Objective:To investigate the effect of quarter positioning combined with touch method in the blood collection of radial artery in newborn. Methods:A total of 100 cases of neonates admitted to Hangzhou Children ′s Hospital from September 2018 to April 2019 were selected as subjects. For the 50 newborns admitted from September to December 2018, the first blood collection of the radial artery was performed by touch method (as the control group) . For the 50 neonates admitted from January to April 2019, the first blood collection was performed using the quarter positioning combined touch method (as the observation group) . The success rate of one-time blood sampling, blood collection time, subcutaneous bleeding range and neonatal pain assessment scale (NIPS) scores of the two groups were observed. Results:The success rate of blood collection was 90% (45/50), the time of blood collection was (1.99±0.32) min, the proportion of subcutaneous hemorrhage was 20% (10/50) in the observation group, and 70% (35/50). (4.99±0.22) min, and 56% (28/50) in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( χ2 value was 6.25,13.75, t value was 54.627, both P<0.05). 38 cases and 12 cases with NIPS scores of 0-3 and 4-7 were in observation group, and 25 cases and 25 cases in the control group respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( χ2 value was 7.25, P<0.01). Conclusion:Quarter positioning combined touch method in neonatal radial artery blood collection is intuitive, simple and time-saving, which is suitable for promotion and application in neonatal wards.

China Modern Doctor 2014;(30):37-39,161
Objective To discuss the ultrasound findings and misdiagnosis reasons of uterine sarcoma, in order to im-prove the rate of preoperative diagnostic. Methods Ultrasound findings of 10 cases of uterine sarcoma patients con-firmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 10 cases of uterine sarcoma, 6 cases were misdiagnosed as uterine fibroids, 1 case as uterine muscle gland disease, 1 case as ovarian tumor and 2 cases as endometrial carcinoma by ultrasound. Conclusion Ultrasound findings of uterine sarcoma has no characteristics, and the rate of ultrasound misdiagnosis is high.

OBJECTIVETo prepare a pH fluorescence probe based on styrylcyanine dyes for live cell imaging.
METHODSThe Probe 1 was prepared by reaction of 4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde with 1,1,2-trimethylbenz[e]indole. The influence of pH on the fluorescent properties was examined, and the cell viability was examined using cell counting kit-8. The Probe 1 was used as a pH fluorescence probe in living cell.
RESULTSProbe 1 emitted green fluorescence under neutral and basic conditions but orange fluorescence under acid condition. Probe 1 selectively stained the cytoplasmic regions of living cells without significantly affecting the cell viability.
CONCLUSIONThe pH-sensitive fluorescent probe prepared based on styrylcyanine possesses good ability of cell membrane permeation for live cell fluorescent imaging.

[Abstrca t] Objective BRCA 1 ( breast cancer susceptibility gene 1) and RAP80 ( receptor-associated protein 80) play key roles in predicting chemosensitivity of platinum and taxanes .A randomized trial was carried out to compare non-selected cisplatin-based chemotherapy with therapy customized according to BRCA1 and RAP80 expression. Methods Advanced stage NSCLC patients whose tumor specimen was sufficient for molecular analysis were randomized (1∶3) to the control or experimental arm.Patients in the control arm received docetaxel/cisplatin; in the experimental arm , patients with low RAP 80 expression received gemcitabine/cisplatin ( Arm 1 ) , those with intermediate/high RAP 80 expression and low/intermediate BRCA 1expression received docetaxel/cisplatin ( Arm 2 ) , and those with intermediate/high RAP80 expression and high BRCA1 expression received docetaxel alone (Arm 3).The primary end point was progression-free survival (PFS).Results 226 patients were screened and 124 were randomized in this trial.ORR in the four subgroups was 22.6%, 48.4%, 30.3%and 19.2%, respectively (P=0.08);PFS was 4.74, 5.59, 3.78 and 2.73 months, respectively (P=0.55); and OS was 10.82, 14.44, 10.86 and 10.86 months, respectively (P=0.84).The common adverse effects included neutropenia , nausea, anemia and fatigue. Conclusions No statistically significant difference of ORR , PFS or OS is observed in the experimental arms compared with the control arm .Patients with low RAP 80 mRNA levels have a trend of better survival and higher response rate to gemcitabine /cisplatin chemotherapy .

Splenic lymphoma with villous lymphocytes (SLVL) or splenic marginal zone lymphoma with circulating villous lymphocytes is rare, and prolymphocytic transformation of SLVL is rarer. At present, only one case of SLVL with t(8;14)(q24;q32) translocation has been reported. In this study, we report a case of B-lymphoproliferative disorder with villous lymphocytes harboring t(8;14)(q24;q32) chromosome translocation that we inclined to SLVL with a prolymphocytic transformation. A 73-year-old female showed marked hepatosplenomegaly and high lymphocytosis (lymphocytes > 200 × 10/L). The abnormal lymphocytes had short coarse villi and round nuclei with prominent nucleoli. The immunophenotypes showed CD19, CD20, HLA-DR, CD22, CD5, Kappa, CD25, CD71, Lambda, CD7, CD10, CD23, CD34, CD33, CD13, CD14, CD117, CD64, CD103, and CD11c. The karyotype showed complex abnormality: 46XX,+ 3,-10, t(8;14)(q24; q32)[11]/46XX[9]. The cytoplasmic projection, immunological characteristics, and trisomy 3 chromosome abnormality supported the diagnosis of SLVL. However, the presence of prominent nucleoli and high lymphocytosis suggested prolymphocytic transformation, probably as a result of t(8,14) chromosome translocation. In this report, we described an unusual case of B-lymphoproliferative disorder with villous lymphocytes harboring t(8;14)(q24;q32) translocation, which could provide help in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of B-lymphocytic proliferative diseases.
