Objective:To discuss the situation and the rationality of antibiotics use in general surgery during perioperative period.Method:311 cases of patients used antibiotics during Perioperative period was retrospectively analyzed.Results:Antibiotics was used in 308 patients.Of all antibiotics used,202 patients received antibiotics in two hours before the operation.Quinolones were used most frequently,nitroimidazoles were the second,then were cephalosporins.64.3% of patients received single antibiotics treatment,and 37.4% and 1.0% of all patients received 2 and 3 kinds of antibiotics combined therapy respectively.24.4% of the patients were treated with antibiotics formore than 7 days.Conclusions:It is common that antibiotics are used to prophylacte surgical infection in general surgery.It is important to strengthen the management of antibiotics use during perioperative period.

Objective To evaluate the intervention efficacy of hand hygiene of health care workers(HCWs)in a hospital before and after the comprehensive interventions were taken. Methods The baseline investigation stage was in April-June,2013 ,intervention was performed from July,2013,post-intervention efficacy evaluation stage was in October-December ,2013. Hand hygiene compliance was observed by investigators ,and questionnaires were filled out. Results After multiple interventions were taken,hand hygiene compliance rate of HCWs increased from 38.02% to 53.86% (χ2= 181.82,P<0.05),post-intervention compliance rates of hand hygiene improved significantly in departments of internal medicine,surgery and intensive care unit (all P<0.05).After intervention,the overall hand hy-giene compliance rate at different work opportunities rose from 41.87% (1 740/4 156)to 53.45% (2 044/3 824)(χ2=107.2,P<0.05);except sterile manipulation,the other 4 manipulation opportunities were all higher than pre-intervention (all P<0.05);HCWs of different professions were all higher than pre-intervention(all P<0.05).Conclusion Active hand hygiene intervention can effectively improve hand hygiene compliance of HCWs.

To investigate and analyze the factors which influence the public attitudes towards autopsy after accidental deaths.The study has carried on an investigation among 386 individuals in random,with a questionnaire named "The cognition of the public whether to carry on the autopsy after accidental deaths".Using the statistical methods of the Logistic Regression analysis and optimum regression analysis to analyze the recycling questionnaires.Through the diagnosis,we found there are four main factors which influence public opinion upon the autopsy after accidental deaths,the knowledge of autopsy,the believing in autopsy,years of schooling and family financial circumstances.

Physiology runs through and reflects the perspectives materialist dialectics.The law of the unity of opposites,qualitative and quantitative changes,double negation have been reflected in the physiology and necessity and contingency,essence and phenomenon have been in contact with physiology.To combine physiology teaching with materialist dialectics used in practical teaching,enables students to learn,understand and master the physiological knowledge and cultivate their dialectical thinking ability.

Objective To summarize the experience of nursing patients with mandibular fractures treated by micro rigid internal fixation.Method The following nursing methods including psychological interventions,pain intervention,dietary intervention, rehabilitation,intervention and prevention of complications were applied in the nursing care to 56 patients with mandibular fractures treated by micro rigid internal fixation.Results The surgical procedures of micro rigid internal fixation were successful,and all of them were cured and discharged.One case contracted gingivitis and another one oral ulcers,both cured by rinse with mouthwash. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the rehabilitative effect on patients with titanium mandibular fracture fixation,reduce the complications and improve clinical outcomes.

Objective To investigate the effects of quercetin on the proliferation of mammary cancer cell in vitro. Methods Effects of quercetin on the cell proliferation was tested in ER-positive MCF-7 cell and ER-negative MDA-MB231 cell by MTT measurement. And to evaluate the estrogen-like effect of quercetin and its relation with the estrogen-receptor by pure estrogen receptor antagonist ICI 182, 780 as a tool. Cell cycle was examined by flow cytometry. Result Quercetin (10～50 ?mol/L) stimulated proliferation of ER-positive MCF-7 cell compared with solvent control, whereas ER-negative MDA-MB231 cell proliferation effect was inhibited, and the cell cycle was impulsed from G1 to S, DNA synthesizing was inhanced, PI was also increased. The above function on boosting MCF-7 cell proliferation can be inhibited by adding estrogen receptor antagonism ICI182, 780. Conclusion Quercetin has the estrogen-like activities through the estrogen response pathway.

