Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(1):46-47
Objective To observe therapeutic effect of naoxintong on the patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 69 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly allocated to naoxintong group or control group. All patients were treated with 20ml shuxuening injection into veins and aspirin 100mg once a day, and those in naoxintong group were treated with naoxinting moreover. Neurological deficit scores (NDS) were evaluated before and after 1 month and 2 months of treatment Results Effective rate and notable effective rate of naoxintong group after 2 months of treatment were 97% and 88% ,obviously higher than those of control group 79% and 52%. Conclusion Nongxintong treatment for cerebral infarction was effective.

Urine samples from diabetic and healthy subjects were detected by H4 protein chip and surface-enhanced laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (SELDI-TOF-MS).Some significantly differential proteins between diabetic and controls were found.Four top-scored protein peaks were finally selected as the potential "fingerprints" for detection of early diabetic nephropathy by artificial neural network (ANN) classifier.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2016;15(5):40-42
Objective To explore the effects of music therapy and massage on the quality of newborn hearing screening. Methods One hundred and twenty neonates were equally divided according to their registration number: those with even numbers in the experiment group and those with odd number in the control one. Both groups were treated with music therapy. In the experiment group, massage was added by specially trained nurses on the basis of music therapy. The two groups were compared in terms of neonatal hearing test and screening results. Result In the experiment group, the excellence rate of neonatal hearing test and the success rate of screening were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion The music therapy and massage in the neonatal hearing screening can improve the quality of newborn hearing screening.

Chinese Circulation Journal 2016;31(4):341-344
Objective: To observe the effect of tolvaptan on treating the patients with intractable heart failure (HF) combining hyponatremia for their clinical conditions and improvements. Methods: A total of 100 relevant patients treated in our hospital from 2014-01 to 2015-01 were studied. Based on conventional treatment as cardiac stimulant, dieresis and correction of electrolyte disturbance, the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: Tolvaptan group, the patients received tolvaptan15 mg/d for 5 days and Control group, the patients had no tolvaptan administration.n=50 in each group. The improvement of clinical symptoms, changes of cardiac, renal functions and blood levels of electrolyte were compared between 2 groups after treatment. Results:① Compared with Control group, Tolvaptan group had significantly improved dyspnea, reduced lung moist rale and low limb edemaP<0.01; Tolvaptan group showed increased 24 h urine volume (2416.0±771.6 vs 1124.6±215.7) ml,P<0.01, decreased plasma levels of NT-proBNP (2678.04 ± 537.09) pg/ml vs (4051.34 ± 306.07) pg/ml,P<0.01 and increased blood levels of sodium (139.08 ± 6.18) mmol/L vs (129.44 ± 2.20) mmol/L,P<0.01. ②In Tolvaptan group, the above improvements were found in 38 patients, and with 1 day tolvaptan therapy, their blood nitrogen dropped from (10.39 ± 1.23) mmol/L to (7.28 ± 1.53) mmol/L,P<0.01; the other 12 patients had no such effect, and with 1 day tolvaptan therapy, their blood nitrogen elevated from (10.39±1.23) mmol/L to (13.38 ± 0.66) mmol/L,P<0.01. Conclusion: Tolvaptan could effectively improve clinical symptom and cardiac function in patients with intractable HF, it is helpful to increase blood sodium level; the efifcacy of tolvaptan might be evaluated by the changes of blood nitrogen at the early stage of treatment.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2010;19(10):846-849
Objective To investigate the value of adenosine stress myocardial contrast echocardiography(MCE) in evaluating the myocardial perfusion in patients with coronary artery stenosis in different degrees. Methods The 384 myocardial segments governed by the corresponding coronary arteries with different degrees of stenosis in 24 patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) were divided into group A (normal),B (50%~75%) ,C (76%~89%) and D (≥90%). Parametric quantification(PQ) was applied at rest and adenosine stress MCE to analyze myocardial perfusion by parameters (A,β and A×β). Then the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were constructed according to the rangeability of the parameters and the cutoff points, sensibility and specificity were obtained. Results At rest, A,β and A ×β in group A,B,C and D decreased by degrees, while there were no significant differences between group A and B. At adenosine stress, the parameter rangeability increased in group A and B, while decreased in group C and D. The ROC curve analyses of parameter rangeability showed that the area under the curve of the rangeability of parameter A ×β was the largest when the rangeability was applied to diagnose stenosis of coronary artery, and the sensibility and specificity were 81.3% and 94. 9% for group B,82.6% and 84.5% for group C,71.9 % and 86. 3 % for group D. Conclusions Adenosine stress MCE can be applied to diagnose the various degrees of stenosis of coronary artery.

Aim To investigate the effects of quercetin and psoralen on the proliferation of human breast carcinoma cells in vitro. Methods Effects of quercetin and psoralen on the cell proliferation was tested in ER-positive MCF-7 cells by flow cytometer and Western blot. And the estrogen-like effect of psoralen and its relation with the estrogen-receptor were evaluated by pure estrogen receptor antagonist ICI182,780 as a tool. Results ① Psoralen(10 ?mol?L-1) and quercetin(10 ?mol?L-1) stimulated proliferation of MCF-7 cells compared with vehicle control, and the cell cycle was impulsed from G1 to S,DNA synthesizing was enhanced. It was also found the above function on boosting MCF-7 cell proliferation could be inhibited by adding estrogen receptor antagonism ICI182,780.② Psoralen(10 ?mol?L-1) and quercetin(10 ?mol?L-1) up-regulated ER? protein levels without altering ER? levels. The above up-regulation on ER? protein could be inhibited by adding estrogen receptor antagonism ICI182,780.Conclusions Psoralen and quercetin have the estrogen-like activities through the estrogen response pathway. And they exert estrogenic activity to MCF-7 cell proliferation through interaction with ER? expression.
