was high.The recovery of the turbidity method was within the range of 90%-110%, and the reliability limit rate was less than 5%.The content of chikusetsu saponin Ⅳa in Gardeniae Radix was not completely consistent with the result of the bioassay method.Conclusion: The bioassay method established in the experiment can be one of the methods for the quality evaluation of Gardeniae Radix.

Objective To explore the neurovascular distribution around multifidus muscles in the low back and its clinical significance via regional dissection.Methods Five cadavers were dissected in the low back.The anatomical relationships between the longissimus thoracis,iliocostalis and the start-stop,direction and position of multifidus muscles were observed.Branches,distribution and the characteristics of the erector spinae muscle,the lateral branches of spinal nerves and blood vessels were examined.Then measured the distances from the emerging point of the lateral cutaneous branches of spinal nerves to the spinous processes.Results After removed the deep fascia,the longissimus thoracis was found medially and the iliocostalis was found laterally.The muhifidus muscles located deeply to the longissimus and the iliocostalis muscles.The lateral branches of the posterior rami of the spinal nerves and the dorsal branches of lumbar blood vessels run in the multifidus muscle gaps.Conclusion The multifidus muscle gaps contain plenty of neurovascular bundles.Surgery involving the low back often takes the advantage of the gaps between multifidus muscles.Therefore,surgeons should take caution to avoid damaging the lateral branches of the posterior rami of the spinal nerves and the dorsal branches of lumbar vessels during low back surgery.

Objective To explore the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphisms (rs12953-717) of SMAD7 and susceptibility of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in Chinese Han population.Methods A single nucleotide polymorphisms (rs12953717) from SMAD7 was detected via Sequenom system in 528 NSCLC cases and 762 healthy controls.Data was statistically analyzed by unconditional Logistic regression method.Results rs12953717 had significant differences between non-small cell lung cancer patients and the controls.Compared with CC/TT (CC combined with TT) genotype,the adjusted odds ratio for the CT genotype was 4.107 (95％ CI:3.206 ～ 5.260,P =0.000 1).Smokers had a 2.004 odds ratio (95 ％ CI =1.583 ～ 2.537,P =0.000 1) of NSCLC compared with the controls.There was a 10.074-fold increased risk of NSCLC among the subjects with CT genotype and smokers.Conclusion The polymorphism of rs12953717 may have relation with risk of NSCLC.Heterozygote (CT) is a susceptibility genotype of NSCLC.Smoking is one of the risk factors of NSCLC.Smoking and CT genotype have synergistic effects on NSCLC susceptibility.

Methods: 116 patients with maxillofacial operation were randomly divided into two groups. Propofol was used in 60 cases and penthiobarbital in 56 for sedation. Objective: To evaluate the corrosion resistance of Ni-Cr alloy with different coatings in neutral and acid saliva by electrochemistry method. Methods: Measured the self-corrosion potential (Ecorr) and polarization resistance(Rp) curves of Ni-Cr alloy models with different coatings in neutral and acid artificial salivas. Results: The Ecorr of the Ni-Cr alloys all showed positive values, the electrochemistry corrosion and galvanic corrosion were not detected. Conclusion: Ni-Cr alloy with titanium nitride coating, gold electroplating coating, gold-paste layer and gold-porcelain blended layer have both anti-corrosion and esthetical function without changing its own property.

Objective:To explore the immune response in mice fed orally with the conjugated antigen of HpaA-CtxB(HCTB).Methods:A recombinant strain which could express bivalent antigen of HpaA and CtxB subunit was constructed. HpaA and CtxB gene was amplified by PCR. The DNA products of HpaA and CtxB were inserted into a prokaryotic expression vector pQE-30 respectively, and then translated into E.coli strain DH5? to express HCTB fusion protein. Its immunogenicity was analyzed by Western blot. After purification, to fed mice by oral immunization. The change of antigen-specific ASC antibody(IgG and IgA) in the mucosa of the animals were detected by ELISPOT and ELISA assay. Results:HCTB fusion gene was sequenced as 1 161 bp, the fusion protein encoded polypeptides of 387 amino acid residues.The molecular weight was 40 kD analysed by SDS-PAGE. The level of soluble expression product was about 41.67% of total cell protein. After affinity chromatography, the purity of fusion protein was above 92%.Western blot analysis confirmed that fusion protein could be specifically recognized by the serum of anti-HpaA and anti-CT. Antigen-specific ASC and antibody response in animals immunized with HCTB or HpaA was determined by ELISPOT and ELISA. The results showed that the number of sIgA and IgG-ASC increased significantly in PP and gastric mucosa, especially those of the sIgA-ASC by orally immunization with HCTB. The levels of specific antibody were also higher than those of controls. Conclusion:The results indicated that the oral immunization with HCTB induces effective mucosal immune respones and produced higher levels sIgA. The recombinant fusion protein HCTB can be used as an effective oral vaccine for prevention and treatment of infection of Hp.

Objective Estimate the paternity exclusion probability for 15 short tandem repeats (CODIS set plus Penta D and Penta E) in duo paternity tests. Methods 644 random individuals were paired to con-struct 207046 fictitious duo families. Cases of non-exclusion or with only one exclusionarylocus were count-ed. Results 27 cases could not be excluded by the 15 STR loci. The combined probability of exclusion was 0.999869. Number of cases showing only one exclusionary locus was 384 (0.185%). Conclusion To con-firm relationship in duo cases with only 15 STRs should be careful. Extensive genetic markers is needed to discriminate one locus exclusion or mutation.
