Objective To study the protective effect of a hyperoxic solution on phosgene-induced lung injury by observing the changes in W/D ratio, lung water (LW), and L/B, and MDA contents, GSH-PX activity, and protein contents in broncho-alveolar lavage fluid (BALF). Methods The rabbits were divided into normal control group, hyperoxic solution (HO) and balance salt(BS) groups.Group HO and Group BS inhaled phosgene, and hyperoxic solution was given intravenously in group HO, but BS was given in group BS. W/D, LW, L/B, and MDA contents,GSH-PX activity, protein contents in broncho-alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were determined. Results The MDA contents, W/D, LW and L/B were increased, and GSH-PX activity was decreased significantly in Group HO and Group BS compared with control group (P

Objective To explore the relationship between the Chinese Version Wechsler intelligence scale for children(C-WISC) and the Das-Naglieri cognitive assessment system(DN:CAS) in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).Methods Thirty-two children with ADHD were evaluated with C-WISC and the digital remote assessment system——DN:CAS,and both results were administered for correlation analysis. Results The results showed that there was a strong correlation between the full intelligence quotient (FIQ) of C-WISC and the full score of DN:CAS,also the scores in Plan,Simultaneous, and Successive of DN-CAS,and the correlation coefficient was between 0.6 to 0.8.There was a strong correlation between the full score of DN:CAS and the verbal comprehension IQ (VCIQ),perceptual organization IQ (POIQ),memory/concentration IQ (M/CIQ),verbal IQ (VIQ),and performance IQ(PIQ) of C-WISC,as the correlation coefficient ranges from 0.6 to 0.8.There was also a strong correlation between the score in Planning and VCIQ,POIQ,M/CIQ,VIQ of C-WISC.As to the score in Simultaneous of DN:CAS and POIQ,VIQ,PIQ of C-WISC,the correlation was also strong with the correlation coefficient ranging from 0.6 to 0.8.For the rest of the sub-tests of C-WISC and DN:CAS,there was moderate correlation between them, the correlation coefficient was from 0.4 to 0.6.Conclusions These results show that the correlation between C-WISC and DN:CAS in children with ADHD is significant. The correlation coefficient shows diversity in the sub-tests of C-WISC and DN:CAS.
3.Research progress on efficacy and influencing factors of postoperative radiotherapy for stage ⅢA(N 2) non-small cell lung cancer
Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology 2022;31(10):944-948
Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) is highly malignant and has poor prognosis, in which stage ⅢA(N 2) NSCLC approximately accounts for 20%. Patients with stage ⅢA(N 2) NSCLC have high heterogeneity and distinct survival difference. Loco-regional recurrence and distant metastasis are the main causes of treatment failure. At present, whether stage ⅢA(N 2) NSCLC patients should receive postoperative radiotherapy(PORT) remains controversial. Such patients still lack high level proof to receive PORT.

Objective:To conduct meta analysis to compare the effect of complete resection with or without postoperative radiotherapy (PORT) on survival in stage Ⅲ(N 2) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods:Relevant studies of the efficacy of PORT for stage Ⅲ(N 2) NSCLC were searched from Wanfang Data, PubMed, and Cochrane Library from January 2006 to January 2022. Literature screening, extraction of information and assessment of the risk of bias of the included literature was carried out by two independent researchers. Meta analysis was performed using R4.0.3 software. Results:A total of 12 publications consisting of 2992 patients were included, 1479 cases in the PORT group and 1513 cases in the control group. PORT improved the overall survival (OS) and disease free survival (DFS) compared to the control group. Fixed-effects model meta analysis of 6 randomized controlled trials showed that PORT did not significantly reduce the risk of death ( HR=0.98, 95% CI: 0.80-1.20). Fixed-effects model meta analysis of 6 retrospective studies showed that PORT improved prognosis ( HR=0.68, 95% CI: 0.59-0.79). PORT could improve OS of patients with multiple (station) metastasis of ipsilateral mediastinum and / or submandibular lymph nodes ( HR=0.89, 95% CI: 0.80-0.99). Conclusions:PORT could improve OS and DFS in stage Ⅲ(N 2) NSCLC. A trend towards benefit can be observed in the subgroup with multiple/multi-station N2 metastasis.

【Objective】 To investigate the main causes of blood donor deferral in domestic blood center. 【Methods】 The causes of donor deferral were classified into 12 categories as previous medical history, drug use, alcohol consumption, menstrual period, underweight, abnormal blood pressure, abnormal body temperature, abnormal hemoglobin (Hb), lipemic blood, positive hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), elevated alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and others according to the comparison indicators of Asia-Pacific Blood Network (APBN) and the national standard Blood Donor Health Examination Requirements. The relevant data of the top 3 causes of donor deferral, voluntarily reported by the members of Practice Comparison Working Group of China’s Mainland Blood Collection and Supply Institutions from 2014 to 2019, were collected and a histogram was generated. 【Results】 The median donor deferral rate of 20 domestic blood centers from 2014 to 2019 was 12.14%, with the lowest at 0.18% and highest at 32.32%, respectively. The top three causes for donor deferral were elevated ALT, abnormal Hb and abnormal blood pressure in year 2014, 2015, 2018 and 2019; elevated ALT, lipemic blood and abnormal blood pressure in 2016; elevated ALT, abnormal Hb, and lipemic blood in 2017. 【Conclusion】 The main causes of donor deferral were elevated ALT, abnormal Hb, abnormal blood pressure and lipemic blood.