Objective To study the inhibitory effects of wild-type p53 on gastric cancer cell lines BGC-7901 and to explore the importance of wild-type p53 in gene therapy for gastric cancer. Methods Adenoviral vector with exogenous wild-type p53 gene was transfected into the gastric cancer cell line BGC-7901 which harbours a mutation in codon 204 of the p53 gene.The transfer efficiency and expression effect of p53 were examined by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. The growth of BGC-7901 cells in vitro was determined by cell counting and MTT assay. Flow cytometric analysis was used for observing cell cycle.Results Transfer efficiency reached 100% in BGC-7901 cells when adenovirus infection ability was over 100MOI. 3 days after transfection, the introduction of exogenous wild-type p53 into the tumor cells resulted in decreased expression of the protein of mutant p53 and increased level of mRNA of wild-type p53 gene. The growth of the BGC-7901 cells was significantly slower after transfection with wild-type p53 gene than that before transfection. The percentage of G 1/G 0 phase of the cells with exogenous wild-type p53 gene was much higher than that of the cells without exogenous wild-type p53 gene.It was 56 47% and 79 40% respectively(P

Objective To evaluate the relationship between the expressions CyclinD1 and nm23H1 and the response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) in cervical carcinoma. Methods 100 patients with cervical cancer were enrolled in this study. These patient were randomly divided into two groups. The observed group were treated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by radical hyterectomy and lymphonectomy. The other 50 cases were treated by operation as control group. The expression of CyclinD1 and nm23H1 were examined by immunohistochemistry using post-operation specimens. Results The total response rate of neoadjuvant chemotherapy was 75 %( CR+PR). The expression rate of CyclinD1 was 76 % in experimental group, and 54 % in control group(P 0.05). Conclusion The neoadjuvant chemotherapy was helpful for the patients with local advanced stage of cervical carcinoma. CyclinD1 may be one of the path of NACT, but nm23H1 may not related to NACT.

Objective To investigate the changes of urinary brush border membrane enzymes and serum cystatin C (Cys C) in newborns in order to develop early diagnostic indicators for sclerema neonatorum (SN) renal dysfunction.Methods Sixty-night cases with sclerema neonatorum and 30 cases of normal newborns were enrolled in this study.Of all sclerema neonatorum cases,39 cases were mild and 30 cases were moderate to severe sclerema neonatorum.Immunoca talytic assay method was adapted to detect the level of urinary brush border membrane.The levels of serum Cys C,blood urea nitrogen (BUN),creatinine (Cr) and urinary β32 microglobulin (β2-MG) in two groups were also measured.Results The levels of urinary brush border membrane enzyme,β2-MG and serum Cys C in sclerema neonatorum group were (40.09 ± 7.29) U/L,(4.65 ± 1.33) mg/L and (1.84 ± 0.32) mg/L,higher than those in control group ((23.19 ± 5.62) U/L,(2.49 ± 0.77) mg/L and (1.07 ± 0.25) mg/L; t =10.34,7.47 and 10.55,P ＜ 0.01).The levels of urinary brush border membrane enzyme and serum Cys C in moderate to severe sclerema neonatorum group were (42.06 ± 7.59) U/L and (1.93 ± 0.34) mg/L,higher than those in the mild group ((38.57 ± 6.70) U/L,(1.77 s0.29) mg/L;t =2.24,2.11,P ＜0.05).The abnormality rates of urinary brush border membrane enzyme and serum Cys C in sclerema neonatorum group were 79.7％ (55/69) and 72.5％ (50/69),higher than β2-MG abnormal rate (52.2％ (36/69),x2 =12.95,12.11,P ＜ 0.01).In sclerema neonatorum group,urinary brush border membrane enzyme was positively correlated with β2-MG (r =0.560,P ＜ 0.01),and serum Cys C was positively correlated with BUN,Cr (r =0.314,0.287,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Renal injury is common in SN.Urinary brush border membrane enzyme and serum Cys C are served as the diagnostic parameters for early detection of renal injury in SN.

Objective To discuss the advantage of hispectral index(BIS) monitoring used in gastrointestinal endoscopy,and to observe elinical effects of target-controlled infusion(TCI) propofol combined with remifentanyl in elderly patients.Methods 120 patients aged from 65 to 78 with ASA physical status Ⅰ ～ Ⅱ were randomly divided into two groups,i,e.Group A (propofol with fentanyl ),Group B ( TCI propofol and remifentanyl with BIS).The amount of propofol was adjusted by consciousness and hemodynamics in Group A,while by BIS value in Group B.BIS was controlled at 55 ～60.The total amount of propofol and the time of wake-up,the incidence of complicatiors in each group were recorded.Results Compared with Group A,the changes of MAP and HR at T1 and T2 were smaller in Group B(P ＜ 0.05 ) ; Compared with Group A,the total amount of propofol and the time of wake-up were less in Group B ( P ＜ 0.05 ) ;Compared with Group A,the incidence of intraoperative respiratory depression and bradycardia were increased in Group B( P ＜ 0.05 ),there were no differences in the rest between the two groups.Conclusion Under BIS monitoring,TCl propofol and remifentanyl in elderly patients undewent gastrointestinal endoscopy may reduce propofol,and reach rapid recovery from anesthesia,but it needs additional management of respiration and circulation.
